I receive PDF files on a daily basis from many different people, and never have an issue opening them. However, one of the contacts I regularly get emails from, has PDF files that I cannot open. The following dialog pops up when I attempt to open it: "Adobe Acrobat reader could not open '[filename].pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded)."I contacted the sender and made them aware of our problem. They said they send similar files to all their other contacts in the same manner and no one else has a problem with opening them. I have my acrobat reader up to date with the latest version, and my account is active. I have no idea why I cannot open the file. I did, however, try to right click on the file on the email, and it doesn't give me an option to "open with...", only to "save as..." which saves as a webpage. What is the issue here? And how can I fix it?

Hello Adobe Support,I am experiencing inconsistent behavior with signature and date form fields when sending documents for e-signature. Below is a detailed description of the issue.1. Word Document Behavior (Working as Expected)When I send a Word document containing the following fields:Signature field ({{Sig1_es_:signer1:signature}}) Date field ({{Date1_es_:signer1:date}})…the behavior is correct:The signature field is editable and functions normally. The date field is automatically populated at the moment of signing. ✔️ Everything works correctly here. 2. PDF Document Behavior (Not Working)When I send a PDF document containing the same field tags, the behavior changes:A. Signature Field as Text → Wrong behaviorIf I send the signature as a text field, the signature is placed in the wrong location (appears in the first empty space on the page, and also Email data is added). The date field is never populated, regardless of field type. B. Signature Field as 'Signature' Type → Correct pla

Starting a few days ago, having selected an image to edit in ACR I found that choosing the Brush Tool produced an error message: “Bridge has encountered a problem and has to close.” I reported this but have received no advice by email. I deleted Bridge and re-installed: same problem occurs. I’ve cleared the cache: made no difference. I’ve updated PS & ACR: no difference.Having re-subscribed to Adobe CC only recently I am disenchanted with this persistent fault and zero contact from Adobe.

Dear Adobe community,I have a problem with a Windows server setup in which users have to re-login to Adobe Acrobat Pro because of profile synchronization issues. The setup is the following: We have a Windows server environment (Windows Server 2022) with two servers behind a load balancer where user profiles are synchronized using FSLogix. On the servers, we run Adobe Acrobat Pro and every of the 19 users has its own personal named license which allows simultaneous logins on two devices. The setup should be as follows: Users should remain logged into Adobe Acrobat Pro on both servers, so switching between them via the load balancer doesn't require re-authentication. This unfortunately does not work. When a user works on Server A, they stay logged in across multiple sessions. However, when the load balancer routes them to Server B, Adobe prompts them to log in again. This happens on every server switch. It seems like the already authenticated session on this server is invalidated by the p

How can I restore a previous version of an Indesign file? It is saved on my Creative Cloud projects, and it won't open it at all (thinking it may be corrupt) I would like to restore back to a version earlier that day? The 'timeline' button described in other forums does not exist on the Creative Cloud website....

I can't open PDF attachments using acrobat reader on my android phone. It tells me I need acrobat for Mac or Windows. The files are not corrupted because I can open using my Windows PC

Tenho com frequência o problema para mesclar arquivos. Isso está ficando insuportável pois atrapalha o meu trabalho. Vou cancelar a assinatura se não for resolvido.

I had an option to get Adobe Illustrator for free. It said I would pay nothing for the first 7 days, but immediately after activation of the free trial i was billed the full amount. Here is the SMS from my bank as proof of it taking my money, 38,55 BAM.I was thinking of buying a few months of Adobe Illustrator after the free trial, but after this I’m very discouraged to spend any money on any Adobe service ever.

Is there a way to completely remove this? Even if you make a selection with a large feather radius it is still feathering it regardless, that selection is just invisible. The people here that are answering it are treating it as an error and the only symptom is to not use a large amount of feather strength and try again. The message is really annoying, as I use frequently I might add. So I was wondering if somebody out there could make a script or help me find one, because google itself is littered with this question, but the "resolved answer" doesn't really do anything or relate to what I am asking.Any ideas?I've been dealing with it for years, sure I can deal with it some more, but I just thought it would be fixed down the road, as it is a rather strange bug to leave lying around.

Hello, I’m having an issue with remediating a large document that is 364 pages. The primary discrepancies that I am having are Regularity, converting tags in Fix Reading Order, and Tagged annotations. For Regularity, helpx.adobe.com says “tables must contain the same number of columns in each row, and rows in each column.” which I’m confused by because the tables look correct when going in table editor. Also, in Fix Reading Order, when I highlight like a paragraph of text and change to the Text/Paragraph tag, it looks like it makes any text around it that I didn’t select included in the same tag, like the screenshot of the text with the Link tagged. Also, with the Tagged annotations issue, I’m just not sure how to fix this as I’ve highlighted the text and tagged it but it still doesn’t fix the issue (screenshot with “Chapter 2: Fiscal Management…” highlighted) Any help with these issues would be appreciated. Thanks,

Both times I have used Generative AI to alter photos of nude models, the selected area either generates nothing at all or a black graphic area.  These are nude adults so from what I understand that isn’t a guideline issue.  If it is, then I would assert that most people using Photoshop are artists, and artists commonly have to deal with models or paint human figures, etc.  I have no idea why this would or should be an issue.  Adobe should not be policing what art is made, and in my case these photos are being edited to be reference for traditional figure paintings.  Should I remind Adobe that for thousands of years we have been making traditional, classical nude art?

I haven’t seen this before. Same lighting, same camera settings (full manual wb and exposure, though af might have been on) but this time my host’s blue shirt seems to “blink” between a deep blue and more of a purple. Not exactly rhythmic, and not necessarily tied to his movements. I don’t see this in other colors, and I do see it in the scopes. I don’t recognize it as moire, but maybe it’s a weird variation? I’ve tried hue and sat shifts to no avail. Maybe some interference pattern between the sensor and the somewhat lesser quality LED point source key light. We might have to live with it this time on YouTube, but I sure would like to prevent it in the future. Lumix GH6, 4k, 10b 422 All-i on a 1080 timeline. I’ll try a quick export and see if the downsampling makes a difference. Any thoughts?EDIT: did a 1080 export, high bitrate. still shifting- sometimes between blue and teal, and the dark denim pants would bounce between blue and purple. Importantly, I noticed a constant slight puls

I am really trying to find someone that can take my subscription from one of my email accounts and put it onto the correct email account. Due to Microsoft account the thing went and used the wrong email and for two months I couldn't work out why I was unable to use photoshop when I was paying. But I have other products on my freelance email address. Adobe photo plan was loaded onto the incorrect and inactive email address and I am really inhappy that now I have to sign in and out all the time to get different products. I don't want to pay cancelation fee of over 100 dollars and rebuy it on the proper email. Both emails are under my name. What can I do? I need one account with all the products, not 2 accounts which heavens knows what product is where, but I am paying.

I have tried numerous times to create a Table of Contents. I have defined Paragraph Styles, and selected these to populate the TOC but the only thing appearing is the title. I have made sure that there are no overrides in these styles but to no avail. Please help as I have now spent hours on this trying to figure out how to get it to work. Thank you!

I have been contributing AI-generated images to Adobe Stock for the past 3 years. I’ve noticed that some AI images from other contributors are marked as “Premium.”However, I don’t see any option in my contributor dashboard to select or mark my best AI images for Premium status. Is there a specific setting or process to designate images as Premium, or is there another way to get my content featured as Premium?Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

I have 15 gb remaining in my Adobe cloud account.  I have permanently deleted old files.  I have plenty of storage according to creative cloud lightroom cloud storage.  Why is Express not letting me work stating that I am out of storage?  How do I fix this?

In Acrobat reader, when you hover over the document or more specifically the bottom of the document a toolbar pops up. I would like to remove this feature, the pop up always gets in the way.

When making the payment for the Creative Cloud Pro annual subscription, we need to know how we can obtain a tax invoice for Mexico. On the Adobe invoice, we are charged 16% tax, but it is not a fiscal invoice. Can Adobe issue a tax invoice for customers in Mexico?

I had a 7-day free trial that I want to cancel today to avoid being billed. Coincedentally, the website is somehow unable to show me my plans (????????) but works just fine for once I log out of my account on the website. It is like Adobe is artifically throttling everything once I log in. Even the trash AI chat doesn't function. Tried doing it in another browser, in incognito mode, from another device, disabled all extensions etc. etc. etc.  Very frustrating and concerning how bad this service is. I hope an Adobe customer service employee can respond and help me out.
