I find I cannot see the vertical scrollbar unless I wiggle the trackpad to make it appear and then try to grab the scroll handle before it vanishes again. I have set scroll handles in macOS to be 'always visible', but Acrobat overrides this setting and hides them.I have not a clue as to why anyone at Adobe thought I would not want to see one of the most essential attributes of screen nagivation, but I would like to be abe to choose, and ideally, for developers to stop hiding things, thereby sending me to google forever and a day to find out how to see them again.Same goes for obscure icons that are supposed to represent things like printers and so on, that I always have to mouseover to figure them out. Please assume I can speak English, and understand words like 'Printer'[.

Windows 11 laptop – latest Photoshop and Camera Raw versions (rolling back three versions did not resolve the issue).I open Nikon NRW files produced by a Nikon P1100. The problem began roughly a week ago. I have been using the same profiles for years without encountering this issue. The behavior occurs with some, but not all, RAW files. When I select Adobe Color, Adobe Standard, or Adobe Vivid and apply Auto, parts of the subject develop blue artifacts. In the attached example, the artifact appears on part of a bird. In other cases, the entire bird may turn blue. Sometimes the artifacts appear along small tree branches or outlines of foliage. The artifacts are always blue.Notably, this issue does not occur when using the Adaptive Color profile.Troubleshooting performed: In Photoshop → Edit → Preferences → Performance, I disabled “Use Graphics Processor.” This did not resolve the issue. I toggled between the Photos and Web UI design workspace settings. I rolled back several versions o

Hello,I am having an issue launching several Adobe applications on my Dell laptop. When I attempt to open InDesign, Illustrator, or Lightroom, the application briefly appears in Task Manager, but the status shows “Suspended.” The CPU stays at 0%, memory briefly goes to about 0.1 MB, and then the process disappears. The application never opens. This issue started after a recent February Adobe update. I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps: Restarted my computer Ended Adobe background processes in Task Manager Signed out and back into Creative Cloud Uninstalled and reinstalled InDesign Attempted to reset preferences on launch None of these steps resolved the issue.Could you please advise on what may be causing these applications to fail at launch and how to fix it?Thank you.

I am helping a scientist use PS to analyse a specimen image. They want to select dozens of points and create a table of numbers identifying the colors (any way is fine: RGB, HEX, etc.). I can make swatches and click on individual colors then copy each one, but we have a lot of samples, so this isn't great. Is there would be a way to export swatches into a text file? Thanks!

I recently tried the free trial..and I might have forgotten to cancel the subscription.how do I go about getting a refund

I need to cancel my Illustrator subscription, but the plan doesn’t appear in my enterprise account. I also can’t access the Admin Console or live chat to report the error. I’m in Saudi Arabia and was advised to contact Customer Support for cancellation.

Hi, I was charged with PayPal after I forgot to cancel a free trial. I am trying to cancel and get a refund, but it tells me I still have a free subscription… I don’t have a code for the text messages. Thank you for your help!

What is the reason of having a Blue Color Tiny Circle above the Pencil Tool?

Hi allI’m having a mare with reader and margins. I have a large pdf that I need to print on A4 and then trim to size. Reader won’t let me change the margins in page setup - they are greyed out, and there is no ‘manage custom sizes’ in there like the help function says there is.  When I print to actual size, as that’s what I need it to do, it places the images etc right at the top and left of the page which means its cutting off some of the print due to printer margins. ie its printing borderless when my printer doesn’t do borderless. Shown in the image - you can see the print preview shows it right at the edge of the paper.  I’ve tried adjusting the binding offset in my printer settings but that’s not changing the adobe print preview I need it to print in the centre of the page but I can’t seem to find a way to do that. Any ideas please? Driving me nuts. Thanks in advance

I recently updated Ae to version 25.2.  My current projects were all defaulted to automatically open with version 2024. I went into my settings (using Mac OS 14.5) and changed to 2025 as default, but when I tick the box to "change all" it forces the Beta version as the default.  How can I make the 2025 version the default? This used to work, I feel like it's an issue with this update?

My account email: removed by mod... Plan: Firefly Generative AI (Premium features) According to my plan, the monthly allocation should be 11,000 Firefly credits. However, after the renewal on March 8, my account shows a total of 11,000 credits but the available credits remaining are only 6,840. This indicates that I effectively received about 7,000 credits instead of the expected 11,000. I have attached a screenshot from my account dashboard showing: "7000 / 11000 credits left". yestrday Could you please check my account activity and confirm why the full 11,000 credits were not available after renewal? Thank you for your help.title edited by mod

So if you decide to edit your question description, after you add lots of detailed information here describing the problem, this new system DELETES “Describe your question in detail” instead of saving the content as a draft. Who thought this was a great idea?  I have an image dragged and dropped onto my timeline, it does not appear in the published app. Why? Manifest says it’s there, but not in the images directory? Really? The image is indeed there: No console errors, what is going on here? Any ideas? Thanks.  -JW

Hi Adobe Team,I am a professional graphic designer and print specialist. I use Adobe Acrobat Pro daily for pre-press and production. I have a significant feature request that would benefit the global printing and publishing community.Currently, Adobe Acrobat lacks a native, professional-grade Page Imposition engine. For complex layouts like 8-up, 16-up, customized book signatures, or "Step and Repeat" for labels, we are forced to rely on very expensive third-party plugins (like Quite Imposing or Preps). It would be a game-changer if Adobe could integrate a dedicated Imposition Tool within the 'Print Production' toolset. We need the ability to: Set custom Gutter Margins and Gripper areas. Control Page Folding sequences and signatures. Automate Trim Marks and Bleed adjustments directly within the layout. The jump from InDesign to a print-ready PDF often requires manual imposition, which is time-consuming and prone to errors. Having this built into Acrobat would streamline the entire w

Hi We have a web application (online database) and need to create a webhelp and contextual help for each field of this database. We previously use another autorhing tool (HelpStudio) but we had to change to Robohelp. Unfortunately, in France there is no courses available and i have to train Robohelp by myself.I did not found any help on the web to help me to do this : I already created somes topics in Robohelp and begin a map file to create maps ID. I am using an autonumber format that is not incrementing the n variable within the same file. The autonumber format is F : Figure <$chapnum>-<n+> \sn. The first instance numbers properly, to wit: Figure 2-1. A second instance of the paragraph style delivers Figure 2.1 again. It appears that the n value is not getting updated. I have made sure that the paragraph numbering property is set to “Continue numbering from Previous Paragraph in Book” and I have updated the book innumerable times. This is happening with all numbering series: F for Figures, T for Tables.Anybody got any ideas? Thanks in advance...Bill
