Rgb deafults to s-rgb whereas my working space colour settings are adobe 1998. Surely this should default to my working space.

Hi I went to open a premier pro file I had been working on the day before and it won't let me open it. A message comes up saying it was saved in a newer version. I am trying to open in the newest version of Premier Pro ( the only one I have had downloaded to my laptop). Does anyone know why this is happening as I have only had one version of the app on my laptop.  Thanks in advance 

Whenever i try to edit a picture in lightroom or i try to apply a preset, the picture deletes or leaves lightroom. What should i do?

Lightroom Classic Metadata conflict errors appeared on thousands of images overnight.  Tried overriding on several hundred.  I do use xmp sidecar files on newer images.  Conflicts happens on both, with and without sidecar files.  Looking for advice.  

Hi, I've had a paid subscription with adobe illustrator on the iPad for about 3 months now. I hadn't used it in a while and tried to use it about a month ago but when I open the app this pops up: I've tried signing out and logging in with other accounts and I've tried "Restore your purchase". It all results in coming back to this page. I know I've paid as I have the invoices and when I first open the app and this subscription page loads, I can see a box saying that I have already subscribed. I've deleted the app and downloaded it again and it didn't change anything. What should I do?Thanks in advance.

Hi,We have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed for all user enterprise-wide. Under Preferences we have the 'Enable Generative AI features in Acrobat' selected, and the following 3 options unselected. We need to disabled all the four for all enterprise users. I need help syncing my photos from Classic to LR so that I can edit on the go. whenever I try to sync a catalog, all my photos from lightroom show up in my Classic Catalog, but none of my photos from Classic apear in Lightroom. The collections I create and sync appear in Lightroom as albums, but without the photos. What can I do to resole this?

Hi, I used Adobe Express to make a newsletter but I want to publish as a web page to copy it to a Thunderbird email account. It will only allow publishing to a jpg or PDFs. Note: I have hyperlinks in the newletter so PDFs and Jpegs don't work in this instance. Can anyone help? Besy, Vicky

Hello,I'm working with a Wacom Cintiq 24HD with a pen (and Win 11 Pro) and in every Adobe program I have no problems with using the pen. In Premiere 25.6.2 the pen wouldn't work correctly. Is there somewhere a box I missed to check that allows working with a pentool?Thankss.

Hi. I have Adobe through school. I was able to use Adobe acrobat (https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/acrobat/compress-pdf?x_api_client_id=adobe_com&x_api_client_location=compress_pdf) to compress a 1GB pdf to 3.8mb file without any difficulty. However, after that first use, I have been getting "NO_SIGN_USER" error constantly even though I am logged in with the same account. I have not been able to compress anything, and even if does, it keeps the file as is or doesn't compress enough. I have tried all different methods and even tried logging out of creative cloud. Please help!! 

Does anyone ever get the message: "Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart....""Stop code Kmode exception_not_handled".Happens about once a week when working in PS.

I updated my Lightroom classic lastnight before finalizing a clients gallery, and after I did that, ALL of my photos and presents are gone! What happened and how to I bring it back? I am now behind on delivering a gallery to a client because without my photos, I have to restart ALL of the photo edits all over.

Some background: Currently have scanned 2,000 of Dad's 5,000 slides. Began a year ago with 20 yr. old Nikon 5000 and 10 yr. old Macbook Pro. Signed up for the Adobe Photographer deal with 20 Gig of cloud. My old Macbook could not run the latest LR version but Adobe came thru with a version it would run.  All fine, until I realized I'd quickly run out of cloud space.  Bought a new I-Mac and converted to LRC, and did not lose any scans in the process. Now I'm using LRC for my own photography and still scanning.  I just took a class on LR editing and was impressed by the instructor and his ability to sync to his phone.  Came home and added LR to my I-phone, Surprised to see my first 982 photos were available on the phone, same photos as on the old laptop. I have turned off sync in LR on the Macbook.  I have not yet turned on sync on the I-Mac. I'm worried the early photos will cause conflict. Ok, as far as I can see on the website, photographing Apple products is prohibited.''Apple logos, icons and product designs are protected. Not acceptable for commercial licensing.''In the past, I even deleted some photos because I hadn’t noticed during the shoot that the model was wearing an Apple Watch. My photos of mobile phones were rejected even though they weren’t iPhones, simply because they “resembled” an iPhone. Now I have a lot of photos to sort out, and the same thing happened again—the model is wearing a watch that looks like an Apple Watch. Of course, I can remove the Apple Watch in Photoshop, but I have a lot of photos, and I’m asking this question because I’ve found a large number of images online already where watch that resembles an Apple Watch is clearly visible. How do I install Adobe Acrobat X Standard on my new Windows 11 PC?   I have uninstalled it on my old one but I get error messages when I try to install it on the new PC.   I cannot even reinstall it on the old PC now .Can anyone help? Thanksian_6691

hey, does anyone know if theres any way to download ae 22? i currently have an ae 25 subscription but i also want ae 22 since it has the theme colorization (i know stupid reason) but theres not an option to install that version in the creative cloud app

I am not an expert in Premiere, so please be kind as I probably describe this poorly. Haha.    After a recent update, when I drag transitions to my timeline, they no longer appear as separate elements; they're combined. I download these from Envato, remove what I don't need, and leave the rest.    Now, the only way I can make this happen is if I right-click them and click Open in Timeline, which opens it in a separate timeline and looks like this...     How do I get it to appear like that on my main timeline? That's what used to happen, but now I get this...     Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks! 😃   [Title edited by mod for clarity]
