Solved

I am new to Adobe Ill.  I started with 2025 AI in September 2035.  A new 2026 AI downloaded and installed itself as an "update" so now I have 2 of them.  Do i delete one of them?  if so, which one?  Also I have a 2025 Ipad pro with the tablet form of Adobe Illustrator on it. How do I access my Icloud drive or my Google drive or the Creative Cloud from my Ipad Pro?

Does anyone have experience creating artwork and printing decals?  Specifically, how do decal printers work?  For an AI file with 2 layers, is the bottom layer printed first, and then in a second pass the top layer is printed directly over it?  I would like to create a decal to be applied on the inside of a window to be viewed correctly from the outside.  I would place a mirror image of the artwork on the bottom layer, and then an identical white image over it on the top layer to make the image opaque when viewed from the outside. Thanks  Joe

I would like to move my photo libraries from two older, external HD's to a new external SSD but I very nervous about losing images, information and or links between my catalog and my images.  Is there a clearly laid out procedure for doing this somewhere that I can access or can you point me in the right direction to accomplish this?  As I have gotten older (mid 70's), I have lost some of my technical expertise and am worried I will lose my iimages or edits.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

After installing macOS Tahoe 26.1 and Adobe Creative Cloud on a clean system, I noticed that all my external drives show custom Adobe style icons in the Finder sidebar. The icons appear only in the sidebar. They do not appear on the desktop, and they do not appear in the information window for each drive. They should look like the standard orange drive icon of macOS.   I would like to understand why this is happening and how I can remove these Adobe-related graphics from the Finder sidebar. I prefer to keep the default macOS icons for my drives. How can I revert this, and why is it always and only Adobe who's just giving his hard-paying customers [cursing removed]?

Hi, I'm new to here. Can anyone plz explain why these 4 Ai arts were rejected saying quality issue?-Thanks

PS : j'ai besoin d'aide rapidement, mes parti

I need 19.5 for my workflow. Is any installer available anywhere?

Definitiv stimmt hier was nicht.

This is a little embarrassing, but here goes. I've just upgraded to a 2024 iMac, OS Sequoia 15.7.2, and Illustrator 30.0 (2026). After a century of selecting individual points on an open or closed object with the Direct Selection tool —or selecting a subset of points—this current 30.0 Direct Selection tool is selecting nothing(?!). I can use the Lasso tool to select subsets of one or more. but not the Direct Selection tool  Can someone set me straight?

Hello I have a question I am planning on buying a new MacBook Pro. N I want to transfer my presets I already have to my new laptop how do I that?

Lightroom (Cloud) and Adobe Converter on Windows on ARM are unable to read NEF files; specifically, they can neither export nor edit them. With the latest update, it is now possible to upload them to the cloud, which wasn't even working before. Furthermore, the Denoise feature on Windows on ARM—specifically on a 13-inch Surface Pro 11 with the Snapdragon [X Elite/Plus] processor—takes nearly 4 minutes!!!To make matters worse, everything works much better on an Android tablet or even a simple smartphone. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Recently bought a new PC (Wired2Fire AMD R8845) I transferred everthing from old PC to new using Laplink software. On the new PC I opened Lightroom Classic and imported all of my many images. All OK.I then went on to Creative Cloud and updated LR, LRC, Bridge and Photoshop to the latest versions.PS opens and works, but LR, LRC and Bridge fail to do so. I tried uninstalling Bridge and then installing again but this has made no difference.HELP!!!!Thanks, Chris

Just reset preferences on LR. Keyword search does not work like it should. when i type in a keyword it should populate that keyword underneith the search bar. also, this morning i was doing some searches off the main drop down that shows ALL the keywords and now the drop down looks like this. not sure exactly what i did but things are definetly wonky with this feature. keyword search does work when im using the library filter at top of screen.

Elements working Ok for a few weeks since I bought it but today Guided editing has stopped working and all I see is the spinning wheel. Quick and Advanced are OK.

Hello, Since a few version of LRC I am facing and update issue in my filmstrip.Flags, stars... are not updated in the filmstripLRC does take the date in account for filters, and update the view on restart of LRC. Already tried :- reboot computer and/or LRC- Update MacOS- Update LRC- Activate/desactivate GPU - Delete preview cachesI am feeling out of optionsHas anyone faced that issues ? Using- udated LR classic (but bug was already on before version)- updated MacOS 26 (aslo on before version)- MacBook M1Thanks

When using Adobe InDesign and clicking the link to open InCopy on the Web beta, the link opens in Microsoft Edge. Instead of loading the document, an “Incompatible Browser” message appears. What should I do?

After generating an image, I've gone to 'Edit' then made some edits (like 'Remove' which I 'Keep'), but when I go back to my generated content, it's now there. Why not? Don't see a 'Save' button or anything like that

I am testing the share for text editing feature for my team and having issues. I saved the document like it asked and added a couple of non designer colleagues. One of them tested the feature, was asked to login, so they made an adobe account but was faced with the following error. Now on my side they are still appearing as pending on the share document window. Is there something I or they need to do to make this document accessible to them?
