I want to Duplicate this Shape. First I activated [Ctrl+J] key to make a copy then activated [Ctrl+Alt+Shift+T] key to duplicate it. But it does not come. How to do it?   

2025년 버전은 다름이름으로 저장할때 최하위버전이 2023버전까지 저장이 되던데 그 밑의 하위버전으로는 따로 저장이 안되나요?

Hi everyone,Yesterday I subscribed to Adobe Studio and uploaded a scanned PDF (Japanese text with OCR) to my PDF Space. I received the error: “File language isn’t supported.”Can anyone confirm whether the Adobe AI Assistant supports Japanese and other East Asian languages? Based on the product description, I thought it would. If support is available, is there a way to enable or configure it so that my file will be recognized correctly?I’d really appreciate guidance on how to resolve this. Thanks in advance!

안녕하세요 모바일 포토샵을 애용하는 게임 fix 전공학생입니다.다름아니라 제가 게임 텍스처를 돌아다니면서 자주만드는데 필요한 기능이 있어서 기재합니다. Pc 포토샵에서 지원하는 컬러채널(rgba) 기능을 모바일에서도 사용할 수 있으면 좋겠습니다.혹시 불가능할까요?ㅜㅜ

I have been downloading library ebooks just fine for a while, but then it stopped letting me, saying I need to re-authorize my ereader. I plugged my Kobo ereader into my computer but ADE shows it's already authorized so I can't do it again. I clicked on Authorize Device anyway, but it was grey so nothing changed. Now I can't open books on my reader but I can read on my computer, through ADE, and on my phone. I don't really like reading on either of those devices though. Any ideas of what I can do about this?

I am running the lastest Adobe suite for PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat on Win 11 PC.I have synchronised my color settings in Bridge, but the synchronised color settings does not show up in Acrobat - All others (PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator) are okay.- Is there a trick to get Acrobat to recognise the synchronised colour settings file?- Is it a bug?- On my Mac I do not have this problem - Only on Win 11 PC. Any ideas please... Thanks and regards, The Colour Doc...

2022년 12월 18일 부터 구독을 시작했는데 구독료가 매월 2번씩 청구되었습니다. 결제승인문자에는 '엔에이치엔한국사이트 결제' 라고만 메세지가 와서  adobe 에서 결제되고 있는줄 몰랐습니다. 매달 11,000원 결제 후 한번더 11,000원 결제 되었습니다. 잘못 결제 된 25*11,000원=275,000원 구독료 환불 요청합니다. 그리고 다행히 카드를 갱신하며 2024.12.18. 이후 결제가 안되었습니다. 무조건 2024.12.18.자로 구독 취소 처리 요청합니다. 2배로 요금이 빠겨나간 상황에 정말 화가나는 상황입니다! 사실 2022년 12월 18일 사용 후 한번도 사용하지 않았습니다. 자동결제 했다는 사실을 잊고있었습니다. 제 불찰이지만 가능한 부분이 있다면 이부분도 환불받고싶습니다.  요금청구할때는 두배로 하더니 구독취소나 환불 요청은 어렵게 해 놨네요.. 이 커뮤니티만 봐도 자동 결제로인해서 사용하지 않는데 결제가 나가 사람이 많이 있다는 것을 알 수 있습니다. 지금 어도비에서 시행하고 있는 자동결제 제도는 소비자를 기만하는 제도라는 생각이 듭니다. 월 결제 혹은 연 결제를 기본으로하고 자동결제를 하면 할인해 주는 방식 등을 한다면 피해입는 소비자가 없을텐데, 소비자를 헷갈리게 하여 이득을 취하는 방식은 저급하다는 생각이 듭니다. 커뮤니티로는 취소와 환불 안된다고 답글을 봤지만 두배를 청구한 사례가 있다는 것을 많은 사람에게 알리기 위해 커뮤니티에 글을 남깁니다. 

아직 대학교에 재학중이라서 학생 플랜으로 결제를 하고 싶은데 갑자기 일반 개인 플랜으로 바뀌어서 월 대략 4만원에서 7만원으로 변경되어 결제를 하지 못하고 있습니다.  

9월 12일 에프터이펙트 30,800원 결제를 완료했습니다.카드 내역도 확인했구요.9월 13일 현재까지 에프터이펙트 결제가 안된걸로 뜨고 플랜에도 아예 뜨지 않습니다.플랜에 뜨지 않으니 설치도 환불도 다 할수가 없는데 어떻게 해야하나요.

프리미어 프로로 편집 중에 재생을 눌렀는데, 타임라인 인디케이터바와 영상이 정지된 상태로 있더라구요, 그래서 기다렸는데 컴퓨터 자체가 아예 꺼져버립니다.이전에도 약 500MB 편집 파일을 내보내기하는 중에 똑같이 컴퓨터가 다운되었던 적이 있습니다. 추가로,일러스트레이터 3D Lightning 조절 시, 그리고 오토데스크 3D MAXS Lightning 조절 시 똑같이 다운 현상이 발생한 적 있습니다. 사용중인 컴퓨터 OS: Windows 11 Enterprise (어제 업그레이드하였고, 이전 10에서도 동일증상 발생.)프로세서(CPU): 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-13600K 3500MHz 14코어 20논리 프로세서그래픽카드(GPU): NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti메모리(RAM): 32GB사용중인 버전 : 프리미어 24.6.5 (빌드3) 버전 현재 그래픽 드라이버 재설치하고, 최신버전으로 업데이트 해보았습니다.어디가 잘못된건지 모르겠습니다. 빨리 제작해야하는 영상이 있는데요... 도움이 필요합니다...

Illustrator has been playing up and recently it has been failing to load shapes and images from template files i have been using for over a year. It is also adding background to shapes when im moving the shape but then dissapears when it stops moving. It's also messing up when adjusting the transparency of a shape or object. This has only happened in the last few days. I have tried uninstalling illustrator and then re-installing it as well as resetting my preferences but no changes. Any idea what might be going on. Just stopped working, no changes to device. When trying to open downloaded file (ANY type) Adobe is not listed as an available app. (Google wallet, however, is.) "You don't have any apps that can open this type of file." Except that I pay for Adobe premium 🙄🙄🙄 I've tried all of the 'unplugging and plugging back in' and it won't work. WHY?

Hi, anyone encounter not able to open past pdf, u hve sent via whatsapp after 11/9/2025? I had all apps updated n used all Internet suggestion still failed. Any expert? Tq

When I first start Illustrator and open a file with a single artboard to export to jpeg or png, the "Suffix" checkbox is unchecked in the explorer window for selecting where to save the file, but Illustrator adds the suffix to the file name anyway. The problem disappears if I check the box and then uncheck it immediately. After restarting Illustrator, the bug returns.Another problem with the checkbox in explorer is also observed when saving eps files with multiple artboards, if I uncheck the "Use Artboards" checkbox so that it saves one file, Illustrator still saves one common file + all artboards separately.I've written before about problems with these checkboxes in early versions of illustrator 2020, they were fixed, why are these bugs coming back in newer versions?Thanks

Im trying to get into video and are curently produceing MP4 files. My issue is when I do a search for videos simlair to mine the first page are all MOV files. Does this mean MOV files sell better than MP4 files or am I reading to much into it?     [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hi, can anyone help please?  i had my account deactivated in january after submitting around 5 years worth of work, solely dedicated for stock, i may have breached the guidelines for spamming (images nearly the same as each other but are different)  which i understand now, but have messaged in numerous times, via the adobe online support, and emails, to get my library back online, originally i was told to be patient and wait, i waited and waited (about 4-5 months) and still nothing, i chatted with a agent recently who told me to fill the online form again regarding my problem, same as the others... i have recieved file complaint / case numbers , but that's as far as it's got... i am nearly 10 months in and my account still deactivated, with 5 years worth of work, just sitting there. please please please can someone from adobe help? kind regards Scott 

In adobe lightroom classic (windows), when I press "I" while in full screen view mode I do not see the photo information, while in windowed mode in the library the photo information is shown. Anyone else have this issue? My library view options are below.

I had a perpetual CS6 Fireworks license and I now have 26 days left to sort out the activation problem. My old laptop bricked after a BIOS update, although I do have just the drive kept. I phoned support and they couldn't do anything to help reset, despite having done so a couple of years ago when this last happened. Is there any way to solve this? I don't want to buy new software, and this does everything I need. I also have a CS4 license, but not the install file. Would that make a difference? Desperate for help, Lindsay 

Does anyone have a detailed tutorial on creating plugins specifically for Illustrator?---------I'm having problems creating a plugin for IllustratorNo matter how I make it, it won't show up in IllustratorI tried the following, but to no avail:- The script type works, but it is not suitable for my job- I tried several kinds of CEP/ExtendScript, but it doesn't work and doesn't appear in Illustrator- I used C++/SDKs  and created an .aip file, but it still doesn't appear in Illustrator- The UXP type doesn't support Illustrator at the moment, although I tried to find a way to do thatI feel really confused, because I tried it on three different computers, but none of them worked---------So if any of you know of new courses, I'd really appreciate it
