Solved

Hello, I work in IT Support and some users have reported that the Acrobat Reader app freezes when performing any operations, eg adding a signature to a document - the screen goes black and the app becomes unresponsive. I managed to replicate the issue on my own machine. I try to add a signature to a document and the app becomes completely unresponsive. All Menu functions are greyed out and the only way to close the app is to Force Quit. I've seen that this issue has been discussed in the Adobe forums many times over the past few years. I tried many of the suggestions but without any success. Here's what I've tried:Uncheck "Use Page cache" and "Smooth Image": under the Page Display category.Uncheck "Enable hardware rendering for legacy video cards": under the Multimedia section.Uncheck "Show online storage saving files": in the General tab.Click "OK": and restart Acrobat to see if the issue is resolved. I also tried uninstalling/reinstalling Acrobat - still have

When I open a project file in Adobe Premiere, I get this message: 'The project appears to be damaged, it cannot be opened.' What can I do to fix it? I also tried to open the auto-save files, but they don't work either. Can you help me?

Why in the new InDesign 2026 does the file you open up, not dock in the upper left corner anymore? It now opens UNDERNEATH your tools and pallets. THIS IS EXTREMLY ANNOYING! You have to physically move it each time you open a new file. But it's partially offscreen, so this make it hard to do. And when you save it, close it, and reopen... it's still DOES NOT DOCK. It STILL opens under your tools and pallets. I do not use the application frame and will not use it. I have to be able to access folders quickly on my desktop, so I need to see my part of my desktop. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS ADOBE.

TL;DR: Clients can no longer highlight text in Share for Review (browser view). Only pin/shape options remain, making text amends invisible. Bug or feature removal?   Hi all, I’ve just come back from holiday and run into a nightmare with Share for Review in InDesign.   I shared a chapter of a book with a client using the built-in Share function. They did what they always do in the browser: highlight passages of text, add amends, pin comments, etc.   But this time the highlight tool is gone. The only options available are Place a Pin or Draw a Shape. As a result, all of my client’s highlighted amends are invisible to them... although the Review panel inside InDesign still recognises the highlights.   This makes it impossible for them to follow my replies or know which text I’m addressing.   Has the highlight feature been removed? I’ve noticed a UI change, so perhaps this is intentional? If so, why would such a critical function for book and text-heavy projects

I am using wellsaid labs to generate my audio, so it is of high quality.   I have to audio that are identical except for one sentence in Slide 9 and 10.   When I import Slide 9's audio, there is an echo.    It sounds like I imported the audio twice with a slight delay the second time. I imported slide 10's audio which is working perfectly in slide 10 and deleted the last sentence in Captivate.  It still did the echo.    I deleted the slide and recreated it.  It worked perfectly in Captivate even when previewing.   When I published, the echo came back.  Any advice? I am on Captivate 11.5.5.676.

After moving from Apple Intel to Apple Silicon InDesign now only exports one PDF at the time while all other exports are just "Queued". I am exporting many heavy files and on Intel Macs it handles four exports simultainously. On M1 it takes forever to export using one single CPU core while all the other CPU cores are idle. This is horrible. However: if i force InDesign to run in Rosetta it exports four PDFs at once againg, using ≈ 450% CPU as it should. But then again ...  I don't want to run everything in Rosetta. Same on Indesign v17 ("2022") and v18 ("2023").

Hello community. I'm seeing a heap of tutorials on YT, lots of instructors are using the trim path to make a loading bar animation, using the Dash to give it a more appealing visual. One thing I notice is, that the animating bar line, doesn't reveal one bar at a time, rather than each time the bar line animates, there's partially a bit of it revealed, then half of it, then the whole bar, until it goes to its next bar line.  I'm also posting my tedious task, Ive also seek advice from Chat GTP. Make as many bars I need, put them on separate layers, then animate the opacity of the bar 0-100, the keyframes very closely to each other. then spread out the layers on the timeline to achieve one bar reveal at a time, yes it does work, but imagine If I have 100 of them.... So What would be a more swift method, an expression maybe?Thank you. below is some example of what tutorials are showing, which seems incorrect.

I continually have a problem with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC when I try to use the redaction tool.  I select the text I want to redact I click 'Apply' The pop-up which should appear (confirming redaction, etc.) appears as a blank box, and the entire programme basically freezes. I can do nothing else, except open my computer's Task Manager and click 'End Task' for Adobe Acrobat. (See attached image.)  This is a huge problem, since my role as an employee and my unit's function requires the ability to fully and securely redact on a daily basis.   I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC - Version 2021.005.20048  Can anyone help?

Is there a way to create a semi-transparent gradient fill?  That option is not available, at least from what I see.Thx

This should be so simple.  I just want to remove and blend in an area that should be easy for the AI to see.  The character has a little line of light on his jawline that shouldn't be there.  It should be the same as the other shadows.  There is a little line of light along his jawline where it should be just part of the shadow.  See the little line along his jaw?  One would think that the lasso tool, which normally does a great job, would get it.  The spot remover doesn't get it either.  Even after a save and restart to account for bugginess, which often works, neither gets it that I just want to remove that freaking little line that's different from the color of 99% of the surrounding area.  I know the image isn't that great.  Whatever.  Please help I'm about to throw something.

Hello Adobe Stock Team,I’m a professional contributor from Bangladesh. Currently, “Bangladesh” is not available in the country list when creating an Adobe Stock Contributor account. Many creators from Bangladesh want to join and contribute high-quality photos, illustrations, and videos, but we are unable to register because of this limitation.Kindly consider adding Bangladesh to the supported countries list for Adobe Stock Contributors. This would help a large number of talented creators participate and grow with Adobe Stock.Thank you very much!

I have a plugin involving the use of the free version of Nik Collection in Photoshop 2025, but I cannot find the plugin after upgrading to Photoshop 2026.

Hi. Are there any sites/apps in which my client can take my PSD files, where I created mockups for his custom products, and upload them and his designs to create product mockups? I know there are plenty of sites that allow you to choose a product mockup and upload your design but I am looking specifically for my clients to be a able to use the custom mockups I create for them in Photoshop, and add their designs and create images without having to have Photoshop. I thought Adobe Express did that but I read it is not built to work with mockup files or smart objects.  What do Graphic Designs give their clients, after creating Photoshop mockup templates, to allow them to use those templates to create images from their design images. Any help is appreciated!

I have an inDesign multi document 208 page book with hires images on each page.I can succesuly create a mid res pdf of each doc using the export/adobe pdf (print) command, the images are clean with no sign of noise and very little pixelation. However when I try to export the entire book to PDF using the book panel (indb) the images come out very low resulution, lots of jpeg artifact and pixels, I have the same pdf set up in both instances:  Bicubic downsample: 150 ppi  Compression: auto (jpeg)  Image quality: mediumWhen I hit the create/export button the scroll bar runs very quickly, far too quick for these hi res files. As best I can tell this problem started in the last 6 months, before then never a problem. Has any one else encountered this problem?I'm running indd 2020 on an imac (late 2012) Mojave 10.14.6 with bags of free space Many thanks,Lawrence

I have an educator account and am preparing to teach a game class next semster. I just learned that I can generate 3D models from photos using Substance 3D Sampler which would be great for my students. I downloaded Substance 3D Sampler but for some reason the actual procesture to convert images to a 3D Capture procedure is greyed out in the interface. Am I missing a step or did Adobe deactiveate this function from the software? It would be super useful it if worked. Thanks

My Acrobat Pro won't launch after I installed the Win11 24H2 update.Acrobat distiller works as does LR & PS.When acrobat is started no window opens but it can be seen in the task manager.I have uninstalled via Creative Cloud but now I can't re-install as it gets stuck at 30%. Anyone else having this problem after updating to Win11 24H2 (full official release, not the pre-release version)

I've been trying to export this video in Premiere. Originally, I edited it in the Beta version to have access to the AI generative video features. Since then, I've updated my main copy of Premiere and have tried exporting it from there. I still run into this issue. I know the most common fixes are:- Changing the GPU encoding process (won't work because that panel is greyed out in my settings for some reason)- Clearing the cache (done it multiple times, don't change anything)- Changing the export settings (leads to poor quality video) Do you have any tips? Usually, the content I find on this issue is regarding PC issues. I'm on Mac.

I opened PS Beta after updating it and noticed my current computer which is a 2023 Macbook Pro with 64GB memory is not enough for PS Beta?  This is worrisome.  I can't buy a new computer every two years.  Will I have problems?
