Hi! I have an Adobe subscription and I’m using the mobile Adobe Premiere app on my phone. The app includes a large music library.Am I allowed to use all of these tracks freely in videos I publish on social media?I’m asking from Germany, where the rules around music can be a bit particular. Thanks!Max

At the time of writing (01/12/2025) when I launch the newest release of Premiere Pro (25.6.2) all UI panels turn completely black and freeze briefly. Then, if I'm able to open a project and start work, Premiere is very slow and eventually crashes completely with all UI panels turning fully black and the PC becoming unresponsive, requiring a hard shutdown by holding the power key. This is running on Windows 11 Enterprise version 24H2 OS build 26100.7171, with an Intel Core Ultra 7 155H and NVIDIA RTX A500 Laptop GPU. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing and the issue persists. Steps to reproduce the problem would be to launch Premiere, open an existing project or start a new one, import some footage, create a sequence and adjust the edit points on the clip. I suspect it's a graphics driver compatability issue or something. Rolling back my install of Premiere to 25.5 seems to have resolved the issue for now, but I'd really like this to be fixed so that I can keep up-t

 I went through the migration, but had to restart some times- as PC  hang a few times. Finally the migration said it was Complete. I have the photos in Collection migrated but Collections where the were are gone/missing But; I have a lot of Collections that was not migrated.   I cannot restart migration again.  Or can I?? Can I rebuild(aka reindex)  Collections only? How to rebuild Collections agian, or 

This shouldn't be this hard. I used to know how to find which version of LrC is installed.  But I can't find that information anywhere. Any suggestions?TY Windows 11LrC 14.5.1

I did like the last years' AI feature on LR much better. Now I click 'denoise' square and it never works unless I restart LR, 'quit' LR and then open it again. It works then but on the next image I have to do it again. Frustrating. iMac has been updated. Thank you

I currently have 100s of folders of photos from different shoots that were initially on my internal drive but then moved to my multiple external drives, and I had to update the location in Lightroom every time I wanted access to one of them. Well now I may for the sake of better organization, buy one big external drive to put all of those folders in but I realized that's going to re break the locations in Lightroom and I'll have to do that for all of them again. Is there any way around this? The one thing I have going for me is for example my H: has a folder Pictures, then under that say 2015, 2016, 2017 etc until that drive is done. I: has Pictures then under that is 2018, 2019 etc. you got the idea. So if on this new big one I use the same structure of Pictures and under it is every year, could I just locate the Pictures folder to fix ALL of them at once? And if I do that will Lightroom crawl to a halt trying to process reconnecting 10s of 1000s of photos? Am I overthinking that

i imported a mp4 video clip into Premiere. When i try to move it to the timeline, it only puts the entire video on my audio track. Cannot see the picture (video)Funny thing is that i can see the picture (video) along with audio in the source window.But on the timeline, it only allows me to use  the audio track.Source video window also has "video only" option. Did try that also. No luck.Could it be a codec problem?let me know. 

   hi hi! i need some advice! i used to have lightroom on my phone and ipad, and when i started to take editing more seriously i decided to delete the ipad version and continued on my phone, also because the subscription was cheaper (€7,99 for ipad and €5,49 for phone).    now after a week i started to get the popups that i needed to get premium, wich is weird because i already had bought premium but the amount i needed to pay was the amount of the ipad version. i tried to renew my purchases but then i got the notification that there wasnt any subscription ony my email. now i payes for an extra subscription but now i have two subscriptions and one is almost €3 more expensive then the other. anyone knows how i can fix this? because i can't find and email for the service center

Hello, I have encountered a confusing situation regarding my subscription. On October 31st, I changed my plan from Pro to Standard and was billed for an annual subscription valid until October 31st, 2026. However, on November 29th, I was charged an additional $844. Upon checking my account, I noticed that an extra Pro subscription had been added. I was neither asked to approve this nor notified about it. On December 5th, I canceled the new Pro subscription and received a confirmation email stating that the canceled subscription will remain active until November 2026. Since I do not need two subscriptions, I kindly request a full refund for the additional charge. I have also tried to resolve this issue using the available chatbot, but without success. Thank you for your understanding and assistance. I just upgraded from Lightroom 6.10 to Lightroom Classic 15.0.1 and my main catalog did not upgrade correctly. I'm getting the error " Lightroom encountered problems trying to update the format of the catalog file and cannot use this catalog in this version of Lightroom. I'm running an older i7 4770 PC 16GB RAM with Windows 10 22H2 which I believe meets the system requirements from Adobe.  I've tried to upgrade my current catalog without success and also created a new catalog and tried to import from my current catalogue but that also failed. My catalog is 5GB tied to 7,000 photos and stored on a second internal HD which is separate from my boot OS drive where LR installed.  I did successfully update an older small Lightroom 4 catalog so I'm thinking there are issues with my larger catalog. The catalog has been optimized, and as far as I know, there are no corruption issues.   Any suggestions to help get my main catalog u

I want to make these curves have the same curvature so that they won't look weird on the logo but I've been readjusting them with the direct selection tool and the curvature tool for hours and they still look really bad, how do I make them look more even? Hi I am typing a word in Illustrator in Arabic language. The fill color is Red and the outline is black. The output is not coming properly. I have attached a screenshot. I want to  achieve the output of Magenta color. In Magenta color word, I have converted the text to outline and then unite it with pathfinder but I need non-destructive. How can I achieve this in Illustrator? I am new to Illustrator a step by step instructions would be helpful. Thanks

Hello, I subscribed just for a free trial and then cancelled the plan. Even so, I was charged today. Then, when trying to cancelling again following the manage subscription button, the page shows an error. I would appreciate a refund and a confirmation that my plan was cancelled.
