Hi, we have developed a CEP extension that interacts with our application called PLM: is a web application running in a standard browser. The .zxp is signed and overall works fine.  The extension has a minimum size (600px in height and 400px in width) specified in the manifest.If the panel is undocked it won't be possible to shrink it under its minimum size as expected.But when the panel is docked we have experienced an interesting issue: if you resize the main Illustrator window so that the side panel is smaller than the minimum size of the extension, it is blanked out.Then if you enlarge again the window the PLM extension appears. But if before enlarging you switch between different Adobe panels it won't appear and afterwards you need to change panel again to have it back. Have you ever had the chance to observe this case? Do you think it is an intended behaviour or is it a bug?

Hi,I'm having an issue with a laptop (Windows 11 24H2) that won't open Acrobat Reader. If I try and open I get the message "Failed to load core DLL". I have tried the following steps:- Repair - FAILED. No change in error.- Adobe Acrobat Cleaner executed.- Reinstall - FAILED. Upon installations i get "Applicaiton initialisation error".- Install from Microsoft Store. FAILED. application installs but Core DLL error persists.Can someone please advise?Thanks,MS

My Text Panel is not working at all, I need to transcribe text for my client but it is not visible at all if some it visible in editing window it is not even getting any click or just blank... what the issue with my system here? I have reinstall everything from windows to Adobe Cloud Suit but nothing is working to resolve this problem...

HiHoping someone can help since the virtual assistance does not understand and I was unable to get in contact with Adobe Support. I had clean photos which I wanted to upload of Yas Marina Circuit (no people showing but the signs of Yas Marina might be in some photos). I can see other contributors have uploaded these type of images in the past. Firstly my check box is grayed out for "this is illustrative editorial content" (possibly because I am newbie). Ignoring this checkbox, it puts my items into transport category. Should I click YES to "Recognizable people or property?". If I click yes it requests to search for an "existing release" (not sure how others are getting round this). Could I click "No" and just upload in the transport category? OR...should I just upload images of the Circuit which do not contain ANY banners or logos which identify it? After all, in the description of the photo I'm guessing I can put "Yas Marina Circuit track"? Appreciate any opinion or advice. Kind Rgds

Hi; this is probably a user error. When placing vector files into InDesign, the placed image now ignores the bounds of the artboard, and the artwork expands to the edges.  In the video you see how I had an icon inside a box. The extra room around the icon is the Illustrator artboard. I changed the color of the icon in Illustrator and when I place it, now the icon expands to fit the whole box. I also tried placing just the icon on the document and it also fills out to the edges ignoring the Illustrator artboard boundaries. Is this a setting in my preferences that was reset when updating? I don't recall this ever happening.   

I was only going to use the trial version, but I forgot to cancel it by mistake. I only used it on the day of November 24th when I subscribed and haven't used it since, so please refund it.

macbook pro Apple M2 Maxにてイラストレータ2026（30.0）を使用しています。 昨日からの現象です。 アートボードを動かしたらオブジェクトも一緒についてきていたのに移動しなくなりました。 もちろんロックもしてませんし、ロックされたレイヤーにもいれていません。 アートボードオプションを表示させると、添付の表示になっておりこれ以上できる設定が見当たりません。 ネットで調べても分からずで解決策わかる方いらっしゃいますでしょうか。。。

Bonjour à tous, Je viens vers le forum car suite à plusieurs essais pour comprendre d'où veniat mon problème, je n'ai pas réussi à le résoudre. Je suis une utilisatrice d'Adobe Acrobat Reader en version gratuite. Alors que je souhaitais insérer une image signature en passant par "Remplir et signer" dans un de mes PDF (ce que je fais régulièrement depuis plusieurs années sans problème), PDF refuse en me mettant l'encart suivant "Ce fichier d'image est corrompu. Sélectionnez-en un autre, puis réeesayez" (cf pièce jointe).Je ne comprends pas pourquoi car j'ai utilisé cette méthode le matin même.Ce n'est pas lié à l'image elle-même car cela me cause le même souci avec n'importe quelle image JPEG. Ce n'est lié à mon PDF car cela me cause le même souci avec n'importe quel fichier PDF.Adobe Acrobat est bien mis à jour. La facturer séparément donne l’impression de payer deux fois pour le même outil.Cette politique pousse de nombreux utilisateurs professionnels vers des solutions IA externes gratuites ou open-source.J’espère sincèrement qu’Adobe reconsidérera cette décision et inclura un usage raisonnable de Firefly dans les abonnements Creative Cloud.Cordialement,

Hi Adobe Community.I have Acrobat Pro 2019 (Perpetual Licensed).Every time I try to open a 2nd PDF file (attached to email) it crashes Acrobat every time.Has anyone come across this and is there a fix?I have uninstalled / rebooted / reinstalled. No improvement.Is there any upgrade path to a newer version?Strangely there is no "Help>Upgrade" option in the menu.

Would prefer not to see the "Ask AI Assistant" button in the upper corner, the AI Assistant and Generative Summary tools in the toolbar, or the little icon with the stars on the righthand panel. Basically, I would like there to be no evidence when using the program that generative AI tools are available to me, because I hate being reminded that every tech company on Earth is trying to drive this worthless, resource-sucking, inefficient, unintelligent, degrading, and ugly tool down my throat on every program and device I have. I have no interest in using any generative AI of any kind to do anything and I never will. I know tech companies don't want to learn that most consumers are not interested in and even hate generative AI, but you should try implementing a mode in your programs that removes all of the evidence of generative AI support and then get a raw number as to how many people use it that way. Hi All, I store my photo's to my NAS in my personal network and from the NAS I import the photos in Lightroom (cloud based version on my MacBook). After that, I delete the photo's I don't want/need.  These deleted photo's are removed from the cloud, which saves space. Now I would like to remove the deleted photos also from my NAS to save space. What options do I have? 1) Is there an option to export a list with all the photo's including the location from where the photo was imported in LightRoom? If this could be done in excel, i could create a script to execute the deletion... 2) Is there an option (checkbox to check) that will also delete the photo from the import location? 3) Anything else??? Thanks for your help....Koert

Hello, currently all of my users org-wide are receiving this pop-up in Adobe Acrobat plug-in/web extension as soon as they open a PDF in the broweser (desktop app seems okay):Even if the user clicks the x to dismiss the notification, as soon as they open a new PDF it pops up. I don't see anywhere obvious in the admin center to disable PDF spaces OR enable it.. three giant red error messages is definitely distracting/alarming for our users. 

   Hi! I’m shooting on a Sony a7IV in S-Log3 / S-Gamut3.Cine, but Premiere Pro keeps interpreting my footage as Rec.709 by default. I’m using the latest version of Pr. I tried disabling everything I could:• Tone Mapping: OFF• Color Space Override: Rec.709 (default)• When I switch the Color Space Override to S-Log3 / S-Gamut3.Cine, the image becomes insanely oversaturated and completely unusable. I feel like Premiere is applying some kind of transform under the hood, but I can’t figure out how to get the actual flat S-Log3 image so I can grade it properly (or send it to DaVinci Resolve without a baked-in transform). What makes this even more confusing is that Premiere handles my Osmo Pocket 3 D-Log footage perfectly — no weird transforms, no oversaturation, everything looks exactly as expected. Any help would be really appreciated, I’m completely stuck on this.

Adobe Premiere Pro 2025 is reporting “No dialogue found” in the transcript section on clips with perfectly clear, normal speech. The exact same media works fine in 2024. Has anyone else experienced this?
