I am trying to cancel my free trial period of Adobe Express and am not being given the option to do so when I go into “Delete Adobe Account”. I am just going round and round in circles. Can anyone help me please.

Hello,I am new to Adobe Express and I love how easy it is.However I can’t find a font that belongs to my Adobe Fonts Library, and when I try to upload it as a file it says the font belongs to the library but when I search it up I can’t find it anywhere.   Any clues on how to find it?Thank you.

Hello,For this FM file (see screenshot), I have set the paragraph designer /Numbering like this : → “cantate début”  : <n=1>→ “cantate”  : <n+>→ “cantate fin” : <n+>So, for the “Cantate BWV 107” in the screenshot, the auto numbering goes from 1 to 7.Is it good to do it like this ? Have you some advises to give me ?

I looked through The Community to see that this same issue has continually been addressed for 12 years or more!I could not cancel my subscription to CC. I followed the instructions EXACTLY. However, I got the “ring of death” screen and kept getting looped back to Adobe’s instructions, FAQ’s and The Community.I eventually found a link to chat with an agent, took my turn with a bot and had my issue solved in 60 seconds by an agent - I hope. We shall see on March 5th when my subscription (that I cancelled) is set to auto renew. With so many customers jumping ship, you would think Adobe would be trying to KEEP customers. Instead, my monthly subscription was going to DOUBLE.I only use PS and then I only use it for a hobby, not in a professional/job capacity. Between Affinity and Canva, I can no longer see any practical reason to stay with PS.

Hi expertsI am writing a adobe photoshop script where I can select the folder name from the dialog window and the script will open the very first image from that folder. I will edit the picture and only when I save and close the image, the second image will be opened. And the same thing will continue. So the script will open only one image at a time. How this is possible?I was doing with many experiments and the current code is like this.var imageFolder = new Folder("C:/Nirmalya/Photo/"); function filter(file) { return (file instanceof File && /\.(jpg)$/i.test(file.name)) } var fileList = imageFolder.getFiles(filter); if (fileList.length > 0) { //Sort the fileList fileList.sort(function (a, b) { if (app.compareWithNumbers) { return app.compareWithNumbers(a.name, b.name); } else { return sortAlphaNum(a.name, b.name); } }); loop: for (var index1 = 0; index1 < fileList.length; index1++) { if (doc

wel, a few days ago I started with my book Adobe Dreamweaver Classroom in a book. I arrived at lesson 6 and it's about the extract panel. Now I've read that it's not available anymore. But I don't know how I can open the PSD from the lesson in to dreamweaver to continue the lesson. Is there someone who had the same problem and how did you fixed it?

I added page numbers to parent page/spread, but they’re not showing on the document pages. As you can see from the screenshots, pages show A-Parent is applied, and A-Parent has dotted text frame set up as current page number. Layers of document pages show they are not hiding behind the background, they just aren’t there. What I’ve tried already:Closed file and InDesign, restarted & reopenedApplied A-Parent againChecked layers panel for page numbers behind backgroundClearing overrides (weren’t any)Checked that A-Parent layer is set to show and printMade copy of parent and applied thatMade/opened copy of INDD fileExported/opened as IMDL file I’ve done this before, and can’t figure out what is wrong. What am I missing? What else can I try? Thanks for any help!

I installed Animate CC 2017 and i tried to open it and it always keeps crashing. I moved on from Flash and i wanted to try Animate CC because of the new features in it that flash doesnt have (like parenting, frame picker, a native camera and others). To help here are the specs of my laptop:Model: Positivo Motion C464F (Brazil) RAM: 4GB Storage: 64GB (57GB usable, eMMC type)It always keeps crashing at the “Loading Document Templates” part, even if i want to open a simple FLA (that i think usually skips the start screen)can anyone help?Should i switch back to Flash?

Not that fixing a glaring defect should be a “feature request,” but you can’t even do that:And I love how InDesign isn’t even shown as a product.

Large hidden files in CRLogs folderThe path is: C:Users/Username/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/CRLogs This CRLogs folder takes up 51GB of my hard drive. Inside the folder files as *.dmpWhat are those files? Is it save to delete those? Is there any official response from Adobe on this? Google isn't really turning up much of use

• See Screenshot 01: I have an object box showing a partial floor plan- it is sent to Back. I also have a text box - It is sent to Front.• See Screenshot 02: The text does not show when I move it onto the plan - I can see the edges and handles of the box but not the text. Neither box has text wrap turned on.• See Screenshot 03: In Object Styles the Graphic Box has a + sign appended (I do not know what this means)I have applied text on top of an object box numerous times this way but never had this result - what is happening ?

How do I get this app to work to where I can remove parts of the clothing I'm not using a computer I'm using my Android phone {Title edited by Moderator}

Seriously Adobe, do we need to delay updates until someone tells us no core features have been broken/removed? What is going on with quality assurance.Since the update I can’t drag and drop to move photos or ad them to collection, this is a really serious usability impact. And don’t even start on telling me this is by design…How do I even add a photo to an existing collection without drag and drop?

when using the Liquify filter, there is a possibility that a separate layer is created for this. I always make a copy of the original layer first.

I want to be able to reset scaling values on objects in InDesign, without changing their size. I found the following script snippet online, that does the job:app.selection[0].redefineScaling();But it only works on one object at the the time, even if I select multiple ones. Is there a way to make it work on multiple objects? Keep in mind that I know next to nothing about scripting 😅

Hello, I am unable to see my scanner in Elements 2026.  When I select File/Import I only see WIA Support.  I have checked WIA and it is running and I see both scanners.  If I select WIA support, it freezes up completely and I have to manually stop running the program from task manager.  I am running Windows 11

The current status: Adobe Aero is still in beta version after more than 4 years since its launch. The last minor update was in January 2024, and there are still numerous serious bugs and limitations. The app possesses immense potential. I have pushed it to its limits, creating large and highly complex AR modules for workplace training and educational purposes. However, the numerous bugs and limitations make it exceedingly difficult to utilize the app for enterprise-level applications. It simply lacks the reliability and speed necessary for commercial use.I remain hopeful that Adobe will not abandon the development of Aero into a stable platform. Perhaps its status as a free app has relegated Aero to the bottom of Adobe’s priority list. By transitioning it to a paid app, Adobe might allocate more resources and attention to Aero.

I’m trying to adapt to Premier Elements 2025, after using prior versions (2021 as the latest) for years. Biggest single problem is, I simply cannot find convenient one-frame-forward or one-frame-back controls. In prior versions, there was a simple button, for each of those commands, which would then allow me to use a cut command at exactly the frame I wanted. In the 2025 version, all I can figure out is, keep expanding, and expanding, and expanding the timeline, until I can use my mouse to create what looks like only a single-frame jump at a time. If anyone can help me find a better way to get single-frame resolution, before I cut/trim a video segment, I would be very grateful.

Hello,   Not sure this is a bug, but worth posting here to get your feedback.   My catalog contains about 400k images and videos. In the last months, its size increased a lot from about 7GB in Nov 2024 up to almost 39GB now; just before the upgrade to LrC v15. I ran the LrC upgrade this morning (7-8 hours ago). The software upgrade went well in a few minutes, with all other Adobe upgrades, then the catalog migration started. Since that time, I get the catalog upgrade message with no change since the beginning. See attached screenshot. It says "Not responding" since the beginning as well. I wxanted to understand what's going on, so I looked at the folder where my catalog is stored. The previous catalog v14 has been backued up in a separate folder "Old Lightroom Catalogs" that I then moved to a separate drive. I can also see a temporaryRepairedCatalogue.lrcat growing slowly, very slowly. Its size is now about 2GB. That's means the catalog upgrade is actually processing, bu
