I cancelled my Adobe Pro subscription a month ago. I talked to two agents, who all said my subscription had been cancelled. However, I still didn't get the cancellation confirmation email. Also, today i got two emails that show Adobe was still trying to charge me. Luckily, my bank stopped the charge. I want the charge to end completely, delete my payment information and no more emails.

To the Adobe Support Team,I am writing to you regarding a recurring monthly charge of 70 ILS that I recently discovered has been billed to my account for the past two years.I HAVE BEEN TRYING to resolve this via chat several times today. Each time, the session gets disconnected or reset, and I have to start all over again.!While I recall opening an account, I was completely unaware that I was being charged for a paid subscription. More importantly, I have not utilized any of Adobe’s paid services during this entire period. Currently, the only version of Adobe installed on my computer is the free version, which does not include any premium editing features or tools.Given that I have not used the services I’ve been paying for, I would like to request the following: Immediate cancellation of this subscription to prevent further charges. A review of my account usage to verify that the services were not used. A refund for the charges made over this period, as this was a misunderstandin

Every new file I create in indesign 2026 is corruptI can work in the file, but can't save or export it.I took an hour on an Adobe support chat, they told me it was a known issue, a conflict with MS updates and they were in progress of patching it, meanwhile I should reset preferences (nope) and uninstall all MS updates (yep). So MS updates re-installed themselves - obviously - and I’m back where I was. My main business tool is unusable. Any ideas or solutions, or a timescale for the patch please?

Eyedropper help for text! To apply color, stroke, style, etc, I can use the eyedropper to pick up attributes, hold the ALT key, and apply those attributes to multiple objects. But I can't do the same thing when applying text styles to multiple segments of text. Am I missing something?I do it in InDesign all the time, but I'm tearing my hair trying it in Illustrator. I'm having to switch back and forth between the eye dropper and the text tool over and over and over, to choose the text tool, select the text I'm adjusting, switch to the eydropper, select the style I'm copying, then rinse and repeat about 100 times. I think I'm developing carpal tunnel syndrome just thinkin about it.Note:• YES, I have all the boxes checked for text styles in the settings for the eydropper tool.• NO, I cannot just select all the text boxes at once and apply the selected style with one click. The reason is that the typeface I'm using has bad kerning (client font choice, not mine), and I need to adjust the k

Dear,Is there any way to set and get the color label of a collection from the SDK ?

Is it possible to options to context menus with lightroom SDK? I can add menu entries in the menu bar, but it would be much satisfiyng if I can right click on a photo/collection and the my menu appears there.

Hi all, My team is having issues with the way that logos are being displayed in our CC libraries panel. Please see the attached screenshots. Two of my team members are seeing most of the logos displayed with a white background. For me, all of the logos are displayed correctly – with a transparent background. The logos were added to the cloud by dragging them from Illustrator to the cloud panel. This issue only affects the thumbnail image. When placed in a document, the white background is gone. The same issue is happening is Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. So far, we have tried:Quitting all Adobe appsSigning out of the Creative CloudEnabling GPU viewChanging user interface settings in Preferences Please let me know what else I can try! Craig

Every reference I can find says you disconnect text frames by double-clicking one of their I/O ports. This produces baffling behavior. In my whole document, I have only two pages that are connected. If I double-click the connecting port on either page, content moves around but then the frames are reconnected. I have no idea what this thing is doing:

I have a small, 128 Pixel, Square image (PSD) that will not save as a BMP file.  The image has been flattened.  RGB, 8  bits/channel, and the only channels besides those are a solitary Alpha channel which is necessary for the image to display correctly in the application that I plan to use it in.. I’ve been working on similar projects since PS2, and have never had an issue. I’ve googled all the Help articles, and checked to see that nothing has changed.  The worrisome issue is that I build these images off of one ”Base” file, changing the portions of the image that need to be changed and saving the PSD file.  Some of these images will save as a BMP, while others will not.  When attempting to save the  BMP, the save box comes up, I select BMP files, click Save, and nothing happens… no dialog box asking whether I want 24 or 32 bit, etc I’m not changing anything in the file structure in between.  The changes are basically a “redesigned” image and a new title.  I just opened a psd and save

I have had this problem before but now it’s cropped up again. I’m running PS 27.4.0 on Windows 10. I have done this before, because old droplets work. But now I can’t seem to get new droplets to work. my steps: Create droplet and save it to a dir that’s executable (/documents/adobe/droplets) Right click, go to properties, click on “compatibility tab”. Click on Run program as administrator. Then click on “Change settings for all users”.I used to be able to get the admin icon attached to the droplet icon, like this:  Now when I do this with a new droplet, it just never runs. I keep getting the error:   I can’t for the life of me get it to work anymore and can’t get any new droplets to run.

I own Acrobat Pro 2017.  It's been installed on my desktop, and on my laptop... working fine on both.  I purchased a new laptop, so uninstalled Acrobat Pro (without deactivating first) from my old laptop.  When I try to install and activate on the new one I get a "license exceeded" message.  On the Adobe web site I can see where I purchased the product, and it tells me the serial number, but I can find no way to deactivate from anything, let alone a specific computer.. How can I get the license assigned to my old laptop deactivated so I can reuse it?

Whenever I create a new file with many many artboards, Illustrator makes two that it labels as 60, not just in name but also in the internal labeling that determines the order and exporting files. Going up to 200, it doesn't seem to have any other duplicates, but I am attaching a screenshot of all of the numbering for reference. One thing this does create a bottleneck in my workflow is that because there is no artboard 59, whatever is on the 59th artboard ends up exporting as 60 and then immediately gets overwritten by the real 60 when exporting from artboards.

Hi after updating to Premiere Pro 25 I cannot switch out of Software enconding, it is greyed out saying: "Hardware encoding is unavailable, please make sure this system meets hardware and minimum OS requirements for this funcionality"  I am running a GeForce RTX 3070 with the latest Nvidia Studio Drivers (576.02)with AMD Ryzen 9 5900x64 RAM andWindows 11 Pro I have tried everything Reinstalling Premiere Pro, purging the driver with DDU, running Premiere Pro as admin, forcing CUDA through NVIDIA drivers, changing settings in Premiere Console with no success. And it's the same story in AME.   Any other suggestions?

My lrcat-lrdata folder is corrupted, online i read to delete it and lightroom would reacreate it but it did not fix the issue. Now if I open the pictures in the develop module i see an uknown error shown but my edits are loaded as the values are shown on the slider but they are greyed out. I contacted support but they told me to remove and reimport the pictures but it’s quite useless as I would lose all my work and all the settings since they are not saved as xmp. I cannot export the xmps now and it says I/O error if i try to do so.

Just opened Premiere to edit a video and the beginning of one of my clips is slowed down or delayed (whichever you call it), which isn't the case in the video file on VLC or the YouTube video I downloaded it from. I did not slow it down myself, that's the raw clip. It's only the beginning of the clip that's slowed down/delayed, the rest of the clip is fine. Win 11 25H2, Premiere Pro 26.0. Video file is mp4 at 1080p 60fps, if it helps. I can't seem to attach the video here directly, so here's a Google Drive link to it: https://drive.google.com/file/d/134E6ta7S_0SWn_IVmHZNSI715Hr18BsQ/view?usp=drivesdk

Hi everyone, thank you for taking you time to consinder my problem.I have a single raster layer in Photoshop with a transparent background that contains multiple separate white shapes (not touching each other). Is it possible to use ExtendScript to automatically detect each individual shape and create a point text layer (e.g. “Lorem Ipsum”) at the each shape? Before After

Hey all,I had this issue in macOS 26.2, do I updated to 26.3 hoping things would improve. Both have issues.I try saving, the percentage goes up slowly, but eventually goes back down and keeps showing different seemingly random %s. It'll go 15%, then 34%, then 76%, then back down to something like 26%, then 40%, and just keeps going for maybe 10 or 15 minutes. It then eventually gives up and shows the error below:I've tried:Restarting Illustrator (and attempting to save the recovered file) Restarting the computer Checking for Illustrator updates (it's fully up-to-date) Saving to a different location (like the Desktop)Some information:I'm not using any 3rd party plugins. Files do save if I create a new one from scratch and try saving it. Existing files do not.

Hi, I’m trying to use Content Aware Fill, for the first time probably and it just won’t create any Fill for me. Not sure what I’m doing wrong, but I’v tried it as well on completly different footage and project and the problem persist. I upload the footage Create a Mask on the layer Set the Mask on Subtract and sets Feather Motion Tracker on Mask is not needed The hole is visible in Comp and in Content Aware Fill Clicks on Generate Fill Layer from Content Aware Fill After approximately 6s a new fill layer appears, however without any fill or content Immediatelly my CPU and RAM start going up until 100% (I have 64GB DDR4 RAM and i5-12600KF CPU) CPU stops going crazy when I delete the new Fill layer and my RAM drops to like 80-90%, until I reopen the project again. There is no visible activity in After Effects and I even left it for a moment running on 100% to see, if something appear in After Effects, however nothing showed up. For most of the time I don’t encounter hardware limitations
