Solved

I have a weird issue with Firefly.  When I go to files, generation history, if I sort with newest on top, I only see the last two days of creations. If I sort oldest on top, I CAN get everything to display after a bit. I cannot, however, delete anything in any view of generations. I get a failure message, "failed to delete the asset". Tried three computers, both Edge and Chrome, Windows 11. I can see more in newest on top at https://www.adobe.com/files/firefly when I go in through Creative Cloud. app reports 51.9GB used storage. can’t delete either single assets or a selection. 8:47

"Hola, se activó el cobro automático de Illustrator y Adobe Stock tras vencerse mi prueba gratis. Ha sido un descuido involuntario, no he utilizado las herramientas ni descargado imágenes desde el cobro y necesito que se anulen ambos planes con un reembolso completo de mi dinero, por favor".

Hi everyone..My Behance profile is stuck in a Business Profile under profile called DEL-CoreWave Tech. The admin has not assigned any services. I am no longer with this organization and cannot access my Original Behance content. Please what the solving for this problem??

Hi, I need help with a Behance account restriction. My account was restricted/disabled for "Spam," but I have never actively used Behance —I haven't posted any projects or content. I can log in and browse, but I cannot upload aprofile photo or publish a project (I get an upload error), which suggests content actionsare blocked.I submitted an appeal (notification ID: 17f13b00-b1f5-4ce0-b7fe-9819dfcae34d) and it wasrejected without a specific reason. I've also opened a support request. This looks like an automated false positive. Could a moderator or community expert pleasehelp get it reviewed by a human? I'm happy to share my account email privately to verify.Thank you.

In the email it said “We've processed your cancellation request, and your subscription to AI Assistant for Acrobat will end on 14-May-2026 (PT).” Then I get charged. When I cancelled my subscription, I had no active plans and made sure because I did not want to have this exact issue. I only used Adobe once.

I can’t see anywhere more appropriate to ask this question.I moved from the UK to New Zealand. I pay for Adobe Acrobat Pro monthly in GBP (£s) via my Amex account. I’m closing that account in two weeks.I want to change the payment method to use my UK bank account. My problem is the billing address for my UK bank account card is my New Zealand address and Adobe won’t let me add a bank card with a non-UK address. I do not have a UK address.I could close the subscription and re-open it in NZ dollars, but if I close it, Adobe will charge a huge early closure fee.How can I get out of this catch-22 situation that Adobe have created?

It doesn’t let you delete the prompts (photos including). Even if you deleted from the files menu.

The Media window/panel out of the interactive group in InDesign disappears after each restart of InDesign from the workspace since the upgrade to version 21 (yes, since 21.0 but I’m now using it more often so it got annoying).  When I add the Media panel to any sidebar (as open or collapsed… any position or group, it doesn’t make a difference) it’s always gone again after an InDesign restart, even if I specifically save it to a workspace. I’m on Windows 11 if that matters. Has anyone else this issue or is it just me? Any solutions for it to stay included? Another related question - Now by default, if I add a video to a frame, the poster frame is empty by default and I have to change it to “From current frame” every single time. In the old version (20.x) I could change the default so it would always take the current frame as poster frame. I haven’t figured out how to do that with 21.x. Is it possible and how? Thanks for your help.

Please consider releasing an Adobe Express Lite version for older Android versions such as Android 8 and Android 9.Adobe Express currently requires Android 10 or higher, making it unavailable on many older devices. A lightweight version with basic features like photo editing, text tools, templates, resizing, and exporting would help keep Adobe Express accessible.Advanced AI features could remain exclusive to newer devices, while the Lite version would provide essential editing tools for older Android versions.Thank you for considering this suggestion.

I am using the latest version of Photoshop beta on my computer. Every time I open the programme, I get the warning "feature level 11.0 available; feature level 12.0 required". All updates of my graphics card and computer are complete. I still can't understand why I'm getting this warning. I would like you to help.   {Edited the thread by the moderator}

Acrobat not responding

Over the last week or so everytime I launch InDesign I am met with the attached dialog box. "You cannot reverse this change with the Edit > Undo command" It is persistent and getting worse. It will now launch randomly whilst I'm working. It is making InDesign almost unusable and destroying my worklfow and concentration. How on earth can I stop this occuring? I've tried Resetting Warning Dialogs to no avail. I've seen this posted elsewhere without any solution. Can someone at Adobe please respond – its driving me nuts.

Today Adobe InDesign (current version) won't find two of my installed fonts: Montserrat Bold and Montserrat Regular. These fonts are actively installed on my Windows 10 PC, and I even tried syncing them from Adobe Fonts, but nothing worked. It shows that the fonts are active in Adobe Creative Cloud and InDesign, yet it still appears missing and substitutes it with Minion Pro. Here are the steps I've tried:Restarting InDesignStarting a new document (the font is still missing in new documents as well)Reinstalling the font from Google Fonts (and installed it for all users)Syncing the font from Adobe Fonts (it says the font is active, but it is still missing)Signing out of Adobe on my PCRestarting my PCClearing my InDesign preferences and cache I've confirmed that the font appears and works in:Adobe IllustratorAdobe PhotoshopMicrosoft Word Any help would be appreciated. I've never encountered this error before in all my years of using InDesign. System:Windows 10 ProVers

I moved my LR Catalogue from desktop to hard drive then copied it to laptop.  The collections did not load.  How can I get them back?

Hello, after InDesign's latest update, I can't use shortcuts like alignment and object docking without selecting and grouping objects. What is causing this and how can I fix it? It's very difficult to work without shortcuts. I checked the preferences section and everything seems normal.

I updated the app and made payment for re-subscription. All my previous scans were lost even though I had been paying for the cloud services which comes along adobe scan enhanced version.

I do not find my two external hard drives any more in the folder besides the internal hard drive in Lightroom 3.6 although I did not change anything. Or is it correct that the external hard drives appear here in the subfolder in the internal hard drive named Macintosh HD?

Hello,My Adobe Stock Contributor account (ID: 211898903) was deactivated recently. I received an official link to appeal under Case #00514520 and successfully filled out and submitted the transparency center appeal form about a week ago. However, I have not received any confirmation or status updates regarding my appeal yet. As a vector artist who creates all original content, I am very anxious to know the progress. Could any Adobe Moderator or staff here please help look into this case or forward it to the review team?Thank you so much for your support.

Hey!I currently work on a game and found a really good Font. However, I don´t know if I can use it or not. I want to use the fonts for the UI. They should only appear as buttons (I would use them as Vectorgraphics made in Illustrator) .I already read the FAQ, but I didnt quite understand how those rules are with desktop games

I have a paragraph style with an OTF Stylistic Set enabled. When creating a character style, there is no option to disable this Stylistic Set — or to specify that no Stylistic Set should be used at all.The font I’m using already uses all 20 Stylistic Sets, so selecting a different, unused set is not an option. Can anyone help, please?
