How can I remove this person in Premiere

I am having issues using the Generative AI features of both Lightroom Classic and Photoshop. When I try to remove anything from my image using the Remove tool with Generative AI box checked in the Lightroom Classic, it never works. This problem started to happen a few weeks ago. The error dialog does not show anything about internet (as many people had before and posted in this community). The error is the one attached. The same problem happens when I try to remove or generate anything in Photoshop. I also attached the snapshot of the photoshop problem.Something might be wrong with the server of Adobe, because another symptoms are appearing to me, for example, the Catalog stopped to sync. It shows the loading circle but it never finishes. Another example, I am unable to load my plans or public profile using Chrome. It shows "Unable to load data" for almost any tab of my Adobe Account. For more info on the system, I am using a Mac M1 with macOs Sonoma 14.7, the Lightroom Classic is 13.5.1

Hello everyone, Last year I pursued a minor in design and received an Adobe license through the school. Now I my own Adobe account again, but unfortunately, I lost all the files associated with the school account. Despite attempting to sign in, it seems I no longer have a valid license. Does anyone know a way on how I might get access and transfer the license to my current account? Thank you in advance for your assistance!

How to get "Reblum" in my dropdown menu?

We have approximately 50 computers running Windows 7 that have encountered a critical issue since February 23, 2026. After Adobe Acrobat Reader automatically updated to version 25.001.21223, the application began displaying the following error message upon launch:“The program can't start because api-ms-win-core-winrt-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.”In response, we uninstalled the software and downloaded the official installer (AcroRdrDC2500120630_MUI.exe) from the official website to perform a clean installation. However, after a few days, the application automatically updated again and the same error reoccurred. As a result, we have been forced to remove the software entirely and switch to alternative PDF readers. This situation has caused significant operational disruption and inconvenience.Could you please advise whether there is currently a definitive solution to this issue?

One of our tools requires this version of Adobe Illustrator and we can no longer install it via Creative Cloud which now only goes back to version 22.1. Will you please provide us with the direct download of Illustrator 2015.3 (version 20.1.0)? Thank you!

Is there an alternative that is basically adobe animate but free with all its things from animate like symbols, classic tweens, etc? And what is that software called?

Hey, hopefully someone can help me with this but when I drag and drop webp files into photoshop now they arrive TINY visually.  They can be re-sized manually to fit the right size bit I didn’t need to do this like a week ago.  For some history, I work with a team of people doing some things with Dead By Daylight content.  I was asked to make a photoshop file with all the killer perk icons.  To do this I would drag and drop from the DBD Wiki page, it would save the image on my desktop as a webp and then I would drag and drop into PS and it would be the exact right size.  Today when I went to update the PS and add some new perks and do something cool with the images of the killers they import at like 10% of the files dimensions and I can’t for the life of me see why.  I also get a new PS popup about the color grading of the webp file that I did not used to get. Now to get it to the right size I can either re-size manually to fit the page or I can right click the the file, open in PS, I g

I can print a test page fine, but when I ask to print a pdf I just get blank pages.  Please help

How many credits did I use and the video wasn't created?

Just installed the opdate for LRC 14: Since then the slideshow does not work anymore. An Error Message Apears "Dynamic Link-Medienserver konnte nicht gestartet werden" (Dynamic linc media server could not be launched). Tried a full re-install fron scratch  - even with empty catalogue. Problem persists.

Nothing more to describe actually!

I am not sure if this is the correct category for this question, so sorry about that. Basically I applied to Substance apps for students program, verified my identity and received my redemption code. However when I try to apply it, it errors; “This seems like a mistake on our end. Shall the issue persist, contact customer support.”I did try contacting customer support but no luck. Half of it went with the chat bot and in the other half I was told that I would be called by an expert but I wasn’t.Any help is appreciated.

Hi! I use TotalAV as my antivirus and apparently it found two threats by the name of “ame.app.sv_SE.dat” that seemed to have come from Abobe (Not sure what app). It labeled the threat as a TR/SNH which I have no idea what that is yet. Could someone help me out? What does this mean exactly?

Dear Adobe Support, I hope you are doing well. I forgot to cancel my student plan before the subscription auto-renewed. As it is quite expensive for me, I’m unable to continue the plan. Could you please help me cancel it? Thank you.

Hi thereI need to merge two different templates into one. So I've opened the two templates in two projects in the browsers tabs. Now I want to copy one slide of project A to the other project B. When I do that, the proportions and the positions are completely wrong and it's not usable. What I've tried:- select all with cmd + A or the mouse- copied the slide when the "all pages view" is open- add a new slide from the library In my opinion it must be possible to copy a whole slide with content and paste it with the same positions into another project (same slide size)  in Adobe Express. Howerver, I couldn't figure out a way.

in Windows 10, it is easy to "print to pdf", but is there a way to set the default so that the new pdf document always opens automatically?  In Word, using the "save as" function, and selecting pdf, there is a box that can be checked to achieve this - but can the same default be achieved by "print to pdf" rather than "save as"?  This would make it suitable to applications other than Word, like printing to pdf from iTunes.
