Solved

I have sent a W-9 to corporate in an pdf attachment. When they open the pdf my signature is missing.

Bates-numbering has stopped working in my Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020. It is not replacing file names with Bates Nos. As soon as I close the dialog box, and reopen it, the box has been unchecked. When I go ahead with the Bates-stamping I get error messages that docs are read only.  They're not. There is no security and all editing is allowed. Only the first document gets stamped and if I want to save it I have to rename it. I've made multiple copies of the docs in different folders, local drive, server, etc. I’ve restarted my computer twice, etc. Nothing works. I have bates-stamped thousands of documents and never had this happen.  I do occasionally have an issue with one or two files and have had to reprint, etc. This is happening with every file I loaded (appx. 50 documents that have come from different sources). Help!

My current workflow could definitely be more efficient and not run into storage problems copy memory card photos to an external harddrive import to Lightroom, cull and edit but the main issue is my MacBook storage which runs out all the time this way and have to upload photos in small batches. Do people generally edit from their external SSD? I have 2TB here rather than the 256gb.sorry for the beginner question!

When I select tool via key command, it changes to a different tool. Not all the time but often. Click "z", zoom icon highlighted for a split second. Then the Move tool is highlighted instead. Same with the eyedropper and brush tools.

This is an open traffic intersection in my city. The picture shows its night view with all the lights on, and lots of people come here to take photos.

Our account got upgraded from Adobe Acrobat Pro to a business Adobe Acrobat Studio. I was told there was no difference, just more features and a way to manage all our business related accounts. Now I can’t send any Adobe Sign docs (which I had no issues or limits before). Neither can anyone else within the business with this account. On my desktop it just loads forever. On my app, it says I have exhausted my creation quota. But thought it was unlimited? Help needed asap. I need Adobe Sign to work.

Hi folks, thanks in advance for your help. We have been working across two studios for 8 months thanks to lockdowns and state closures, a joy I'm sure a lot of you are familiar with. Now, we are all finally all back in a single studio completing the offline on a feature length documentary. Using the Productions workflow to manage multiple projects with multiple editors has been fantastic, however we're hitting a snag I can't think of a work around for.We have two Productions, one maintained in each studio location, one two different servers. Now we want to work from the master Production that has the most up to date rushes and selects. Using the project import function, we have imported and reconsiled all the projects into the one single Production. We have within our Production monthly projects for rushes and selects, and then we cut scenes (as individual projects to keep things small and manageable) from these rushes and selects projects. Here's my problem - any t

after the recent update, my Mac Pro with an M4 chip running the latest OS (tahoe 26.4.1 and Lightroom 9.3.1.) now takes about 15 minutes to export four reasonably sized (8000x5000) pictures. it hangs on “preparing for export” for about ten minutes, then exports 1 picture, then hangs up again for two minutes, exports another picture, and so on. i run a photography business and this isn’t going to work for me. so what do i need to do? turn GPU acceleration to “auto” for the seventh time? clear my cache (it’s empty)? check activity monitor (lightroom is literally using 20 of 24gb of available memory, with the other 4gb taken up by kernel_task which prevents GPU heat damage)? check that i’m synced with the photos on the cloud (it says i’m backed up and synced)?what super specific combination of buttons do i need to press to make my $240/year app work properly?

What I do is: Select a part of image in photoshop and copy it, then go to firefly and paste it in there. The image would be added pretty much instantly.Since yesterday, there is a delay of about 10 seconds. Clearing cookies and refreshing didn’t help. It happens both in chrome and firefox browsers. There is also a delay for downloading. It used to be instant once you click the button, but now it starts after 5-10 seconds.

Hi all, I’m trying to pitch leveraging Adobe Express more as we scale at my company. Our design team doesn’t have enough time to do long form content with multiple pages of text flowing from one to another all the time and it would be really helpful for translations. Love the text flow setting currently in Express - can we get it so it can flow from one page to the next?

Every so often, since working on my current iMac (2017), my Application Frame in InDesign gets stuck on my second 32" Benq monitor. The top bar area sits just behind the menu bar. Once it's there, it's there. The accessibility to reposition the frame is now not possible. Even switching the Application Bar, the background frame is still stuck and cannot be moved.Surely, there must be a limit from stopping the Application Frame from running off behind the menu and off the top of the screen, or at least allow an interactive method in a dropdown menu to reset the Application Frame back within the frame of the monitor. For the moment, the only way I have found to resolve this would be to 'Delete InDesign Preference file' (Shift+Control+Option+Command) on start-up and reapply my personal settings and workspaces. After resetting, this crucial part of the frame is now visible.I'm running MacOS Mojave Version 10.14.3, on an iMac 27-inch 4.2Ghz Intel Core i7 running a second 32" Benq screen. Just installed CS6 onto a new computer. I opened up Photoshop but a notice says I have to deactivate the serial number from another computer. I just did that, but I still can't get rid of the notice that pops up.

I'm wondering if there's a way to automatically reload textures? Our pipeline uses Marmoset Toolbag for baking and Substance Painter for painting. While Toolbag automatically updates and reloads everything you overwrite externally (which is really more helpful than you can give it credit for) unfortunately Painter does not.So after rebaking the textures I'll have to manually find all of them in the textures shelf and select "reload texture". Then, after repeating this for all 5 or so textures I'll still have to re assign them to their dedicated slots (as in: the AO map goes to the AO slot, the curvature map goes to the curvature slot... etc)Or I can open the ressource updater, hit "update all" and close it again. This workflow feels very cumbersome, not what I expected from a modern software like this. Am I missing something?

My images do not appear in ‘Develop’ tab when I select from the library. How do I fix this?

Firefly board data is lost. There's no version history or sync indicators. A couple of hours of work disappears after closing the window. All these AI features are pointless if I can't rely on the product.

Hello!  I’ve also been dealing with the same issue. I have cancelled my plan properly three times and it still tries to charge my account despite me using only the free tools provided. I have not used anything regarding the adobe subscription and keep continuously being charged despite going in and cancelling the subscription after they charge me. I don’t believe I have ever received a refund. If someone could confirm that a refund will be processed will give me some peace of mind. I am a college student and cannot afford to get charged $30 a month on a subscription that I’ve cancelled three times.
