10/13약 2건의 결제가 있었습니다. 처음 결제한 건을 취소하고 환불 요청드렸는데,지금 약 2주가 지났는데, 계정 내 주문내역에서 환불 내역이 확인 되지 않고,신용카드 결제 후, 환불도 받지 못한 상황입니다. 채팅으로 문의하니 카드사 오류로 재요청 드렸다라는 답변만 받고환불 내역서는 왜 확인이 안되는지는 알려주지 않더군요. 주문내역에서 해당결제 내역이 유형에 '크레딧'으로 확인되고금액에 - 표시가 나와야하지 않나요? 왜 확인이 안되는 건가요 환불이 이렇게 늦는건 처음이라 조금 답답하네요;

Hello,in the Acrobat app on iPad, on the "Files" tab, the "Locations" toolbar cannot be hidden anymore.so, e.g. go to "on this iPad" option, and the PDFs are displayed on the right in a narrower space, which cannot be expanded like earlier. So, e.g. in the icons view, only 2 PDFs can be viewed per row,instead of 4 pdfs per row earlier, so doubles the crolling to locate any pdf, while a static toolbar stays.Previously, one could expand the space for the pdf icons using an expand checkbox, which is missing after the most recent update. Could you please give it back? Regards,Jay

I'm usding the Lens panel in Lightroom Classic to clear up chormatic aberrations and fringing. Under the menu Profile it only has less than a dozen older Canon lenses and nothing of the newer RF models. I think I must be missing profiles but I don't know how to find the profiles, do they need to be dowloaded or shouldn't they be already included in Lightroom? I have the latest version. How do I bring in the newer profiles so they will show and can be used?

I can't open my psd with properly in Photoshop, it keeps showing :There was a problem reading the layer data. Read the composite data instead?  Photoshop ccHelp please

I work on a helpdesk, and we keep getting people with the following error while trying to embed PDFs into Word documents. "The program used to create this object is AcroExch. That program is either not installed on your computer or it is not responding. To edit this object, install AcroExch or ensure that any dialog boxes in AcroExch are closed." I tried most of the obvious things to solve this problem (repaired Office and Reader, reverted back to an older version of reader, ran C Cleaner). I also tried some more obscure things like deleting old keys from the resistry manually and things of that nature. I don't know what else to try. There seem to be some fixes for this problem in Adobe Reader X, but based on what I've seen, none of these work in Reader XI. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

hi there ... just trying to figure out how to download a tax invoice for my subscription. Any help?

Are there any options for windows yet? I've been using OBS and the chrome key filter but it doesn't look great (green outline, and I have some green in my character)

Help, I cannot start Mocha Ae all of a sudden, and every time I try, I get this message. Immediately after hitting OK, Ae crashes. Error message:I have reinstalled, after effects and removed plugins. I did the same for premiere pro for good measure. I tried switching to open cl from cuda, I tried not using hardware at all. I tried installing a trial of MochaPro and that works. I did run in command prompt: sf/scan now. That didn't resolve the issue. I have no way of only reinstalling MochaAE as it is bundled with Ae. I cannot even open Mocha Ae to clear the cache, I cannot find instructions as to where the cache is online to manually clear it. SYSTEM:MSI Raider GE78 HX 13VProcessor 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13950HX (2.20 GHz)Installed RAM 64.0 GB (63.7 GB usable)NVIDIA GeForce  RTX 4080 Laptop GPUSystem type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

I have a question, why does the upload limit keep decreasing? Previously, the limit was 300, then it dropped to 100, and now I can only upload a maximum of 22 assets. Is there a way to increase it again?

Trying to help someone who is without Internet, today, ... For some reason, the camera they use regularly, is no longer showing up in their RAW DEFAULTS portion of that window (LrC > Preferences > Presets).  It was there... now it is not.  ??They are up-to-date on a macOS (Macbook Pro) with an external drive - no hardware or system issues.There are no bugs in my system (macOS - iMac),  and I could not find any for theirs, either. The last time I added a camera to my system was over a year ago, and I cannot for-the-life-of-me, recall what I did to get that camera model added to my Defaults.  But there it is, happily! They tried to Update Default and Relaunched LrC but got no change.  Even their camera brand (OM Digital Solutions) does not show in the pop-out list.   I have looked everywhere in the community and on Adobe for a solution but am coming-up blank. How do they get the camera model entered to register in the Defaults?&nbsp

As an Adobe CC subscriber I have access to Acrobat Pro, but many times I only need to view PDF's on my iPad for reference. In addition to creating digital content, I work in fiber (knitting, beading, weaving) and often need to keep track of my place in a pattern. Acrobat Reader mobile, in theory, should be an ideal tool for this simple use but fails miserably.In Acrobat Pro, I created a text box with a wide (12 pt) semi-transparent border and a transparent fill and saved it to the PDF. Using other mobile PDF viewers (Dropbox or PDF Expert) I'm easily able to move the highlighter text box around the document, but cannot do so in Acrobat Reader. The highlighter text box refuses to budge in Acrobat Reader—instead it offers an unsolicted and unhelpful AI summary of the document.Does a workaround exist for this mobile Reader usability issue? Of course I'll continue to use the other apps that actually do the job, but I would think that other Acrobat Reader users (translators, editors for ins

Podem me ajudar?
