I had almost finished a video on premire when my adobe perscription expired. About a week later my adobe perscription came back, I am on a school computer and had to wait for administration to get it back. However, when I logged back in to my account all of my files had dissapeared and my video was also completly gone. I don't think I saved it onto my computer and instead just saved it in adobe but I was wondering if maybe my files didn't get trasfered? This also happened with my files on photoshop. None of my other classmates have this issue it's only me.

Hi all. I've been asked by a client to upgrade a production server from CF2021 to CF2023. While researching the existing server configuration, specifically what "server profile" is being used for CF2021, I was able to find in the original installation log that "Development Profile" was chosen. I'm hesitant to choose "Production" as the server profile when I do the CF2023 upgrade, as I'm not sure what unexpected effects this may have on the application. Regarding this, does the choice of "Server Profile" during installation only serve to appropriately pre-configure various CF Admin settings? If so, the CF Admin settings made in the years after initial CF2021 installation, which will be copied to the CF2023 installation, should suffice even if I choose "Development" as the server profile during CF2023 installation. If it affects more than Cf admin settings, I'd like to know necessary details about it. Thanks!

1. I draw a rectangle that is a solid color.2. I then either use "type text" tool or "Add content" text button to type over the box.3. The text goes under the box. I obviously want the text to go over/show up on top of the box so that it is visible.Rearranging the elements or doing it in the reverse order does nothing. So how do I get the box to be underneath and the text in front? version 25.001.20756

Sampler is not loading anymore after a crash on Windows 10. I've tried un-installing through Adobe CC, re-installing, restarting, using IObit to uninstall again, re-install again and I'm unable to launch the program. Pretty much stuck. Any help is appreciated!

I am struggling to add a font in the creative cloud app. The font is Clearface-Serial-Light-Regular.ttf. I have had no trouble in the past uploading .otf files. However this is my first time uploading a .ttf file. When in the add font window on creative cloud the wheel is constantly spinning saying 'Processing'. I have left it for a few hours now and it still hasn't processed.

Where is the search and automatic link function of clips in Premiere Pro 2025? Premiere Pro 2024 ExampleIn Premiere Pro 2024 you get the search function when clicking "Locate" in the first step connecting/linking missing footage.Below you can see the "Search" button in Premiere Pro 2024. Using this you can automatically connect loads of missing footage.  Premiere Pro 2025In Premiere Pro 2025 there is a "Locate" button as you can see in the image below! But......in the next step you get the MacOs finder search instead of the search function within Premiere Pro. Why have you done this, its very problematic to use the MacOs Finder to locate and link the files one by one. This is just not functioning. I cant use the program now.Is this a bug? Working with footage, linking and project management is so important that it works. I cant sit and manually link footage when there are hundreds of files.... Please explain if this feature has been moved or what you were thinking when you re

Hello, I have a user who needs to drag and drop several PDFs from Outlook and combine them into a PDF using this feature. Instead they get a stop symbol. They also cannot paste from their clipboard. I am experiencing it on my copy of Acrobat also to verify. I have already ran a repair and restarted their machine. We are updated to the latest version of Acrobat which is 25.001.20756, and on Windows 11 25H2. We are also using the NetDocs ndAdobe integration.  Please advise, thank you.

What is the reason Live Paint Bucket  shows three colors? Is there any way to get color what we want instead of searching?

When I reset my PC all new document files get erased. Is there anyway to save the new document files in a external folder?

Hello everyone, since the update, my workspace that I set up is no longer being saved and gets reset every time I restart. What could be the reason for this?

I'm posting this as a bug, but please change it to a Discussion if this is intended behaviour.   I've noticed that when animating the opacity of a layer, the apparent level of opacity is rendered differently against an actual background colour compared to against a transparent background with the comp's BG set to that same colour.   I'm not sure that's explained clearly, but I think the attached video demonstrates this better.   I could imagine that there are proper technical reasons for this difference, but without this knowledge, it feels unexpected that these render differently.

Hello!I previously created a thread about AnCode, which is my toolkit for Adobe Animate. Over time, maintaining the WindowSWF interface format became difficult, so I migrated to Adobe CEP. I kept the same look and functionality, and this move also allowed me to add macOS support, automatic theme switching, and manage the entire UI via Git, among other things. Furthermore, I recently added a slider for navigating a symbol's internal frames. I've recorded a short video about this feature and even added an English voiceover using AI.Watch on YouTube: Slider for symbols in Adobe Animate An English audio track is available in player settings.Download .fla files from the video Performance OptimizationIn some of the functions I create, I encounter performance issues. I suspect this isn't just due to my relative newness to programming, but also because I'm using a high-level language. Is it worthwhile to dive into learning C-level development using the official documen

Hello, Surely the paint bucket tool is inept. Why are you not given a choice, in the option pane, of how the bucket fill operates? As you are aware a lot of the time it doesn't fill completely, hitting another colour and then not operating properly as anti-aliasing stops the bucket from filling. This is not always wanted and surely you could be given a choice over whether the antialiasing is merged with the new fill colour or not. Adobe could change and make this tool work differently for a lot of its use. Do you agree?Richard

The text in my illustrations usually exports as a complete mess in SVG - our developers need something cleaner. i.e. instead of getting something like this:       <text id="RMOD-A" class="cls-2" x="329" y="403.79" text-anchor="middle">(rmod val)</text>      <text id="RMOD-B" class="cls-2" x="287" y="175.5" text-anchor="middle">(rmod val)</text>      <text id="R-CFG" class="cls-2" x="244" y="403.79" text-anchor="middle">(cfg val)</text> I usually get a mess like this:       <g id="RMOD-B">        <text class="cls-2" transform="translate(259.96 174.84)"><tspan x="0" y="0">(rmod </tspan><tspan class="cls-20" x="35.3" y="0">v</tspan><tspan x="41.03" y="0">al)</tspan></text>      </g>      <g id="RMOD-A">        <text class="cls-2" transform="tr
