I did not authorize Google Adobe Acrobat to take $76.43 out of my venmo account I had canceled a long time ago and I don't know why all the sudden they're taking out the money and I need it back soon not 7 to 10 days you can take it out right away you can put it back right away

I’ve got a keyboard that does macros. I had generative fill prompts set up, for example ctrl shift f11, remove text, tab tab tab enter. Now when I attempt this, it doesn’t work with the new dialog box. Is there a way to get this to work instead of tabbing to the generate button; like ctrl-entert or some other combo that just runs the operatrion? Attempting to tab to it causes the dialog header to change color like it is not selected.

Hi-- I autoflowed text from Word and it worked perfect for all but the last 10 or so pages, where it just stopped. After troubleshooting, it seems like my hyphenation (off) settings on my paragraph style are what is causing the text to not show. Any ideas or experience with this issue? I tried copy and pasting the missing text, but when I apply my paragraph style it disappears. I tried creating a new paragraph style, but once I turned off hyphenation it disappeared again. Any advice is greatly apprecaiated. Thank you!

I'm trying to export an InDesign file I have previously worked on other versions, but this error prompts: "Failed to export the PDF file.""Possible cause of failure is present on spread with page number "5"." I have deleted the spread mentioned in the error, removed all hyperlinks, verified that the document has no errors, and tried to export the file in batches, but nothing is working. For reference: I'm using macOS Monterey.

I usually create a folder for my images on the hard drive by dragging and dropping from the SD card. Then I open Lightroom and point to that particular folder.

(My, is the search engine in this forum terrible)Any feedback, official or non, on support for the new Mac Neo, either configuration?  I’ve seen some positive comments from YouTubers, but wondered what general experience is.  I understand other Macs I could buy, and will not use this as my main machine, but as a travel machine. Thanks!

When exporting a project for the final image as Download, the file format selection should remain consistent according to what the user selected for a previous download, so that the file sizes are reliable for web applications and efficient for and mobile device usage. Thank you.

I applied for the 7 day trial, and then decided i didnt want it so i cancelled it. Will i still get billed from my card after the free period ends even if i cancelled it or no?

Hello Adobe Support,I would like to request a refund for a recent charge on my account.I was charged ₱377.44 on April 29, 2026 for an Adobe Lightroom subscription. I was under the impression that I had already cancelled my free trial before it ended, and I did not intend to continue with a paid subscription.I kindly request a full refund for this charge, as it was unintentional. I have not used the service after the trial period. Here are my transaction details for reference: Merchant: Adobe Systems Software Ireland Limited Transaction Number: BL3434608132 Reference Number: 836039700 I would also like to ensure that my subscription is fully cancelled to avoid any future charges.Thank you for your understanding, and I hope for your kind consideration.Sincerely,Jb Line

Hey!Can you create a new sequence using a imported clips timecode? We have a bunch of interview footage where we need to transcript and translate everything. I know you can use multicam for this, but this does not work when you just want the timecode from a single video file. Are you supposed to manually change the timecode of the sequence or is there a more effective way of doing it?Thanks in advance.

when I go to save the image Photoshop does not allow me to choose to save it to cloud document. The icon is not active and remains grey. (see picture). I have never saved my images to the cloud, so maybe is a dummy question. What can I do to activate it?

Hi Bani,I am facing the access issue, will you share their email id. i am not able to raise the problem.

I am creating a pattern with lots of graphics in which I use merge live paint tool. Everytime I copy and paste a graphic it fills with the original pattern, even after I deleted the pattern swatch, it fills stroke and fill.

I am drawing house plans for a remodel. To get them precise I’m preparing drawing elements at 1:1 scale - which I set in the Dimension settings tool. I want a separate file at a scale of 1:48 for printing at 24”x36” open at the same time to paste various drawing element into for final preparation and formatting. AI responses online say that when I open the Dimension settings in one document those settings are for that document only and that I can set the other one at a different scale. I’ve done that several times and it does not work. Either I’m missing some setting to limit the choice to a single file or those instructions are simply wrong.Anyone have any experience with this and suggestions? Thanks!

I have built a computer in the past year and have struggled getting the subject and background masking features to work. MY graphics drivers are up to date. I am translating a document from English to Hebrew.  I need to substitute the text and flip some objects / pages.  When i type the hebrew text in Story, it looks correct.  But when i Close Story, on the actual page, the letters appear LTR instead of RTl.

Is there a way to change the pop-up box with the 21 predefined colors? I would like to create my own custom colors and use my own predefined color palette for any new PDF I open.At the moment, I have not found a way to permanently change colors to something other than the 21 shown below. I know you can set a default new color, but that color isn't added to the predefined box. (and the default color method only allows to change one color, and not a whole set).
