Solved

I have two users who have sent me these screenshots. One who has an Acrobat Standard DC license says “Start your free trial of Aobe Acrobat”. The other has Creative Cloud Pro Plus for Teams that says “Time is up! Most Acrobat tools have been disabled, but you can continue to view and comment on PDF files.”  I’ve tried to remove their license and re-apply it. I’ve had them sign out and sign back into their accounts. They have tried signing in from the software, on the website (cleared browser cookies), and from different devices that they’ve never used these accounts on before.  This is critical to our organization’s productivity so having to post this on a forum is rather insulting. I see no other method to contact support other than a chat bot that’s useless. Please let me know where in our dashboard I’m missing the option to contact Adobe for help with this.

My account billing history only goes as far back at April 2023, and I am looking for my billing history prior to that.  There is a fine print that says to contact Customer Support, but I have had no luck in even finding that.

What is the best workflow to convert Pantone Lab values to a CMYK process color mix via an ICC profile conversion in Illustrator? Color Settings: North American General Purpose 2RGB: sRGB IEC61966-2.1CMYK: U.S. Web Coated (SWOP) v2 Is there an effective way to simply convert all spots to CMYK via the ICC profile at output (similar to using ink manager in InDesign), so that the Pantone swatch remains as a spot color in the document? The only way I came up with is creating a pdf of the Illustrator file (via Print Dialog), as there is no ink manager in Illustrator. (See below) Proposed Workflow 1:Document color mode is CMYK Assign Profile to document: Working CMYK: U.S. Web Coated (SWOP) v2 – The conversions will be based on this SWOP color profile assigned to the document. Change spot color options to “Use LAB values specified by manufacturer” – Use to get the best possible match to the actual spot ink when spot colours are converted to process. In print dialog: Output > Check Convert

I have just used AI Assistant via the web to analyse a pdf document that I uploaded. How do I save a copy of the AI analysis or export that analysis

The glb file exported by Stager does not have a Height mesh, and it has become Displacement. However, I need it to have a Height. Can the Height and Displacement be made as export options?

I’ve been learning and using substance painter for portfolio work for the last 3 years now. I’ve now gotten to the point where I can potentially sell my assets (mesh+textures) to clients. Currently I have a student license which does not allow me to sell my assets commercially. I must upgrade to a commercial license to do so. Now my question is - Will re-exporting my textures from my existing projects (that were made with a student license) in substance painter with my new commercial license allow me to sell those textures commercially or do I need to alter them to make them legal?

Does anyone know if it's possible to view layers of a PDF file on my tablet.  These files worked on a laptop but I cannot figure out how to select layers when I open the file in Adobe on my tablet.  It seems there is no option for it.

We just got a new PC with Premiere Pro 2025 Version 25.0.0 (Build 61).  When I import .mts files and drag them onto the timeline there is no audio track (on a known good file - checked in VLC).  We've got an older system with Version 24.6.1 (Build 2) that doesn't have any trouble with the same .mts file.   I was able to convert the file to .mp4 using VLC and edit the program successfully in 25.5.0, but that's time consuming.  Is there a way to get 25.0.0 to accept .mts files?   PC - Dell Precision 5860 Tower OS - Windows 11 Pro for Workstations, Version 24H2 Basic steps - Import known good .mts file, drag from bin to timeline Expected results - A video track AND an audio track

I’m trying to use switch (event value) but not sure how to add multiple cases?

i had three different subscriptions for 3 different products. I did not believe i needed all of these.  I contacted support online and requested to speak to someone.  in less than 2 minutes the phone rang. The gentle man (I believe the name was Bopena) listened,  knew what to do and solved the problem and we were done. I kept one product, he cancelled the other 2 and without prompting, offered a 2 month refund on the 2 cancelled products.   Simple easy and courteous . THANKS Adobe support!

I’m using Adobe Premiere Pro version 26 and attempting to cut out a person using the Object Mask tool.I select the Object Mask tool, drag over the person in the Program Monitor, and Premiere correctly detects the subject. The mask then appears under Unassigned Masks.I drag that mask to Opacity, but instead of isolating the subject, I only see a white outline of the mask on a black background. The person is not cut out and there is no fill applied.I’ve also tried inverting the mask, but the result is the same—just the white outline with a black background. So far I haven’t seen other editors reporting this issue with the Object Mask workflow in version 26.What step might I be missing to properly isolate the subject?

Is there any way to lock the motion of the Canvas? Video is attached.

I created the QR code but will need to change the link it points to in the future. How do I do this without changing the actual QR code graphic? Is this possible with Adobe Express? If not, is there another free way to do this?

Changing display text for hyperlink is removing / deleting the hyperlink.Manually typed in footnotes. I highlighted the text “10” > right clicked > New Hyperlink > Put in URL (for this example dribbble.com). Went back into the doc realized “10” needed to be “20” highlighted my hyperlink and typed in “20” > Hyperlink is suddenly gone. And it’s happening with every hyperlink I’ve changed the display text on. I’ve never had this issue before. I’ve also done full resets of everything and I am running the latest update. Screenshots in order of process. help.

I have been using Adobe Reader for years and in general have had not one complaint.  But recently I’ve experienced an extremely annoying “jump” behaviour whilst scrolling through a document. You get towards the end of one page and suddenly “jump” to the next. I checked back on an old Windows 7 version of the Reader and found the document scrolled smoothly from one page to the next as if it were just one long page. Is there a setting for that ?

Hi all, I 'm looking to hopefully find (preferred) or create (if needed) an action or script that will automatically determine what the longest side of an opened file is and then change the shorter side of the canvas to the same pixel dimension as the longest one was so the file ends up with a square aspect ratio. I want this to work regardless of the original pixel dimensions of the file, the action/script should not need that to make the file square. The reason I want it to work this way is because we have many images that are all over the map in size and I want them, at this point in time, to stay that way. I just need them to be square instead of portrait or landscape. Secondly any extra canvas that is created should be filled with white. Does this exist or is there a specific way to record the action? I have tried in vain to create one or find one and have exceeded my ability level. Thank you in advance for any insight!

Image + Connected Text againA couple of weeks ago we discussed methods to publish images and text together on the web, like in Word or DTP. I received worthwhile advices on flex-based methods for three to five images in a row. However, for me one-to-one is the most common scenario; Like an article in a newspaper, images of any size with a relevant text mass to match. I have tried the figure>image>figcaption again and it seems to work for any image size and there are no straying text pieces; orphans or “bastards” in vulgar DTP lingo. I just wanted to have your comments if you see any other inconveniences for a website!Right now, I scrutinize Jim Maivald’s DW Classroom in a book which seems quite systematic. Although a 2022 release it may still be the best source since Adobe has stopped developing DW? Of course, CSS carry on, so if you can recommend recently published book titles relevant to DW they are welcome! Thanks for all help provided here, Ingemar

I have been using Adobe scan premium on my Android phone for over a month with no issues. Just recently, my scan file sizes are much to large to be practical and when I use the app to compress them it doesn't even make it 1mb smaller. For example if my scans are 20mb, even the highest compression type would only make it 19.1mb. in the past it would have reduced it to about 5mb. I have all of the AI features off, black and white only, using the same phone scanning the same papers I always have. Please help because as of now I'm paying for something that I can't even use. Thanks

HI,So I create simple vector graphics mostly lines and text in black and then export or save them as pdfs. I then want to check them on the following website to see if they’re black and white.https://pct.wipo.int/DocConverter/pages/pdfValidator.xhtml I have always gotten the answer that my pdfs are grayscale and the converted files are thus messed up. The blacks I have tried are CMYK 60 40 40 100, CMYK 0 0 0 1000 and Hex 000000. none seem to be working.Under Preferences> Appearance of black> I changed it to Output all Blacks accurately Export settings are:Illustrator  Default No Standard No Compression No Color Conversion Including all or no Profiles No advanced Settings or security. With Inkscape's black and exporting it to Pdfs I didn’t encounter any problems after checking it on the site.

Good dayI have an issue with Adobe Portfolio and Behance integration.Portfolio automatically puts my projects on homescree, however it only does so with older projects, like until 2018, since that period it's not showing any of the project, while I have a lot to show.

Unable to utilize the paid version of Adobe Acrobat Reader: Sign PDF to complete a USCIS form. This makes no sense why it is telling me “This form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for Mac or Windows.”So essentially my “$69.99” annual subscription is not enough, Adobe wanted me to pay another “$19.99/month” for a subscription on my computer as well.  This program is a rip off and shame on greedy Adobe. I just need to complete a form. So upset with corporate greed nowadays.
