Un saludo   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

I find that the Photoshop version 26.11 with 17.5.1.2319 camera raw is problematic for using the Denoise feature and the AI interferes with creating a usable image. I have transferred all my photo files from my new MacBook laptop to use an older version of PS 25.7.0 on my Mac Studio in which the Denoise works wonderfully.  I want a switch to totally turn off the AI on the Denoise and return to the older version.

I want to change a single page view to facing pages.  When I go to document setup and choose facing pages I get single pages which are shifted but not facing (see above).  What must I do to correct this? Thanks, Ira Glunts

Hi all, there's a new issue with my InDesing. In advanced mode and only when files are open, there's a grey frame in the upper right corner of my monitor, that will not vanish. It stays exactly there when moving the position of each file.I deinstalled and installed InDesign, but it's still there. The support couldn't help, even not with their access to my computer.Has anybody an idea how to delete this frame? Thanks

Bonjour, je n'ai plus d'IA sur ma version beta de photophop depuis la dernière mise à jour. Le remplissage génératif est grisé et un message disant cette fonctionnalité est  indisponible... normal ?

I was Billed on September 13 for my plan (3 assets per month). As of October 7. I have zero credits. I am curious how do I get an anwer and what am I paying for?

Hi everyone, My Adobe Stock payment is scheduled to go to my Payoneer account, but there’s a verification issue on Payoneer and I won’t be able to receive it. Currently, the payment status in my Adobe Stock account is showing as “pending for payment.” Is it possible to have this payment returned to my Adobe Stock account instead? Has anyone dealt with this situation before? Any advice on how to get Adobe to cancel the payout and return the funds would be really helpful. Thanks!   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

How to tether using my Fuji X-E1 to my IPad I have the cord?

I have approximately 1000 images in my profile. I recently suffered a catastrophic episode and lost all my Lightroom catalogs, which identified all the previously submitted images.  I have all the images on storage media and want to rebuild the catalog.  My question is, how do I identify which of my images have already been submitted, so I don't get massive rejections for the ones already in my profile.  Is there a way to determine the filename that each image had when it was submitted.  I'm hoping not to have to visually compare each one with the thousands of images on my local drive.

I'm using Windows 11, latest updates. Since Photoshop 26.11, I'm getting an embedded color profile mis-match opening an image (raw or dng) from ACR into Photoshop. The color workspace is set to ProFoto RGB in LRC and Phototshop. This happens when I load an image from Bridge into ACR.  When opening the image from ACR into Photoshop I it claims that the embedded color workspace is "Display P3", which I believe is some sort of Apple thing. This isn't just with recent images - any raw or dng file from say five years ago. Very annoying, and needless converting of color workspace is not desirable. Anybody have any idea what's going on? Thanks, JW

I can't get generative extend to work. Using version 25.4.1 build 3, I've tried multiple clips to no avail including 4K at 23.97, 1080 at 30.00, some clips were RAW some were 709, none had slow motion or any effects applied. I tried unlinking them from the audio track, also didn't work. Always the same message "can't complete generative extend." What can I try next?  TIA

I was looking through my licensed stock assets and this month there was a download for a template. I have no recollection getting asset ID #423238174. Can this be removed from my library?

I have created a fillable PDF.  I created it completely in Acrobat Pro DC.   Now that the functionality is in place, I need to rearrange things a bit.  Somewhere along the way, it has combined individual text boxes in to one.    I don't see any easy to move a text box without moving 2 or more that I don't want to move.  Is there a way to split these up back into individual pieces? Thanks!

Hello — We create in-store shelf simulations based on our design proposals.(Proposals are created in Illustrator, but the overall simulation is done in InDesign). Obviously, depending on products category, the shelf is more or less wide and varies according to the creation phase we are working on.NB. I'm aware that InDesign may not be the best software to do such things, but it's what they use here at my work 😉 My question:- - - - - - - - - - -To avoid having to add/delete pages each time,is there a way to use JavaScript to create an InDesign JavaScript that, when called/launched, checks the page size and increases/decreases its length depending on the length of the shelf (numbers of objects/Rectangle Frames even there is an overflow)? Thank you for any feedback.Enjoy your day…  -  Dimitri

I have 300 pages for a book scanned by Acrobat Pro into editable text and divided into chapter files.  I opened a chapter (.pdf) in InDesign and now have an .indd document.  My problem is figurining a way to format the document.  I thought I could format it by selecting all of the  text and text frames then formatting all the pages at once then returning to correct the headers, page numbering, chapter heading, etc.  This apparently is not the way to go.  What is the best way to format this .indd file? Also I downloaded this template.  How can I place my chapter txt from the pdf into this template?  And will I be able to change all the settings if desired. Thanks, Ira Glunts

Acrobat had been working great until today.  I was scanning multipage documents no problem.  Now, out of the blue, acrobat will pull all of the pages through the scanner but only first page shows up scanned within acrobat.  I can add single pages to that original scan but I want to scan multi-page documents all at once again.  I uninstalled and re-installed my printer/scanner and still no luck.  I am going to try and uninstall and reinstall acrobat here shortly.

I do not want an error noise when I press the number keys when I have the 3c camera navigation unchecked. I do not use 123456 keys for navigation.Latest version of AE has started making a distorted error noise presumably to tell me that I am not using them as navigation. No 3d layers, classic or advanced 3d renderer. don't currently have other sound IO devices to check if it other hardware specific. This is new behaviour, unless I have not touched my numbetr keys in a few yearstagtagtatgatgatgtag tag tagag7agagag

Hi, I just got a new laptop, a Macbook Air M3 chip (before, I had a Macbook Pro intel i7).And I have a HDR screen, a BENQ PD2700U. Now, with my new laptop, I get much more vivid colors (too vivid) when using the HDR mode of my screen. What's even more strange, this only happens within Adobe programs. Most of all my other HDR interface in other programs and MacOS Finder looks like. Even in Adobe, some colors look correct (e.g., within the CC Library window). Here's what I mean:This is a problem with the new laptop. My screen with my old laptop plugged in, out of the box, no issues. I appreciate the help in finding out how to fine-tune color inside Adobe products. I'm happy to provide more input Ricardo

Hello,I’m writing here because the support chat isn’t working and the phone numbers are unavailable.A year ago, I purchased an annual Photoshop subscription but used the program only rarely. Over time, I completely forgot about the subscription since I no longer use Photoshop. However, a few days ago, I was charged again for the annual renewal (the new subscription period started on October 8).I have already canceled the subscription and would like to request a refund, as it has been less than 14 days since the renewal. Please contact me via email. I kindly ask you to review my case and consider issuing a refund.Thank you very much for your understanding and help.(Creative Cloud Pro)
