Solved

I’m working on animating a chart to go on my company’s homepage and followed this tutorialto help me achieve the look I want. The red line (trim path) is moving left, which is the direction I want it to go, but for some reason the null is moving the opposite direction when I adjust the slider control. I’ve attached a screenshot of my work so you can see the expression I used to achieve this. I need the null object to be aligned to the right side of the trim path line so I can eventually add a gradient color that would be track matted over the red line. Happy to provide more insight if needed, but am hoping for an answer! This is definitely user error :) Red Trim Path moves from left to right, but null object moves from right to left

Hi All, I'm new Rush but not to video editing (I've previously worked with Premiere Pro and other video editing software). I cannot fathom out why all my exports are faded and VERY washed out – nothing like what I saw on the screen while editing them. I'm working on an 18-month-old, top-of-the-range iMac. Your help would be appreciated. Many thanks, David.

I changed the aspect ratio and asked it to create a video with a reference image that would show the top of the subject and the item moving up. Instead it just cropped the image to fit the new aspect ration

So i just downloaded the 2021 version and just like in the 2020 version the plural eyes not showing up. I already uninstalled the program and my pc. Any help out there?

I am trying to develop an app and it requires the following scopes:  openid AdobeID user_management_sdk Is there any way other then getting an enterprise account?

I started a Firefly Standard account on Dec 4th 2025, then to increase the amount of Gen credits I added a Pro account on Dec 22nd.When I check my remaining credits (which is a pain in itself because it always says “unable to load selection” and I have to go to my avatar etc repeatedly going in circles until I finally get the balance of my credits) anyway I've got two accounts but only see one reset date which is the 10th of each month -one of them did reset yesterday the 10th of Feb and it now says the next one is the 19th, presumably the Pro account. I read the date should be on the date you started the account, so anyone tell me why mine isn't and also is there anyway to see info separately for each Firefly account ?Thanks in advance fellow pixel peepers.

Everytime I open after effects I get this message on startup. Have tried everything but nothing seems to work.

Hello   Since the last Camera Raw 17.4.2. 2283 and Photoshop 26.9.0 on a PC with Windows 11 I have  the following problems:   While using the buffer tool I got the following message: unable to perform this operation due to a program error. I get the same message with the delete tool   In a second time, Photoshop crashed. L Neural filters have also been greyed out since then.     I restarted Photoshop and the computer: No improvements, the problems persist. I reinstalled Photoshop but nothing helps, I still have the same bugs.   Thank you in advance for your help.   {Title updated and post translated for discoverability}

I don't have the button to enhance my prompt in Adobe Firefly. Yet I'm using the Firefly Image 4 Ultra model and write the prompt in english… is it a bug ?

Hello, I’m using Windows 7 and facing issues with Adobe Acrobat Reader. The program is either not opening properly / keeps crashing and showing errors. Can anyone guide me on how to fix this? Does Acrobat Reader still support Windows 7, or do I need to install a specific version? Thanks in advance for your help.

In the latest Photoshop update, when you click image/mode and want to change from 32 bits to 16 bits, the HDR toning popup appears and the color balance in the image changes drastically. Normally, the popup should not appear and the color balance should stay the same. Please fix this.

I have two major concerns regarding the current state of Behance: Behance Pro 'Silence': When I first started using Behance Pro to prospect clients, it was great—daily briefings and constant leads. For the past two weeks, it has gone completely silent. No briefings, no inquiries. I even tested setting my rate starting at $5 to see if it was a filter issue, but still nothing. Has there been a change in the algorithm or how leads are distributed to Pro members? Curation Logic: I’ve noticed a lot of 'nonsensical' work or clearly subpar projects from large agencies receiving multiple badges simply because of their follower count, while high-quality technical work is overlooked. I would love an explanation of how the curation process actually works. Is it based on technical execution or just social popularity? For context on my work quality, you can see my portfolio here: behance.net/corseuilThanks 😔

Is it possible to change Eraser size by pressing ‘[‘ and ‘]’ (bracket) keys while holding E (i.e having eraser temporary active). It is something i was able to do on mac but not on windows, I am using Wacom tablet and have one of the pen buttons either set to “Erase” or keystroke “E” neither of which allows me to do what I want.

I would like to use the website tool to create my bio website, but without the image that is required by default being displayed at the top. Even without an image, a colored stripe appears. Is there a workaround so that I don't have to use this image? Thank you, Frank.

I'm running into an issue with Adobe Firefly while trying to create consistent images for my e‑commerce clothing catalog, and I'm hoping someone here might have guidance or a workflow solution. My goal is fairly straightforward: I have AI-generated models that I created myself. I also have product images of garments that my company owns. I want to transfer or place the garment from one reference image onto the same model in another image, while preserving: the model pose lighting background overall studio consistency. Essentially, I'm trying to swap the clothing while keeping the same model and scene, so my catalog images remain consistent across products. However, when I attempt this using Nano Banana Pro through Firefly, I run into problems such as: the edit failing or being blocked the garment not transferring correctly the model's face or body being altered the system seemingly restricting the edit. Some of my products are undergarments (lingerie / h

I have a handful of presets that zoom or pan that I like to make minor changes to depending on the video. After updating to 26.0 changing the scale value under these presets will change the key frames back to linear and completely mess up the zoom. Is there a way to turn this off in the preferences, or maybe a way to prevent it from happening?

I’ve used the blend mode “add” from the menu “apply image” in my workflow for editing portraits (blend mode add was never availabe in the layer menu). Today I’ve updated photoshop to v27.4 and the option is no longer available. Any ideas ? Is there any replacement ? I’ve switched back to v26.x and the blend mode was still there.

I have seen a similar quesiton asked, which is the same issue as me but I cannot find the Sync > Manually delete users. So I am asking again. I run a school and on accident every microsoft intune group got synced to my adobe admin console. I only need 2 of the groups so I am asking how do I remove the other 778 groups! I have tried via the bulk user update but it won’t  let me remove the groups. I have tried pausing the IdP sync and removing groups after but still no success. the squares next to the groups are all greyd out. Any ideas would be great thank you!

Greetings,  I would have replied to my initial post, but its locked, so I have to make a new one.My Acrobat Adobe account says I have a premium subscription, which is in the 7-day Trial. However, when I go to manage subscription the App Store shows no sign of the subscription, despite the fact that I signed up on my iPad. I even double checked my Google Play account, and there is not sign of the subscription there. How do I cancel the subscription when the places to cancel it do not show it exists?I do not wish to be charged repeatedly for something I don’t have the means to cancel. Some actual assistance would be wonderful. Best,CCHSanders

I have used a few email to PDF softwares for Mac and Windows (for eg, PDFen.com), but none of them have performed very well. Moreover, i don't trust online tools due to data privacy. Also they does not allow to bulk convert emails to pdf, or they don't maintain the formatting, or they crash while trying to convert 20 or more files. If someone has a recommendation of a solid Email to PDF converter that works well on both Mac and Windows, I would appreciate it!

I have a brief question about the License Transfer process for legacy products. When I was in school I purchased CS4 Production premium that I happily used until I got a new computer and the activation servers were shut down. After scouring eBay for awhile I found a legitimate CS5 Design Standard upgrade (whose servers still worked). At the time I did not know anything about filling out a license transfer application, I was used to manually deactivating the license in the program before installing it in a new machine. However, looking at my Adobe account now, I do have CS5 design Standard and Acrobat 9 associated with my Adobe account and the software is running fine on my machine. Perhaps the original owner never linked the key with an adobe account? In any case does that mean that my license is all set to go?

Greetings, I just signed up for a 7-day trial for Acrobat Reader Mobile. I tried to go back and cancel the subscription, but when I go to my subscriptions in the App Store, it does not show the subscription. However, when I look at the actually app it shows that I am subscribed. How do I cancel the subscription when the place to cancel it does not acknowledge my use of the app? Please help before the trial is over. Best,Christine Sanders
