Solved

i just did the most recent Lightroom classic update and it asked me to update my catalogs, which I did. However, I forgot to plug in my external hard drive before doing so. It updated the few folders I have on my computer hard drivejist fine, but now when I plug in my external hard drive it didn't seem to update these folders and I can't find them anywhere through Lightroom classic. The folders still exist on the external hard drive as before, but Lightroom won't recognize them.

I'm new to the adobe community. 4 days ago I submitted around 20-30 photos, 3 have been rejected, but I can't find the location of the other 20. I checked in new, in review, reminder, and releases, they're nowhere to be found. Only 3 files are in rejected. Any insight is appreciated.

In Acrobat Reader, when highlighting text in a PDF, is it possible to show the actual highlighted text as a list in the 'Comments' sidebar?Currently, the 'Comments' side bar shows a list, but instead of the actual highlighted text, it just shows the words "Highlighted Text" for every Comment that is created per highlighted text (and the corresponding link to the actual text within the file).Basically, I'm just wondering whether it's possible to see a list of the actual text that was highlighted instead of just a list of links that brings you to the highlighted text within the PDF.

Can I request an E-Signature in Adobe Acrobat Pro using a "Secondary Email Address" that I have registered and verified in my Adobe account?  If yes, how do I select the secondary address.  I don't want to change my primary account address.

OS is Windows 11. The software just freezes when I try opening any of my files. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software, restarted my PC, and removed all previous preferences. Nothing works! I have been facing this problem since Dec, when I updated Illustrator to the latest version. I am unable to get an earlier version of illustrator. The problem seems tobe because of the latest updates. Please help.

How do I transfer my adobe products to a newly purchased PC and delete them from the old PC?  I want to ensure I'm only using them on 1 device  by the end.  Can someone link me to the procedure?  Thanks!

when creating a poster, the new, permanently positioned box that expands or contracts the layers blocks the upper right corner of the design. Please go back to the way it was before (i.e., remove, or make possible to HIDE, the big, ugly layers box).   Additionally, the text editing menu that pops up no longer allows for style changes within a font family. Please restore this.    Please also restore the expanded color menu. Having very few choices now without having to select custom to create a better color is annoying. Copying the color codes also does not work—copy does not work. Attempts to paste are futile.   Finally, many of the pop up functions that occur when an action is selected make it impossible to see the results below, obscured by the gigantic pop up with sliders. In many cases I am unable to scroll with my finger to reveal the impacted design area—this is most aggravating when the changes are towards the bottom of the design.   Too many changes hap

I made a new account just to share what I'm experiencing right now. About 3 weeks ago I made an Adobe account and started my free week trial. After it ended I got a failed transaction for the 80eu (luckily i dont have the funds), so I went on and tried to cancel my subscription. That's where I faced the first problem. I couldn't cancel my subscription because I had none. That wouldn't be a problem if I didn't get a notification from the bank that Adobe keeps trying to take funds from my account, so I deleted my account. A week after I deleted my account I got a notification today from the bank that Adobe tried unsuccessfully to take funds from my account ?? I don't even have an Adobe account anymore. The support leads nowhere and the AI chatbot is just a link to common issues. What can I do to stop getting charged for an account I dont even have anymore?

I have a multiple artboard layout for a tradeshow wall that I'm building in Illustrator. After updating to 2026, I now have artboard text overlays/slugs within my file.  I need to know how to turn this off please.  I provide screenshots to the client for approval and this is slug is going to create more problems for me with the client than it solves.  See attached.

Hi! Illustrator seemed to update over the weekend. I opened a file and a "grid repeat" pattern is not showing up. When i hover over the artwork it shows its there and I can copy and paste the original set of circles with the correct colors.  I tried re-doing the grid repeat and it just did the same thing. Not sure what to do.

Hello, can anyone help me with a script that changes the style of the art history brush (e.g: dab, tight short....)?

I' ve been trying to edit this mogrt template and replace images to it but it seems impossible. Even solutins such as reseting preferences , and the alt + select(windows ) havent been useful. Any help I can get is welcomedIm using Adobe Premiere v25.3.0 on Windows 10 Pro 22H2

I have three questions regarding Preferences: 1. What is the purpose of this setting in Photoshop 2026? I notice no difference in the user interface when I enable it. 2. Which option should I choose for GPU processing: "Faster" or "More Stable"?3. For the Scratch Disk, which drive is more efficient: the Startup (OS) drive or a Non-Startup drive? Which one has to be the first one?

Hi,I am working on Express and uploaded a PDF file with prices. Is there an easy way to retain the formatting of the Superscript style or do I have to manually set them individually in Express? Any help appreciated. Thank youIvy

The newest versions (February 2024) of both Acrobat and Reader were just installed on my Mac. The interface has completely changed, and not for the better, IMO. I was previously using a very specific setup with multiple Tool Buttons an easy click away. They were readily available in a strip of buttons along the top of my window. I used those all the time and found the layout very intuitive and efficient. But now, the new interface is emulating Apple's UX approach to HIDE or remove everything! How do I  Zoom a PDF to a specific magnifcation? How do I quickly move to the first/last page in a PDF? No clue how anymore. Those options are either buried somewhere, completely changed or gone altogether. Can I reinstate the missing buttons? Apparently not. They do not exist. For the ones that do remain, I am unable to add to and customize the one Toolbar that was not removed. This revamp is extremely unhelpful and requires several extra clicks to do the same task as what previously neede

I get this error when trying to open the new InDesign 2026 version:"Adobe InDesign 2026.app" is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the Trash.I've tried installing it twice with the same result. I put the InDesign 2025 back and it opens fine.
