Solved

Good afternoon, dear Adobe community. My Adobe Stock author account has been deactivated for over three months. I have contacted support several times but have not received a response. I have already created two requests: 00452674 and 00472273. In the chatbot, I only found support for product questions. I can't find any feedback for authors. It seems that I left a post in the community section about a product issue. I can't find how to reply to messages on the forum, but I can see that there are emails. I can't find the post itself. I decided to create another request here. Lately, I have been uploading videos created with AI. Here's what I would like to clarify:– I always use a paid commercial Midjourney (Pro) license, which allows commercial use and distribution.– Each video was properly marked with a check mark “Created using generative AI tools.”– All of my works were unique in both content and theme, covering ecology, holidays, nature, technology, and people.– Each video had its ow

Two Ps files are in Windows Explorer, file sizes are 5.62 MB & 99.4MB respectively. What is reason larger file with 99.4 MB shows the content but smaller file does not show?

I tried to reinstall Creative Cloud on my iMac Big Sur but it doesn’t work: error 81. I saw that I have to access the Activity Monitoring because there is another installation process for Creative Cloud, but I can’t find it. It seems that there is no active Adobe process on my Mac, but I can’t install the Creative Cloud package. Someone could help me? Thanks!

I have a small operating problem for which I cannot find a solution.I have assigned a brush to contours (artistic brush, ink). Looks great - but the outline is always semi-transparent. But I want it to be 100% opaque. I searched in the brush settings of the brush itself (no setting option that would have changed anything). Even in the usual control panels (Contour: Opacity, Appearance, etc) everything is set to 100% and ‘normal’ Even if I convert the brushstroke to paths, everything is not 100% opaque. Although the settings of the resulting shapesshould have 100% opacity (see screenshot on the right). Is there no way to change the appearance of the predefined brush to 100% opaque? I would be grateful for a specific tip. LG, Hubertus

Every since my InDesing updated to 20.1, when I select a window or block of text, it will not show as highlighted, but it is. I have to click off and then click back onto the block a few times so that the box appears normally selected. Overall, InDesign seems to be running a bit sluggish as well after this update. Obviously, something needs to be fixed in this last update because the "removes bugs" didn't work. Now I have NEW bugs that weren't here before.

Many times I delete the bookmarks from downloaded statements, close the bookmarks panel and save the file. However every time I open the pdf, the bookmarks panel displays without any bookmarks and covers 75% of the pdf window so I have to close it every time I open the file. How can I permanently stop the bookmarks panel from displaying every time I open a pdf?

Let me know how it could be an Intellectual Property. It's just an AI made image that shows releasing water from a tape. I would appreciate your answer. Thanks.

Hi again! 🙂 I just converted a PDF into an indesign file, but I noticed it came with a bunch of section breaks —  the page numbering restarts every 1, 2 or 3 pages. I've selected all pages and tried to override the sections by starting a whole new section in "numbering and section options" but it just affected the first section/the first two pages. By any chance, does anyone know a good workaround so that it won't be necessary to manually reset all the sections one by one, not in this nor in future converted documents, please?

Although the Image no-show is a classic newbie problem with obvious causes like paths to relevant folders etc, there are sometimes also inexplicable reasons. I know the nav code is clumsy and it will soon be better organized. However, the problem here is that some images are not loading, namely:alt="b-forest", alt="Ingemar", "frame_ bamboo", alt=”Honeycomb wall”If you can help me find the culprit, please check out this code below. Thanks if you can,Ingemar>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>><!DOCTYPE html><html lang="EN"><head><meta charset="utf-8"/><title>Saevfors - Bamboo Prefab</title><!--<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8;" name="viewport" content="width=device-width,initial-scale=1"/>--><meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge"/><meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1"/><style>* {    box-sizing: bo

For some reason, the search bar no longer works within my folders, if I get there through the CTRL+D (place tool) through InDesign. For instance, I am searching through our company logos, and typed in “Walmart” and it doesn’t search for our Walmart logos, when it should. Even when I click within the logo box and type W, nothing happens. The only way for me to bypass this, is to open my windows folder separately (not within InDesign) and then drag it on to my InDesign file. This is super inconvenient, especially when working with effects. Anyone know why my InDesign is having this glitch and how I can get my search bar to work again?

Despite the cancellation, I keep receiving weekly emails and notifications asking me to pay US $29.99 / month and to update my payment details.

I am sharing my experience regarding the handling of my renewal for the Creative Cloud Photography Plan and the subsequent interaction with Adobe support. On December 10, 2025, I received an official communication from Adobe stating that the cost of my plan would increase from €9.99 to €15.12. The email clearly outlined that I had the option to maintain the original price by opting for an annual renewal before January 9. However, prior to the specified deadline and without allowing me the chance to act as instructed, my subscription was automatically renewed at the higher rate of €15.12. Upon reaching out to Adobe support to address this discrepancy between the information provided in the email and the actual charge incurred, my experience was unsatisfactory. The support representative (Adarsh) consistently disregarded the content of Adobe's communication and failed to acknowledge the primary concern. At one stage, I was advised to accept the price hike as it had been unchanged for a v

I purchased an Adobe Firefly subscription, but it's giving me an error and I can't perform any unrecognized operations.

Hi, I am using an Epson SC P6000 straight from Lr Classic 14.1.1. Everything prints with all formats fine except when I put in a 24 in. roll. It always prints the wrong way no matter how I configure the page setup. I have the tried triocking the system by sending everything exactly the same except that I rotate the image 90 deg.Same result. I not sure if it is a bug, or something wrongly set.  Any ideas how to solve this? thanks

Not sure what the problem is. I select Color Lookup and the 3DLUTS option is greyed out.  Please help!

How do I add stroke (line width) and change color to text box frame? I am trying to add a border to the text box without having to add another rectangle behind the text box.

If I have an .indd project file inside a OneDrive folder on my desktop (I like to work on the cloud to avoid any loss of data), after a few saves the .indd file gets corrupted. What is this mess? why won’t Adobe update such a simple feature and make it work with Cloud apps? This is 2026 ladies and gentlemen.

I password protect all of my sensitive and financial PDF documents. The downloaded PDF Chase Bank statements are already password protected and can't be modified. To get around this, I print the docs using "Microsoft Print to PDF" option. The new generated doc allows me to a add my password.

I would like to cancel my Adobe Lightroom plan because I am no longer using it. However, it shows the message, “You will be able to manage this plan shortly.”I have already followed the instructions on the website, including waiting 24 hours and waiting until after the trial period ended. It has now been 2–3 days, but the Cancel button still does not appear.Could someone please help explain why the Cancel option is not showing and how I can cancel the plan?

I am trying to print a photo to Epson XP 15000 and it automatically comes up to image size of 4x6, but I want it to be the size of the image which is 5 ½ x7.  Every time I try to change it, Photoshop closes.  I have reinstalled Photoshop, my print drivers, reset my preferences, removed other printers...I don’t know what to do next.  I saw where I should change color management, but it doesn’t show on my version the same.  I have also checked the printer spooler service to make sure it is ON and automatic.I have Windows.I would appreciate any help you can offer. It’s a new printer, which I can return, I’m just worried that it’s not a printer problem. and it will happen with a different printer.

I recently had several photos rejected due to “quality issues,” and I would appreciate some feedback from the community.
