Seit dem letzten update kann ich für pdf keine Vorschau mehr sehen. Alle Kästen und Haken sind korrekt gesetzt. Ich muss jede datei erst öffnen. Da ich beruflich viel mit pdf arbeite, ist das echt nervig. hab probeweise auf foxit umgestellt, aber das Problem bleibt. Wer kann helfen?

Hi,When I uploaded my Nikon MOV files (Video Codec Type: MP4/MOV H.264 4:2:0  (Full Range)) into Premiere Pro 2019 they don't play video. I got audio only, and frozen video.On my very old laptop and Kdenlive editing software this was working smoothly without problem. Do I need to buy any codec or do anything else to be able such files in Premiere Pro?[1] I took small part of a .MOV clip (about 5 seconds), exported it into .mp4 file (took about 4 minutes!) - and such file works. Why is not playing in Premiere Pro and why takes so long time for just 5 seconds?[2] Files .MOV play very well in any video player in the system, only not in PP.

Winodows版 Premiere Pro バージョン25.6.1 (ビルド2)2025/11/18に作成したデータが今日(2025/11/19)突然開けなくなりました。「このプロジェクトは新しいバージョンのAdobe Premiere Pro で保存されたので、このバージョンでは開けません。」と表示されます。バージョンのダウングレードはしていません。CCDesktopでPremiere ProのUpdateを個別で確認しても最新版になっています。バージョンを確認したら25.6.1 (ビルド2)となっているのですが、ビルド2(←コレ)がくせ者でしょうか…。昨日の時点ではどのバージョンで保存されたのでしょうか…。ベータ版などは利用していません。大規模不具合でAdobeが勝手にバージョンをダウングレードさせた？？ファイルが開けないとデータをMediaEncoderで書き出しが出来なくて困ってます。どなたか対処方法をご存じの方がいらっしゃればご教授下さい。よろしくお願いします。

I have used InDesign for many years, and, to create a dashed line around an object, I have always gone to the stroke palette, entered the number I wanted the dashes to be spaced by, clicked enter, and had it changed.  Took about a second.  Now that space to enter the numbers is missing and it appears Adobe thinks I want to save that stroke as a style, go into yet another palette, play with some ruler, etc., etc., etc.  I can't believe they really chose to add so much extra work to something that was literally almost an after thought.  Does anyone know of a way to get those boxes back?  I use them all of the time and seriously don't want to have to waste my time creating a "style" that is not needed.  Each time I need a dashed line, it is custom for the particular item I am working on.  I am working on a PC in the latest ID.  Thanks for any help.GS

I have a user that had been using Adobe Acrobat Reader on a new PC for about a year without issue. A month ago, this user's Adobe Acrobat would crash when attempting to fill in a fillable field in a given PDF. If you leave the PDF alone, it will stay open, but the moment you try to edit it, or fill in a fillable form, Adobe Acrobat crashes.   The user is on Windows 11 Pro and on Adobe Reader Version 2023.008.20533. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing Adobe Acrobat, removed all anti-virus, and run the Adobe cleaner/uninstall tool and the issue still persists. If anyone has any insight or advice it is greatly appreciated. I have protected view set to 'OFF' as well, as I noticed that suggestion in a lot of articles that dealt with Adobe Acrobat crashing. Im using nexusfonts as font manager, im working for tens different brands and i dont want to install hundres of fonts so i activate/deactivate fonts to suits my specific needs. Since this last version of illustrator, when i was selecting a different font collection from nexusfont, illustrator saw the new activated fonts and updated them in the documents. Now it doesn't do this anymore and I have to close and reopen illustrator with the collection activated in nexusfont everytime im switchig between different clients documents. It's very annoying and I would like to know if there is a solution for this. Thanks! 🙂

I could not generate an image because I wanted to include "Mary Jane" shoes. Everything else was fine, and it would generate pictures with the entire prompt -Mary Jane.I had to type in "Closed toed, low cut shoe with a strap across the instep" to get what I wanted without Firefly thinking I was trying to make some sort of drug related shoe.Adobe is truly insane.  If they really want to dissuade drug related images then force AI to put shoes wherever "Mary Jane" is requested, don't limit the type of shoes I can request because some people might be using slang for pot.  That is like refusing to put flowers in a "pot."

Such a funny bug. Adobe Premiere Pro 2022 doesn't show the location path option at all when I am trying to export anything. Not sure where the issue is.   And of course when I click export, I get the following error which is obvious.  Anyone has a solve to this?

Hi,  I am running Windows 11, have a fresh install of Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Acrobat. HalloDas Einreichen und von neuen Fotos ist mir seit neuestens nicht mehr möglich, es werden immer wieder Fehlermeldungen angezeigt obwohl ich sämliche rot gekennzeichneten Fehler behoben habe, Desweiteren ist ein speichern der Änderungen auch in grün hinterlegten Fotos nicht möglich. Auch bei der finalen Mensch Roboter Erkennung ist eine Speicherung nicht möglich. Nach fünfmahliger richtiger Katzenauswahl erscheint Fehlermeldung es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten worauf der Vorgang komplett abgebrochen wird.Wie kann der Fehler behoben werden des bislange noch nie nie aufgetreten ist ?

I'm using PS CC.  My layer mask is leaving a faint ghost of the background of the image I am extracting.  I have to go back and erase the ghost...so double the work.  My brush color is black.  My brush opacity is 100%.  My layer density is 100%.  What am I overlooking?

Hallo,ich habe meinen PC komplett neu einrichten müssen, nur BS WIN 10 noch vorhanden, alle Programme weg (Soft- und Hardwarecrash, sodass kein Backup genutzt werden konnte!).So habe ich nun meine Programme wieder  mühselig  installiert , auch die Adobe Produkte Adobe Photoshop  & Premiere Elements 12 wieder istalliert.Jetzt soll ich aber diese Produkte innerhalb 7 Tagen registrieren. Aber das funktioniert ja nicht .Ich kann mich bei Adobe anmelden, finde aber kein Möglichkeit, diese Produkte wieder zu registrieren...Warum kann ich diese Produkte nichtmehr nutzen, ich bin jetzt Ü80 und brauche keine aktuellen Programme mehr.Bitte helfen Sie mir,  damit ich diese Programme wieder nutzen kann.Danke für Ihre  Bemühungen.Mit freundlichen GrüßenDietirch-G. When rendering video from drone footage (Codec: MPEG-H Part2/HEVC (H.265) (hvc1)) I get the error "Failed to install the following item: C:\users\publicx\documents\AdobeInstalledCodecsTier2\4.3\mc_enc_hevc.dll". "Close your other applications, make sure you have write access to this location and that there is enough free space on your hard drive. Alternatively, try deleting the folder C:\users\publicx\documents\AdobeInstalledCodecsTier2 and restarting the application." When I then click OK, I get the following message: "This file requires the HEVC codec, which is included with a Creative Cloud membership. To upgrade to a paid membership, go to   I've checked everything, and I have write access to the locations. There's also more than enough disk space. In fact, last weekend there were no problems with these files in the same version of Adobe Premiere (25.5) and Adobe Media Encoder (25.6). I also have a Creative Cloud membership. It's a subscription every year. 

Hi all, New to using Adobe, currently trying to make a fillable timesheet which automatically calculates employees total hours once they enter their start and finish times - every solution which I have found requires custom scripting which I am not fully aware of how to do! For some reason, the smart guides have stopped working. Haven't done any changes and have updated the Illustrator too. Please help as its supper annoying.
