Solved

Hi all. I have developed images in LR Classic 15.0 and would like to share them with a few people. I'm aware they will need an HDR screen. It works in both Safari and Chrome if I export as a RAF (Fuji RAW) but the detail is quite poor. Maybe it's using an embedded JPG preview of some sort? So I'm trying to export as another file type.I've tried AVIF and JPG XL and with each file type I've checked the 'HDR Output' box in the export dialogue. No joy. Nothing I try shows the HDR image using ether Safari or Chrome.I saw some of Greg Benz stuff and tried ecpporting as DNG but that didn't work either.Any ideas? I can do it using Google Photos but it isn't nearly as nice an interface so I'd like to stick to Lightroom Web Gallery if I possibly can. Thanks in advance.

I’ve been using Adobe products for over 10 years and have always valued their quality and creativity tools. But this experience was deeply disappointing.I paid for an Adobe subscription but couldn’t use it because my account was Russian, even though I live and pay in the EU now. When they refunded me, they called it a “Goodwill Gesture.”Imagine paying for something you can’t use and being told the refund is an act of kindness.

I frequently get the error "There was a RAISE without a handler" when I zoom in too much in a PDF. It does not always happen and I don't know how to reproduce it, but it might happen once per week. When it happens, Adobe freezes and I have to restrart it with unsaved changes to any open documents.  Adobe version:Continuous Release | Version 2025.001.20813 | Unified App Computer:Architecture: x86_64Processor: IntelBuild: 25.1.20813.0AGM: 7.1.18CoolType: 10.0.3JP2K: 4.0.2.54782

Updated 3/14/24. "Upgrade Caption to Graphic," was introduced with PR 23.1 - Dec 2022. This is a huge advance. See:https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/using/working-with-captions.html This changes one or more captions to regular graphics text on a video track. There they can be moved anywhere on the screen or animated.   When upgraded, the captions are removed from the caption track, so if you need to export srt or similar, duplicate that caption track before converting.   Instead of positioning each item separately, you can select all the new graphics items in the video track, right-click and “nest,” then set the position of that nest.   Original post: Kudos and Credit to @shandries who corrected me when I said this could not be done. https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/premiere-v15-captions-can-t-be-positioned-low-enough/m-p/11928353#M337822   While I rarely use these methods, some users consider the absence of the options discussed here de

For some reason, when I export PDFs, the spaces between words appear as rectangles with Xs in them. This has never happened before -- I've worked with this document a number of times and it's been fine. Don't know why this is happening now and nothing I do seems to work. I've tried changing the export preferences and replacing the font and it doesn't change. I have to export a clean PDF for approval ASAP. Please help!

Hello there - I am new to the forum and have been using photoshop now for a long time. Recently I have been having issues with sorting my images in bridge and I can't seem to figure it out. I am downloading from 3 cameras - 2 of mine and 1 assistant. I can't seem to get bridge to sort them in the correct order - or to date created. There are times on the images in the file info but no matter how I sort them is doesn't seem to do it correctly. This is making my editing job so much harder. I do a time stamp before I shoot - but it doesn't seem to matter any more - I have to go back and manually sort them which is a huge pain!! What am I missing? Thanks so much! Kathy

Hi all, I have a catalogue design for a company where all the products info fields are edited as necessary in a spreadsheet. Whenever stocks/prices change these spreadsheets are edited by that department, I open the catalogue design .indd file and update the linked spreadsheets in the design with the 'modified links' prompt. This has been working brilliantly for a number of years now and keeps all the different departments happy with their roles in the updating process.  I've opened the document this week and all the spreadsheet files are returning error symbols in the links panel. When I try to relink them, I recieve the error box "Cannot Place this file. No filter found for requested operation."  The file types being linked are .xlsx files. I've tried opening the file in two versions of InDesign - Adobe InDesign CC 2019 (14.0.3) and Adobe InDesign 2020 (15.1.3) I've tried closing and relaunching and resaving the spreadsheets and turning the computer itself of

Cannot open some files through the creative cloud. I've attached a screenshot of the error.I had this issue a few weeks ago but it seems it has returned.I am the only user and owner of these files, I have tried illustrator beta, the regular version, deleting and redownloading the apps, but no luck, the only way I can open these files is if Idownload them locally which in itself takes about an hour for a relatively small file on a strong internet speed, it is not realistic to do so.This problem desperately needs to be addressed.

Hi everyone, I have a problem with InDesign. I need to compose some text in Japanese, but with the font loaded correctly, it doesn't display the ideograms. Thanks to anyone who can help me.

In InDesign, when all links in a document are missing, the workflow is very inefficient. Right now, I have to:1. Click the first missing link,2. .Shift-click the last one to select them all,3. Choose Relink to Folder…,4. .Then finally pick the correct folder. This should be possible in one step. Please add a small icon or button in the Links panel (or in the Missing Links dialog) that immediately opens the Relink to Folder dialog for all missing links at once. This would save a huge amount of repetitive clicking, especially in large documents.

I just updated to 29.7.1, and the ESC key isn't working when exiting a text frame. It works in Photoshop or Indesign. Already tried to fix the issue: reseting the preferences , changing the keyboard increment. I don't use any Illustrator plugin which could cause this problem. Any other solution ?

To say I am a novice at InDesign would be to insult most novices.  But I do put out a decent product knowing just what I need to know and bumbling my way through the rest.So today I am working and suddenly my tools palette disappears.  I closed the program, waited a bit, and then restarted it.  It is still missing.  I rebooted my maching (Win7).  No tools palette.  I went back to another project hoping I did something on this project that made it disappear and it would show up elsewhere.  Nope.I though that maybe it was just missing from my screen so I made the screen smaller (seeing lots of pages) hoping it had slid all the way to the left.  Nope.Nothing I do seems to bring it back.  Of course I first went into Windows and there it was checked.  I unchecked it and shut down.  Started up again and it had remained unchecked.  I checked it and my page shifted a bit to the right but still no tolls palette. Can anyone help me?Thank

Is there any way in Premiere to export a file that matches the sequence settings for 18fps and 16fps content transfered from Super8 and 8mm film?  Even with 'Match Source' checked in the export panel, Premiere seems not match and to force the export to 15fps.If this is not possible in Premiere, it seems like a massive oversight.  Please tell me there is a way.

My sites have a template which in the past was easy to edit and those changes would populate across the site like they are supposed to. However, now it almost seems like the template is disconnected. I no longer get a prompt to update all the pages based on that template and can't seem to find a way to ask it to do this. I didn't make any changes (that I'm aware of :-)) to my "process and procedure" for workflow, the sites, file locations, not a new computer, etc. Probably something simple, any help is appreciated.

After Illustrator updated to v26.4.1, I am no longer able to choose any tools. It stays on the eraser and will not change unless I hold down control (all the time)--only then can I select something. I tried restarting, nothing changed. I uninstalled and reinstalled the previous version, v26.3.1, and the same thing happens. Do I need to go back to an even earlier version or is there an easier fix?

I finally figured this out so I thought I'd share. If you'd like a layer mask that follows specific measurements or a shape, follow these steps. Click on your shape and go to Select and Mask (either cmd + opt + r, or right click and select)Use the Quick Selection tool to select the entire shape. Make sure your output is a Layer mask. Click OK.Drag this new layer mask onto the layer you'd like to mask.Go to Select and Mask again, and choose invert. Click OK. Let me know if this was helpful! Posting so I also don't forget lol.

Title: Missing PNG Format in “Save As” Menu After Adobe Photoshop CC 2026 UpdateDear Adobe Team,I am writing to report a critical issue observed after updating to the Adobe Photoshop Creative Cloud 2026 version. The PNG format no longer appears in the “Save As” dropdown menu while saving image files. Our design team frequently exports assets in PNG format for branding, digital, and web deliverables. The absence of this format in the “Save As” list has disrupted the workflow, forcing us to rely on the “Save a Copy” function — which is not optimal for large-scale or iterative design work. The issue persists even after verifying the following:Resetting Photoshop preferences to default.Enabling “Legacy Save As” under File Handling preferences.Restarting the application.Despite these checks, the PNG format remains unavailable in the “Save As” list. Other formats such as JPEG, TIFF, and PSD continue to appear as expected.Steps to Reproduce:Open Photoshop CC 2026.Create or open any image file.G

Bonjour ! Savez vous comment changer les paramètres pour que je puisse ouvrir en jpeg mes photos et non en PDF ? J'ai même pas l'option "ouvrir avec" pour changer le format...Merci beaucoup ! Belle soirée, Fanny

I recently purchased a Nikon Z6iii and I'm having an issue with uploading RAW photo files into the elements 2021 organizer. When I try to upload the files I keep receiving the error "files were skipped because they are not supprted"? I know that the files are usable because I can upload them into Topaz Photo AI. I'm wondering if the Z6ii has to be added somehow or should simply just work?

Hello, I subscribed to Adobe Premiere Pro (Creative Cloud Pro) in April for one month, but I did not realize it was set to auto-renew as an annual plan.Since May, the subscription has been renewed automatically and charged every month, but I have not used the service at all after April.I just found out about the ongoing charges and also saw that I would be charged an early cancellation fee of £64.94 if I cancel now.I kindly request:Waive the early cancellation fee.Cancel my subscription immediately.Issue a refund for the unused months (May to August) if possible.I have been a loyal customer and hope you can assist me in resolving this matter fairly.Thank you very much for your understanding.
