I created nested Keywords without any problems but tonight I can't created keywords.   I creted the following keywords: WHO, WHERE and WHAT.  I had to create the WHAT keyword inside another keyword and then drag and dropped where I wanted.  The "+" on the Keyword List tab doesn't seem to be working anymore.  I tried adding the following keyword, 0 GENRES PORTFOLIO as the top level of nested series.  When I click ok it never appears in the list and it gives no errors.  One fix said to delete the helper.irda files which I did,  but it did not resolve the problem.  Should I reinstall Ligthroom Classic?  That's what I use.

Why isn't there airbrushes in the default brush set in Fresco? Is it because Adobe thought the other brushes like chalk etc achieves the same effect?

Hello, I would like to export my image but the preview really doesn't match the export. I already had this issue when using Photoshop and his Camera Raw filter. So I switched to Lightroom but the exact same problem keep going. The preview doesn't match the preview of the export and the exported image itselft. I'm in sRGB by the way, on my display

Whenever I open a new .pdf A window pops up asking if I want to set Adobe acrobat as my default .pdf application when it is already set as the default. I have checked to make sure it is set in preferences and that all the doc types are checked. What else is there to get this to stop happening?

I have been charged for September and October monthly subscriptions - £4.98 and £19.97 each but when I try to cancel the subscription I can't see it asscoiated with any of my 3 email addresses and it is not registered to my phone number either. Hola, gente.

I haven't found anything like it, even one of my dogs has just improved with AI

I know this is an end of life product that is no longer supported and Adobe support referred me here because they could not help me.  I am trying to re-install this on my laptop after a hard drive failure.  Dummy me never backed up my serial number somewhere.  When I go to enter the redemtion code to obtain the serial number, Adobe says it is associated to another Adobe ID.  Problem is I have no idea what email address was used for that.  I have tried every email address I can think of but none have accounts.  contacting support they said they can't look that information up.  This was a boxed version with an install DVD and included redemption code that I honestly don't think needed an Adobe account to redeem the code back then.  As stated before, I already installed this same product before on my laptop so it worked before.  Any ideas?  Any way I can find out which Adobe account this redemtion code is tied to so I can try to get into i

Hello,I am using an iPad Air 2 running on iOS 15.8.3. When I updated Adobe Acrobat to the latest version (24.08.xx) the applicatin stopped processing images. I use this older iPad for PDF and ebook reading, and it worked perfectly with your software before. When uninstall / reinstall the apple store says i need iOS 16.x.x o higher to use v24.09.x, which you note fixes the image problem. So I downgrade to the last viable Acrobat verision and it defaults to 24.08.xx - which has the broken image probelms. Is there a link I can use to find a previous version for this older iPad?Thank you,//geoff

💼 Subject: Concerns About Fraudulent Download Activity and Fair Treatment of Contributors --- 📨 Dear Adobe Stock Team, I am writing this letter as a long-time contributor who genuinely supports the Adobe ecosystem and values the opportunities provided through the Adobe Stock platform. However, I would like to express deep concern regarding the ongoing issue of fraudulent or “bomb” download activities that are increasingly affecting honest contributors. Over the past few months, numerous contributors — including myself — have experienced repeated patterns of suspicious downloads: Dozens of downloads from different countries within short timeframes, Identical earning amounts across transactions, Followed by sudden warnings, payout holds, or even unexpected account deactivations. While I completely understand Adobe’s responsibility to prevent fraudulent activities and money laundering, the current automated detection system seems to penalize innocent contributors inst

It is after they have been approved, that I'm not sure where to find the newly approved images in my gallery. I use action for "Unlonk All, Create Outlines" and "Embed" by manually. Some times I need to click more than 30 times just for embed...so I tried to avoid for meaningless click. Finally I found Embed scrpit... as below.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------#target Illustratorif ( app.documents.length > 0 ) {   while ( app.activeDocument.placedItems.length > 0 ) {  placedArt = app.activeDocument.placedItems[0];  placedArt.embed();   }}---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------but I can not record script on action. I have forms I'm creating and the automated form builder sets all the tool tips to match the field titles, but I need all the fields in the same column to have the same tooltip.  How do I change all the fields in the column to the same tooltip at once without having to go one by one idividually.   I'm using Acrobat Pro. No paid solutions please.Thank you.

Hi,If I highlight an anchor point with the white arrow tool and turn it into a smooth point it shows both handles of this anchor point on each side of the anchor point itself. Is there a way of pulling out both handles simultaneously so that the resulting curve is equal on both sides.  I can't take a screen shot because on my mac when I take the screen shot the handles disappear.Any help would be awesome. Thanks

I am creating forms in the form builder and am having to change the font type and size for every form because it keeps defaulting to Helvetica and Auto.  Because Im using the auto-detect feature, I can't do the trick where you create one field and set it to the font and size you want and mark that as default. And doing so in one document doesn't seem to keep that default for future documents anyway.  I've gone to Preferences>Content Editing and changed the font and size there but that didn't affect the fields.  Basically, how do I set the font type and size for the Field Detection feature in Prepare form?

I have been trying to fill out a form using the text boxes. When I input a text box, that same text box will duplicate to another page (sometimes multiple pages). When I delete the duplicate text box, it will delete the original one I created as well. I have confirmed that autofill is not activated. I am using Adobe Acrobat DC. I have noticed that a few of my other forms have changed format as well compared to how I previously saved them. I have not deleted and reinstalled the app as of yet.  Any ideas? Thank you!!

Hello, I am having an issue with Adobe Acrobat Standard license when opening all PDF's. When I open the PDF's, I get the error in the attached image. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe twice, updating Windows, rolling back the version of Adobe to DC June 2024 (24.002.20857) from DC Jul 2024 (24.002.20933), SFC, DISM, checked compatibility settings on .exe of the app, turned off protection mode in Adobe. Nothing seems to pop up in event viewer or Process monitor. Mind you, clicking OK on this pop-up does not close the application and does allow the PDF to be edited normally. Any help would be much appreciated. The error if you can't see the picture is: Windows - Application ErrorThe instruction at 0x0000000071C80670 referenced memory at 0x0000000071C80670. The memory could not be written. Click on OK to terminate the program.
