Solved

Hi everyone,First, ChatGPT helped writing this post since i have been talking with it about this question yesterday the whole day. now the question below:I'm having a really weird problem with Lightroom Classic and I'm running out of things to try. When I switch Lightroom Classic to Chinese, most of the UI becomes garbled/unreadable. The really strange part is that the top menu bar displays Chinese normally, while most of the rest of the Lightroom interface is messed up.Even stranger: Photoshop on the same PC displays Chinese perfectly. So I'm starting to think this might be something specific to Lightroom's UI/text rendering rather than a general Windows Chinese-font problem.SystemWindows 11 Build: 10.0.26200.8875 Lightroom Classic 15.5 Windows display language: English (United States) Display scaling: 150% Lightroom scaling: Auto Chinese fonts: Microsoft YaHei installedThings I've already triedI've gone pretty far down the troubleshooting rabbit hole:Uninstalled and reinstalled Lightr

Hi everyone, I hope someone can help me. I was recently charged for an Adobe Acrobat Premium subscription through Google Play, but I did not intend to make this purchase. I reached out to both Adobe and Google for help. Adobe told me they cannot cancel or refund it since the purchase was made through Google. Google also denied my refund, saying the payment had already gone to the developer and the decision is final. Now both support teams have closed my case, and I’m stuck with the charge.  Details: App: Adobe Acrobat Premium (Mobile) Order ID: GPA.3308-3818-8046-39521 Purchase Date: July 30, 2025 I have screenshots and proof that I reached out within a reasonable time.  I already canceled the subscription to avoid future charges, but I really hope there’s a way to get a refund for this unwanted charge. Can anyone from Adobe or someone who had the same issue guide me? I’d really appreciate any help. 🙏 Th

According to the stars, Master pages as a name is unacceptable. Who in their right mind cares about it?

All i want to do is cancel my subscription but when i go to your website to follow the instructions all i see is go to the app store and cancel it. When i go to the app store it doesn’t give an option for refund. I am still within the 14 days, there’s absolutely no help or customer service with adobe. very disappointing. I wanted to see the adobe acrobat free trial, and it charged me, so all i want is a simple refund but this company is incapable of doing so.

“Sorry, something went wrong. Would you like to reload the page or try again?” Neither made a difference.

My photoshop files are all dated 1970.  Instead of 2008 and on!

How do i smooth these sharp lines?

Hi, I am unable to open acrobat sign to see clients signed docs. Also, when I try to send docs for e-signature is authentication failed. What do i need to do?

Per sbaglio e per mia dimenticanza è scaduto i giorni di prova e mi hanno accreditato il piano annuale sul mio conto vorrei ricevere rimborso che devo fare ?

Since last week, suddenly facing issue to print mixed pages legal + letter and it shows error “ "this document can not be printed"”. surprisingly i can print individually legal and letter documents but not mixed.

Freights Sans Compressed is showing up with two different naming structures, splitting the font into two separate versions. For example I have Freight Sans Compressed Medium and FreightSansCmpPro Regular. This is causing issues sending files to clients where their fonts won’t synch correctly because their naming structure is consistent. I’ve tried uninstalling, reinstalling, restarting, new files, clear the adobe fonts cache, making sure I have no other version installed, pretty much everything you could think of.I finally got it to be consistent (for the minute, it has changed back on reopeing the doc) in my current illustrator document, but it’s still messed up in Indesign. The other problem is that FreightSansCmpPro version’s tabular lining actually works, but the Freight Sans Compressed versions tabular lining does nothing. The default oldstyle lining looks awful and I’m having to manually adjust number by number. This is causing such a headache for me and my client, making my team

I want to create new paragraph styles named “a1” and ‘a2’ under the “AA” group. When creating them:I’ll first check if “a1” and ‘a2’ already exist; if so, I won’t create them again, but I’ll move them into the “AA” group. If a1 and a2 do not exist, create them.

Can i delete this temp folder without causing any problems in adobe programs?

I have been using the latest (V27) which seems to be more reliable but is a resource hog.  I went looking around for things to stop to give Photoshop as much of the machine as possible because is taking FOREVER to do anything.  I see 13 “Helper” aps for Creative Cloud running which near as I can tell only are there to make sure I paid my fees.  I killed the 4 Acrobat helpers already.Question: how many of these background apps can I kill and still use photoshop? I am just retouching pictures.  No cloud.  No collaboration.  And yes I paid my annual rental fee.  The only fancy feature I am using is the “beta” photo restore filter.

Can I use Adobe Stock images labeled 'Editorial Use Only' in a published policy research report from a think tank NGO? The report is our own institutional research output, distributed publicly.

Since the most recent Camera Raw update, all CR3 thumbnails show as purple lines on MacBook Air. Tried trashing and reinstalling Camera Raw and deleting a Mac thumbnail file in the library, but no change.

I am seeing an Adobe charge on my Visa card that I did not authorize, and I need help identifying the Adobe account or subscription associated with this transaction.Transaction details: Amount: 513.58 TRY Date: August 14, 2026 Merchant shown by my bank: Adobe, Saggart, Dublin, Ireland Transaction type: E-commerce / online transaction I have already checked my Adobe account and there is no active subscription or plan.I also used Adobe Charge Finder with the transaction details, but it returned no matching result.I then contacted Adobe through the Virtual Assistant and specifically requested a billing/fraud support agent. However, the assistant refuses to connect me to an advisor because my Adobe account does not have an active plan. This leaves me unable to contact Adobe about a charge that may be associated with a different Adobe account.I did not authorize this transaction and I do not recognize it.Could an Adobe Community Manager or Adobe employee please help escalate this case

I did not realize I was being billed after the trial period I would like to request a refund

I have submited multiple refund requests to Google Play with no luck. I have then submited a refund request via a form from the Adobe Community. I received an email minutes after saying case closed but not if refund issued or not. Please, what is the refund process for a Google Play purchase over 48h? Google play say the funds have been sent to Adobe and sort with Adobe. Tried on chat multiple times and couldn't sort as they're sending me to Google Play. Please, what are the steps to get this refund for this 1 year payment?

All quotes in my text are made with right doble quotation marks on either side of the quote. How can I change them into 66 99?See image attached :) BIG thanx in advance to all you clever and kind people!

I'm having problems tethering my Sony A7R4 camera with Lightroom Classic and would appreciate any advice you can offer.  Basically, my camera is not being recognized when I try to tether it to Lightroom Classic.  However, my camera tethers perfectly with Sony Imaging Edge Desktop Remote.  I am using a brand new Tether Tools USB-C to USB-C tether.  Dell XPS 15 computer running Windows 10 Pro.  I have also tried using an Anker USB-C tether and different ports on my computer (again everything works perfectly with Sony Imaging Edge Desktop Remote).  Is this a known problem?  Are there any special settings, drivers, etc. on my camera, computer, or LrC software that I need to take into consideration?  Really appreciate any advice you are able to provide!  Right now, it just hangs up on this "Detecting Camera" pop-up in included screenshots.

I've tried all the google suggestions, but cannot get the menu headings 'FILE EDIT ..etc .' in Lightroom Classic.    Need this to follow instructions in an Adobe video to fix another problem.
