My premiere pro has updated to latest version and I made so may projects during that time. Now when i'm trying to open those files, it's showing "The project is made in latest version of premiere and can not open in ths version" although I checked creative cloud and found that my Premiere pro is already updated in latest version.

The artboard dimensions have disappeared from the top panel.

All my colours inside illustrator are appearing much much duller than the same file exported to Acrobat, loaded into After Effects or viewed in any other programme and I'm the only person in my workplace who is having this issue. I've double triple checked all my colour settings and it is not a CMYK/RGB issue.Has anyone experienced this before? Does anyone know how to fix it? Is it a bug in my illustrator? See below for a comparison in Illustrator and in Acrobat: Please any help would be appreciated.

Estou com um problema que esta acontecendo no meu macbook pro 2019 (i7), quando utilizo o photoshop e vou utilizar o recurso mission control do mac, ele praticamente fica completamente lento, isto só esta acontecendo nessa versão 2025 e 2026 do photoshop. Eu possuo outro macbook exatamente igual, porém a versão do PS é 2024, e não é mais possivel baixa-la no Creative Cloud, por isso não atualizei o outro macbook. Nele não tem esse problema. Alguém já pasosu por isso e conseguiu resolver?  

Can anyone help me find a specific effect I'm looking for? I was trying new stuff from the effects panel on a shot for an animated music video, and found this really nice effect (see picture below, first with and second without effect - it's applied to the orange solid colors of the animals). When I clicked away I couldn't find it anymore and the name is not in effect controls as it's composed of three effects, so it doesn't use its own name there. Does anyone recognise the effect? I would be soo grateful to know which one it is!! The effect is composed of "animated shape control", "(radial blur)" and "(calculations)" (as seen in picture).  

Hi, on November 22 2025 I canceled my creative cloud pro subscription that had continued from a prepaid plan on Nov 19 2024. On Nov 19 2025 the new subscription is paid and I cancelled the subscription on November 22, 2025. I would like to request a full refund for the 2025 plan.So my question is, is creative cloud pro prepaid plan refundable? I cancelled on the thrid day after the subscription started which follows the 14 days policy. There is no refund page or anything mentioning if I would get a refund when I cancelled my subscription. Sorry if I post this in a wrong section, I really dont know where else can I get help.

Hello.  In Lightroom on a MacBookPro I can't get my photo out of the presets area back to editing so that I may export it. I am on short time. I would greatly appreciate any help! Thanks in advance!JenJen5 

I cancelled my subscription on tyhe 25th November well before the 14 days but I have been charged and i would like my refund please.

Call me crazy, and maybe I'm having a mental block, but I thought you could see the clip in premiere when you drag it back and forth.  My program monitor, on two different machines goes black until I release the clip.  I thought you could grab and drag it, seeing the clip in the program monitor.  Thank you in advance. 

My Creative Cloud account includes 1 TB of Cloud Storage.   But I am not sure what that means.  DOes it relate only to files I produce/use in Lightrom. PS, etc?  OR - Can I use that 1 TB for general sotarge of documents, files, etc.?     If so, how do I access it?  Thanks

I've looked through a number of fonts, and they all are doing the same thing...How do I fix? 

I bough the 2000 credits and it didn't show me how much usage they used so that's one thing another thing is it said 20 5 second videos it maxed out with only 6 -5 second videos I want to talk to a person abiut this this just scams yoy of your money 

This problem has been happening since December 1, 2025. I get the following error message on the main screen everytime I move my mouse over one of the generate options:"The application is unavailablePlease try again later."Its later.I am running the latest version of Edge (Version 143.0.3650.66 (Official build) (64-bit)) on Windows 11 Home, Version 25H2, OS Build 26200.7309. Hardware: Intel i9-13900KF processor running 3 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 graphics card with 24 GB RAM, and 64 GB system RAM running 5200 MT/s.

Hallo Community;kann es sein, wenn ich das Flex Layout nutze, z.B. die erste Vorlage DIN A6 (mit Pflichtext in 6 Punkt) auf DIN A1 bringe, die Schriftgröße im InDesign Fenster falsch dargestellt wird. In meinem A1 Plakat ist die Schrift angeblich 6 Punkt ... kann man das irgendwie ändern? Das stört dann auch bei der Darstellung des Dokumentes. Vielen Dank.

I recently subscribed to it premium version. I got every detail like desktop version of Adobe Photoshop. LR is working very best on My Moto G 35 5G smooth. Please add and update all features from Desktop 🖥️️ to Adobe LR mobile version app. Please create Video editing app too! like Filmora too ..so we edit more video too in deep Thanks.

Hi, 1.  Since I'm on the Adobe Photography Plan, I just signed up for 1 month of Firefly to see if this is going to work for me, especially since it appears that Firefly utilizes Nano Banana Pro. 2.  Question:  how do I convert an existing photo to a painting via Firefly?        a:  When using Nano Banana Pro (directly via Google), to do the above, I simply load up my photo in the text box and tell Nano Banana what I want it to do (ie "convert this photo into a watercolor") and Nano Banana will do it;  I can then further refine via additional text prompts;  easy.       b:   When using Firefly, even though it appears to use Nano Banana, accomplishing the above is... difficult to a multistep process (based on what I've seen on the various Youtube videos).  3.  Can someone in very basic steps explain how this is done in Firefly or even if it can be done.  Thanks in advance,  

Pues eso, que la caja de texto no modifica el interlineado cuando elijo la nueva opcion de "texto dinámico". No hay manera de alterar la altura.

I want to extend this layer in the timeline. But it does not move after certain point. How to fix it? Video also uploaded.  

LR Classic 15.0.1 running in MacOS 15.6.1i have around 14,000 photos listed in the Missing Photos folder.. Only they aren't missing. View in any other way and no ? Shows to indicate missing folder. Open in Develo and they are there. View in folders and they are there. Right click on them while in missing folders, select show in fo,der and they are there. All accessible via collections and smart collectionsSoall seems to be as normal except for the listing under Missing Photos.Any suggestions on how to resolve? Might have somehow got triggered by running LR without my NAS connected. But ensuring NAS is connected and restating LR doesn't clear the list.
