Solved

After opening a document, clicking redact, and loading the entire original folder in to the redacting tool, specifiying what is to be redacted, I am getting a "bad parameter" error. I have successfully done this before so I was assuming it was a file issue. I unlocked all statements (werent even locked in the first place), checked for errors in file names, and tried again - still same issue. I am able to do a mass redaction for individual files, but I would like to complete an entire folder at once... Any tips?

[Lightroom mobile]Until now I could delete everything in "imports"/"your edits", but now suddenly nothing happens when I delete photos, and I can't delete files in the trash either. Why?When I deleted all the app data, the old files deleted themselves, and one day it was possible to delete normally, but now it doesn't work again. And can't delete creative cloud files.Where is the mistake?

reviving this thread because I want smooth zooming with my touchpad. I have the smooth zooming enabled however that only gives smooth zooming if I toggle the zoom with my mouse pointer. I want it to zoom smoothly when I use the scroll on my touchpad.

I need to create a vector drawing of this image.  The source scan is high resolution so that is not a problem.  I just need single color strokes outlining the black.  I have tried using different presets and different slider settings in the advance column but I can’t seem to get my needed result.  Illustrator seems to bow or curve the paths.  I have also tried the new concept/sketch to vector, and although some of the results are interesting, they are not what I need.  I am willing to put the hours in to do this by hand, but I’m not sure what the best workflow is… Any advice would be greatly appreciated.Thank you…

What’s the best next step ?I have finished editing my images. I have a few images in the film strip that I don’t want / need. After editing I suppose I can delete them, or maybe simply just close out LrC.  What would you do?  Thank you.

Can you open and edit images from the Sony A 7r VI on an iPad Pro?

Hello,  My photo edits over multiple project folders have gone missing after doing a reinstall of lightroom.  I do have backups of the catalog but non of them seem to recover my photo edits, it only seems to retain the my custom presets.  Please let me know if there is a way to recover my photo edits.  Your help is much appreciated. Lightroom version 15.4

I have a pre-made graphics template made by our motion-graphists in AE. It’s an approved template that contains several comps with different animated elements like lower thirds, geos, complementary info screens and so on.Normally when inported in Premiere, these AE templates ask you what comp you wanna work with:So you have to pick only one of these, it’s ok. But then something interesting happens. You can change text info in the comp right inside Premiere in this source tab: The info can be of any length in the Source but the template at some point will start to crop it as if hitting the edge of the comp but it doesn’t actually. Here’s the same amount of letters in AE and they are not cropped and only after you change it in AE, it will update and become uncropped in Pr. In PremiereIn AEIf you duplicate the AE comp inside Premiere you will be able to change the duplicate not effecting the original and theoretically have as many copies of the same single template leaving it unchanged

I am constantly plagued with this error message during normal working practices within Photoshop.“Could not complete the command because of a program error (2a135c.901).”During normal operation I’ll select any tool and it will randomly stop working - prompting the message above.  Or I’ll run an action and it will fail and prompt the same message..On a Save, Restart - Photoshop is back to normal operation - tools, brushes work correctly, actions play, until the message randomly appears again and the loop continues. save , restart …The pop-up “Learn how to fix” is irrelevant. It’s not a fix!I’ve tried all the other recommended fixes below to no avail.
