Solved

Hello,   The last time I used Illustrator, it was the version previous to 2021. I was able to import and export workspaces from the Workspaces menu in that version. Now I've got Illustrator 2021, and I can't find a way to import a workspace from the Workspaces menu or the preferences, and I can't find anything online that says that others have had the same problem. I also tried copying the .exec file of my custom workspace into the folder with the rest of the workspaces, but it seems to be a different file type than the pre-installed ones, and it's not showing up in the Illustrator application.   Does anyone know what might be wrong, or what I can do?

Just opened Adobe Illustrator to see this pop up thing across the bottom of Illustrator, I dont need it there as I already know how the app works and its blocking space so I'd like to remove it if possible. I've already unchecked the "Show Tool Tips" option in the general part of preferences but that didn't remove the pop up thing I've mentioned above. Is there any other way to remove it?I've attached a picture of what I'm reffering too below

I ask the community to back my petition to the Adobe Illustrator creators for excluding or getting rid of the annoying pop-up explanations on how to use the tools in Illustrator. This help is extremly unpleasant and irritating while working, they pop up and linger like forever and when you need to focus they are just distracting. Could you please get rid of them? Or maybe tell me how to disactivate them if there is an option I am not aware of?Thank you!

Hey everyone, how are you all doing?  Just wanted to share my first solo campaign as an Adobe Ambassador!  For this month's "Share Your Adobe Express Expertise" campaign, I created a video showing how I use Adobe Express as part of my motion design workflow and I'm honestly surprised by how much it simplified my process. The idea was simple: take a raw PNG from the internet, remove the background with AI in one click, retouch it with the AI Assistant, and export it ready to animate in After Effects. No complicated steps, no extra software, just Express doing the heavy lifting. Check it out: https://www.instagram.com/p/DZgC29oyXU5/ Share yours too, I'd love to see it. Thank you!

Generative Upscale in Photoshop web is not working, it will say something went wrong, not upscale and also has another what looks like an error code "0" This started happening yesterday afternoon and is continuing to occur this morning.  On another note, after reading through some of these Firefly forums this morning, and after receiving a $10 a month increase in my monthly subscription price… Adobe needs to seriously making all their Firefly offerings free until they actually work out all of the bugs in this system. You can’t just be taking money from people and giving them absolute garbage over and over again.

HOW DO I DISABLE THIS FROM THE VIEW MENU "Export -> Send to Firefly Boards"?!This feature is annoying and interferes with my work!Every update is a complete mess! But that bastard AI, who can't do anything right, sticks his nose in everything![Profanity removed by moderator]

That's the question.  I have a subscription for Acrobat Standard edition.  I don't want nor need all of the other apps that come with CC and do not want to clutter my PC with them.  I want to be able to basic actions on PDFs: rotate pages, fill forms, etc., so I have the Standard version.  Don't need the other apps.

I am creating a book in Lightroom but the format is only US (20*25 cm).Is there a way to put it on A4 (21*29.7 cm) ?

I often am unable to download images and vidoes generated by Firefly, due to having to clear my cache. This time you all created a beautiful 4 sec video the first time. I was unable to locate it after having to restart. Where can I find it?

How do I do this without moving each panel independently?26.2.2

Hello. My wife tried a trial for the two products under my account. I have cancelled the trials a day after (17th of July) she subscribed. Can you please check if I can get a refund? Thanks.

I have several comments (text boxes) that I need to delete.  When I delete them, they go away for a few seconds, but pop back up again.  All the settings look normal.  I don’t understand why these comments will not delete.I’ve searched the internet, but cannot find a solution.

Obrigado!

Hello Adobe Support, We are setting up Adobe InDesign Server on an AWS EC2 instance using our FRL-Online license. We selected IP-address-based activation during license setup, and Adobe shared a range of IP addresses with us. Before configuring our AWS networking, we need clarification on how this IP range is used. We are torn between two interpretations: Approach 1 — Outbound (our IPs):The provided IPs belong to our infrastructure, and Adobe expects the activation request to come from one of them. We must assign one of these IPs to our EC2 (e.g., as an Elastic IP) so Adobe sees activation traffic originating from an approved IP. Approach 2 — Inbound (Adobe's IPs):The provided IPs belong to Adobe's licensing servers, and Adobe will initiate the activation request to our EC2. We should allow inbound traffic from these IPs and ensure our EC2 is reachable. Could you confirm: 1. Which approach is correct for FRL-Online activation?2. Does our EC2 need a public IP / Elastic IP attached direc

When I press the denoise box, it doesn't do anything. It ticks for a split second and then doesn't do anything. How can I fix this?

After upscaling an image, there is no option to download the upscaled version. When I click the Download button, only the original image is downloaded instead of the upscaled image.Steps to Reproduce:Upload an image. Click Upscale. Wait for the upscaling process to complete. Click Download.Expected Result:The downloaded file should be the upscaled image.Actual Result:Only the original image is downloaded, and there is no option to download the upscaled version.Additional Information:The issue occurs after the upscaling process completes successfully.

Hi, I would like to request a refund. The app automatically deducted ₱1,750 from my GCash account. I intended to cancel my subscription after using the free trial because I decided that the service was not for me.I hope that in the future, users can receive a reminder or confirmation before being charged, so they have the option to decide whether they want to continue their subscription.I have already filled out and submitted the Google Form for a refund request, but I still have not received my refund or any update regarding its status.I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

Since the latest update InDesign has become very sluggish, especially when hyperlinks need to be modified. When trying to open the hyperlinks menu, it takes at least a minute to open, and any changes such as selecting a drop-down option, or placing a hyperlink, produces the same effect. Also, just loading new InDD docs takes longer.I'm running Win11 with 64 GB RAM, with plenty of drive space available. Before the latest update, InDD was somewhat slow, but not like it is now. This is very frustrating.

I tried to generate 5 secs of video using Ray2 engine. It came up with an error and didn't produce any video, but still took my credits!

Hi everyone,I am experiencing a persistent issue where endnote hyperlinks do not work in the exported PDF, whereas all other standard hyperlinks in the document work perfectly. Inside InDesign, the endnote links appear normal and intact. Here are the details of my environment and what I have already tried: Versions Tested: I have tested this on both InDesign 2025 and InDesign 2026 versions, but the issue persists in both. Export Settings: Tried exporting as both Adobe PDF (Interactive) and Adobe PDF (Print) (making sure the "Hyperlinks" checkbox is checked in the General settings). Still, endnotes remain unclickable in the PDF. Troubleshooting Done: Updated and synced all links. Exported the document as an IDML file to clear any potential corruption, re-opened it, and re-exported to PDF. Copied the text/content into a brand-new InDesign document and tried exporting again. None of these steps resolved the issue. Since it occurs across both 2025 and 2026 versions, I susp
