After updating Illustrator to 27.5 I am missing the eye dropper tool from the colour picker, and from within the recolor artwork tool.  I have re-started illustrator, reset my preferences, and restarted my computer as well (mac). Anyone else experiencing this? Any solutions? Thanks.

LRC is not importing pictures. When I open the import window, I see the files, but the thumbnails are grey. When I press the import button nothing happens. When I stop the importing I get a message that that no videos or photos were found to import. Hi,I have a Validate button on a form that has an IF statement that says, if the required fields have nothing in them, show a message that says to complete the required fields, and it also highlights them using the "showRequired" function.If the required fields are already filled in, then it shows a message that says all required fields have been filled in.The showRequired function is being called at the end of the IF statement, which makes the fields get highlighted whether they have all been filled in, or not.I was just wondering if it is possible to put the showRequired function into the First Half of my IF statement, so that it would highlight them if they have NOT been filled in.And, then, the code after the "ELSE" would just show the message that everything has been filled in, and it would not highlight the fields.I have tried to do this, but I keep getting syntax errors and I have tried just about every way of re-doing it.  Not having any luck.I even tried turning the IF St

Hello everyone, From today when trying to open a PDF file located in a network folder, acrobat reader gives me the following error: Error Security lock: Does not allow connection with ... (my route). I have looked at the security privileges and I have full control over the documents in this folder. If I try to open the documents from another PC it works without any error. I have reviewed the security options of the program and it seems that everything is fine. I've also relisted the software and it's still the same. Any idea what it could be? Thank you.

Im on the brink of waving InDesign goodbye, when this happens ever egain. After Updating InDesign to 20.3.1 every window with a previous checked "preview"-checkbox gets reverted to unchecked – Every. Effin. Update. Is this really neccessary??  

Hello,Having some issues with the mobil application and filling of forms. I can't seem to fill the textboxes, it's like they weren't there at all. I can navigate to the Fill and Sign and then create new text basically everywhere but to use the predefined fields seems impossible. On PC (win11 24h2) it works fine and I can edit all forms on in the pdf.Same for all PDFs I've tried. Anyone have anya ideas regarding this?I'm on an Android v16 and using Adobe Acrobat v 25.10.1.41618 (free version)Thankful for what help or insights I can get.

When I use generative extend in premiere pro 25.5.0 on a clip shot in S Log 3, the extended part of the clip has a noticable degradation in color. You can instantly see muddy pixels in the image.  (yes, the clip is interpreted as REC 709)The issue is that I always have my colorist do his work after I'm finished with edits. So the only way to (I assume) make this work is to have him color everything, then re-extend usng the colored clip.Does anyone know of a better workaround by chance?

Lo cerré, y tres horas después, cuando intenté abrirlo otra vez, Premiere me mostró el mensaje de que no se puede abrir porque fue guardado en una versión más reciente.Entré a Adobe Creative Cloud y verifiqué que Premiere está en la versión más reciente. De hecho, se actualizó hoy mismo. Entonces… ¿qué “versión más reciente” menciona si YA está actualizado?Lo más raro es que no puedo abrir ningún proyecto de esta última semana, pero los proyectos antiguos sí funcionan sin problema.¿A alguien más le ha pasado esto? ¿Pudieron solucionarlo de alguna manera? I can't use generative AI with my Photoshop v26.11 today. Every time when I try to generate or remove something, it keeps saying 'We've encountered an issue and can't complete your request at this time. Please try again later'. My collegue's Photoshop has had the same problem. Anyone knows what has caused such issue? It's not the first time but usually it would be back to narmal in less than an hour. But not this time, it hasn't worked for more than six hours already. Pretty frustrating...

Adobeフォントでクラウド保存し、そのフォントをフォトショで使用したくてフォント名を入れてもでてきません。英語表記などきをつけてますが、フォトショまたはMacを再起動したら反映されるのですが、なにかの設定ミスでしょうか？毎回使いたいフォント登録する度反映されないので困っています。過去の投稿も見ましたが該当するものがなさそうだったので、よろしくお願いします。 MacOS 、フォトショ共にアプデは常にしてます。

Hi! I have a subscription for Substance, and I can download assets from the web at:https://substance3d.adobe.com/But when I try to access the same assets from the Creative Cloud Desktop Client, under Stock and Marketplace -> 3D I get this error: To download assets first subscribe to a 3d offer I have tried to logout and login again in the client, and still the same error.

I have been working on a project since August 2025. Today I was in it this morning working and closed out to work on some other stuff. I noticed that Premiere had the update to 25.6.1, so I went ahead and updated the software. Now, when I try to launch back into the same project from this morning, I am met with the 'Project was saved in a newer version of Adobe Premiere Pro and cannnot be opened in this version.' I've attached screenshots to show that I am on the latest versions, but I am not sure if this is an update bug or of something has gone wrong on my end.
