Hello Adobe Support, I’m using a Canon 5D Mark IV and I usually shoot in JPG. I’ve noticed that when I import my JPG files into Lightroom Classic, the colors appear noticeably different from what I see on the camera’s LCD or when viewing the image in other basic image viewers. The color looks flatter, less saturated, and not as true to what was captured in-camera. I understand that RAW files often lose the in-camera Picture Style when opened in Lightroom, but in this case, I’m working with JPG files, which should already be processed by the camera. Is there a way to preserve the exact color and tonal look of my original JPGs when importing them into Lightroom, without any changes to the appearance? I’ve tried checking the profile in the Develop module, and Lightroom applies “Adobe Color” by default. Changing the profile helps a bit, but it still doesn’t match the original JPG appearance from the camera. Is there any way to import JPGs into Lightroom without Lig

Until a few weeks ago, I have been able to print from PE 2024 to my WiFi connected printer, an Epson ET-8550. I am running this on Win10.The printing utility in PE allows me to select the printer and change its options, but when I click the Print button, it spends the next 15-20sec doing nothing and then defaults to the default printer (HP Laserjet). I haven’t tried switching the ET-8550 as the default, as it seems to me that it is timing out on connecting to it. In the printing dialogue, under More Options, the colour management is set to “Printer Manages Colors”, and under Edit>Color Settings, “Always Optimize Color for Computer Screens” is selected.I have found that I am able ro print from Windows Photo Viewer, and little else, as a .tif file.I’d appreciate some help on this. I’ve been trying to find a legitimate installer for animate cc 2018, but the ProToolDesign app doesn’t link me to the installer anymore and instead I keep getting link to that one adobe page about installing older apps, is installing any older versions other than the last 2 is now officially impossible?

Hi,As I searched in this forum, I did not find an answer to my question. I hope someone can help me.I want to move a single vertical line in a table to make the left text fit better. When I drag it, the whole table drags along with it, which is not preferable.See highlighted line in the picture. Is it even possible? Thank you in advance! Cheers, Maarten

I make business cards from Publisher. It has the ability to make multiple copies per sheet: The file is 3.5x2 inches with one business card. When printing, I select “multiple copies per sheet” and “10 copies.” It looks like this: Can it be done in Illustrator? to find a way to make 10 copies on a sheet from one 3.5x2 inch file. I keep hearing that the only way to do it is to start with an 8.5x11 document, make one 3.5x2 inch business card and duplicate it 9 more times. We need an easy way to do it, like Publisher. Any suggestions?

For whatever reason if i use the paint brush tool 99% of the time the paint bucket tool cant not fill, this does not happen with the regular brush tool or the pencil tool, making the paint brush tool useless for animating people or shapes, even if the lines are cleary intersecting, the section will not fill. Am im missing something here? Im using windows 10 and latest version of adobe animate downloaded from a 20 dollar adobe cloud subscription.[Moved from non-technical Lounge Forum to specific Program forum... Hi everyone, I’m writing this after a discussion  @L e n a   had with @ingo9 about Flexbox and some articles published on Puce & Média.Out of curiosity, I went to read the related thread myself, and I have to admit I had real trouble finding and following the actual exchanges. For context, I’m not directly involved in that discussion, but I wanted to understand how it unfolded.Since the new version of the forum, I find it difficult to read threads and follow conversations, especially when replies are nested. For example, in this thread: Methods for image gallery+captions, flexbox vs gridbox At first glance, I only see one comment, while there are actually many replies hidden inside nested threads. To read them, I have to manually expand each level, and if there are replies inside replies, I have to repeat the process. As a result, it becomes quite hard to:understand the full conversation, see where replies were added, or even notice that new answers exist at all. In this case, the ori

I would like to have a feature in Adobe Illustrator that proofs my artwork is 100% non ai-generated. I used Illustrator for 30 years(!) now and I want my clients to know that my artwork is done by my hands.I’m not against ai-generated content but my clients pay me for my skills and style.

Hi everyone,I’d like to ask where I can seriously report a website where cracked versions of Adobe Acrobat are being sold, and people are buying them without realizing how risky this is. The site hosts sellers who offer these versions, and no action seems to be taken against them.Is there a specific department at Adobe where reports are taken seriously and real action is taken? I previously submitted a report through the automated reporting link, but nothing changed—on the contrary, the number of sellers and their sales keeps increasing

Hi. About three weeks ago the blue banner with bonus code for Creative Cloud disappears from my dashboard. Where can I find it?

Hi all. I’m a professional editor working with a UAE based editing agency and using After Effects for years on commercial and ad projects. Recently an entertainment website [personal info removed by mod.] contacted us for a short eye catchy promo ad video. While editing in latest After Effects, I started facing an issue with Multi Frame Rendering. Render gets stuck on a random frame, cpu still high but frames don’t move, no error shows. If I turn off MFR it renders, but very slow. Project is clean, no missing plugins, cache cleared, GPU drivers updated. This feels more like a render thread or plugin related issue, not basic settings. I searched YouTube and blogs but didn’t get real help. Saw many experienced AE editors here so thought to ask.

Hi,I live in a country where Adobe doesn’t officially sell Creative Cloud subscriptions (Bosnia and Herzegovina), so I’d like to check what’s allowed. Is it acceptable to create an Adobe account under my own email, but have a friend or relative in a supported country (e.g. Austria or the UK) purchase the subscription using their credit card and billing address—while I’m the only person using the account, on a single machine, under my own login?Specifically, would Adobe consider this a problem due to the mismatch between billing country and login location, or is this setup generally tolerated if there’s no account sharing or misuse? Thanks in advance for the clarification.

Dear Adobe, I was charged by Adobe a monthly fee which I did not authorise since I do not have an active membership. I finally decided to stop my visa card - in a last attempt to stop the payments. I do request reimbursement of the last years subscription. Kind regards

I use Adobe inDesign in pallet mode, so not 'Application Frame' mode, with toolbars at the top and left docked and pallets docked to the right. Click the the expand traffic light button in the top left used to just expand the window so that it still showed the dock at the bottom and the pallets to the right, if they inadvertently went behind the pallets or dock. Now it just goes full screen mode which I don't use and is useless for a pallet rich application like InDesign, and is impossible to get out of, unless you move & undock the toolbars out of the way so that when you move your mouse to the top, the window buttons reappear. This is so broken it's unbelivable you've shipped it like this. The only fix for this is to go into Application Frame mode which doesn't work for me because I need to see the Finder desktop when there's no documents open. It's a bug because holding down the option key and hovering over the expand button, changes it into a + sign but

I am trying to use JSFL to adjust an instance's Advanced Color Mode (Alpha). My Action:I manually select a keyframe on the timeline, then in the Frame Properties panel, under "Color Effect" -> "Advanced", I adjust the Alpha value there. The Problem:I tried using getDocumentDOM().setInstanceAlpha(60), but this only adjusts the transparency in the "Object" tab, which is not what I want. I need to modify the Alpha property as seen in the "Frame" tab's Color Effect. I tried capturing the code from the History panel, but it generated getDocumentDOM().setElementProperty(%S, %S), which throws an "Argument is invalid" error when played back. I also tried getDocumentDOM().setElementProperty("alpha", 50), but it had no effect.I have checked the official tutorials but couldn't find the correct property names for this specific panel. My Question:Could any experts tell me the correct JSFL syntax to adjust the Alpha transparency within the "Frame" (Color Effect) panel?

Hi Team, I tried print as pdf using adobe PDF saving as .log extension. I could not convert any file into pdf. Please let me know what is an issue.

Hello Adobe Firefly team,I am evaluating Adobe Firefly API for commercial use in a production SaaS workflow (image generation and post-processing).I would like to confirm the following points at a high level:1) For images generated via the Firefly API, does Adobe’s copyright indemnification apply when the output is used commercially, assuming compliance with the Firefly terms?2) Firefly-generated images include C2PA Content Credentials. If the original Firefly output is preserved unchanged, and a derived image is created separately for publishing (e.g., resized or with a visible disclosure watermark), does this affect indemnification for the original asset?3) Is there any official guidance on how C2PA metadata should be preserved or handled in commercial workflows using the Firefly API?This question is intended to understand the expected and supported usage patterns. If detailed legal confirmation requires a support ticket, please let me know the correct channel.Thank you.

Last year I decided to try substance painter for free as a student. I provided necessary data, and everything went ok until today…I received mail that i need to provide payment method. I can't cancel the plan nor delete the account. I thought that after 1 year the acces to 3D Substance would just stop. So what are my options here? I dont want to pay annual fee... I still have a valid student id, can i renew the free acces?

Hi, Dear Friends! I need to change the font size of a certain letter, but also its vowels (in Hebrew). If i just search for the desired leter it doesnt help for the vowels, which are usually 1 diacritic AFTER the letter itself, but could be up to 4 diacritics. I guess the way to do this would be to search for CHAR + anything after it until, but not including the next char. But alas, I could not write grep expressions even if my life depended on it…Can anyone help?TIA to all! Thank you, and have a good day!Susan Flamingo

Hi all! It seems like no matter what I do, when I place anything from my CC Library into InDesign it immediately corrupts the file and I’m unable to save. Then, when I close and reopen the app I’m prompted to recover the file, but doing so only makes it crash and send a report to Adobe. This is my first time using the CC Library, so is there something I’m fundamentally missing? I’ve found it’s the only way I can get the graphics I made in Illustrator over to InDesign without losing quality. Help! (Both apps are fully up to date)

Hi - I have a filled path that I need to divide into even segments: The end result should look like a dotted line, similar to this image: I have found tutorials on how to divide shapes but nothing for a filled path or curve like in my situation. Also, the path cannot change shape or be distorted in any way since it represents data. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
