Solved

I have been struggling with this pretty much all day. I have a LR catalog that seems to be missing content that is in it's 'Import' folder. I am on a Mac and using LR Classic 14.5.1 Build [202508231203-c2638d01].In the library module,  - the Catalog 'All Photographs' count is 1091.  - the Folders 'Import' count is 1091.So far, so good. But I noticed that in the 'Import' folder there are 1354 images/files.Not sure how to get the two to match. I have tried to 'Synchronize' the folder and in the pop-up dialog box it says that it will import 252 files. I realized that doing so will bring the count in the Lightroom Catalog 'All Photographs' count to 1343 (the original 1091 + the new 252).Not exactly the 1354 that are in the 'Import' folder, but I would be happy to get those numbers so close. When I clicked on the 'Synchronize' button at the botom of the 'Synchronize Folder "import" dialog box, I get a message pop-up that states, "No photos or videos were found to import"

Please help me get back my money I not used this program.

Hi, I'm using the latest version of Illustrator on PC.I have a file with a single PDF image linked (Original PDF is 24mb) approx A3 size.I have 80 artboards (each 27 x 42mm) covering the image which all slightly overlap so that I can tile it back together after printing (actually printing each artboard to fit A3 then taping to create a 2m x 2m picture)I am working this way because I need to have control over where each section of the image prints - traditional tile printing overlaps along the wrong lines. There is nothing else in the image, just 1 PDF (linked not embedded) and the artboards. The problem is that the file size is over 4gb! The file size was 2mb with just the linked PDF, but then jumped to 4gb once the artboards were added. Turning 'PDF compatible file' off makes no difference. Can someone explain this and help me work out how to reduce the file size please? Thanks in advance 🙂

When I want to open a secure PDF, I am first prompted to enter the password. Since I do not know the password, I click cancel and the Reader closes. The problem is that after doing this, I can only open a different (not protected) PDF again after removing the old Reader from Task Manager. It seems that Adobe Reader remains stuck after clicking cancel in the password screen.

アートボードの色が白では無く添付画像のようにグレーの市松模様のようになってしまいました。白に戻したいのですがどうしたら良いですか？

Hello, Community! After last Illustrator update i've faced an Issue with Line tool, particulary with Dashed Line option. If i Choose dashed line and draw it, i can specify dashed lines stroke Lenght and than i can specify Gap between strokes. The problem is that after you put specific number in dashed line gap and leave the field(like click outside or push Enter) Gap option drops to starting position. When trying to change it again, it appears inside the Input field, and instantly affects the way line looks if you change Gap setting. P.S. You can see it on the video below. I am not deleting anything from Gap input, it's just automatically clears it after i switch to any other tools or even next input in following dialog box.

The ability to add links to shapes to create buttons no longer works in the latest version. When exporting to PDF, the function disappears. When opening files that previously had them and were working, when exporting with the current version of Illustrator, the hyperlink disappears.I've checked all the PDF format options, and none of them work.I'm using version 29.7.1.

Schon einmal Danke!

I started a new project in Premiere and the video was really laggy even after I changed the playback resolution to 1/8 and disable high quality playback. So I tried making a proxy file but the video is still lagging even after I enable it. The first video was a 2h long gameplay video, recorded with Nvidia Shadowplay at 130k bitrate. The video turend out at a variable refresrate so I had to convert it to a mkv in handbrake. Video still at 130K bitrate. For some reason Premiere would not open the file, so I had to convert it again with OBS Remux to a mp4. Now Premiere would open the file but it was very laggy so I made a proxy file of it, and even on the playback lowest setting it was still lagging. I tried to insert just the proxy file directly into Premiere and then it worked perfectly.I did the exact same thing with 2 files, only difference one being 2 minutes and one 2 hours and the same result. The first file specs are 100Gb sizes, 4K, 130,000kbit/s. 2

Media Encoder (Beta) has not been updated to 26.0, which has caused Premiere (Beta) 26.0 to be unable to use Media Encoder (Beta) for output. It has been two days. When will Media Encoder (Beta) 26.0 be updated? It is so inconvenient.

Hello, the inspiration of the day is this part is always the same and never changes. Why has it been like this for a long time? I deleted and installed the app and cleared the cache but it is always the same and never changes.  Sorry for the translation, I'm just giving feedback in case there's a technical issue.

Under what circumstances you can see Layer in appearance panel? I can understand the path below that.

I have an Adobe® Illustrator® CS5.1 in a CD format. Using a Serial number for installation. I have used it on a computer and that cumpoter stopped working. Now when I want it to install it on different computer, but it says I have reached maximum number of license use. I need to somehow remove license from a computer I have no access to. Is there any work around?

I have created a rectangle & applied 10mm live corners to each corner as "Chamfer" (straight 45° corners). Now I want to apply 2mm radius "round" corners to all eight of my chamfered corners but dont know how to do it?

Hey everyone, I was reading a book about "confidence" and when using the text-to-read feature it was always pronounced as "con-dence". I noticed for other words that also had f in the middle, it doesnt pronounce the f. It has no problem when f starts or ends the word but only when its in the middle of the word. I wonder if this could be fixed. Furthermore, Ive been unable to download other accents. It shows error whenever I try to download. Thanks in advance for your help!

Greetings, unfortunately this AcrobatUpd11023.msp update is essential to avoid having a continuous crash of the application, but it has been removed from Adobe's servers.Kindly, can someone re-link it?Thank you.Simon.

Hello,I thought I had already canceled my subscription, but I just received a payment notification and realized that the cancellation didn’t go through.I have now canceled the subscription, but could I please get a refund for the payment that has already been charged?Thank you for your help.

I am so aggravated that I don't feel like writing a professional post, so I'll just bulletpoint the stuff that drives me bonkers:Subscription cost goes up, while the apps get more buggy!CC app is an absolute joke. On desktop and online. Every single day, I have to jump thru hoops to get LIBRARIES to sync. Today, they won't sync at all. If I want to delete a bunch of photos from a library, i have to click the little trash can on EVERY SINGLE FILE. Why is that?InDesign is probably the single most unstable app in the group. It regularly shuts down anytime I try to use the text editor feature. Lately, it will quit when I'm not doing anything.  Adobe, do better, or cut your subscription rate to make up for your bug-infested apps. Adobe for the most part is the only game in town, I just wish they wouldn't act like it and kill all the bugs.

After install 25.001.20756, show dialog"AdobeCollabSync.exe - Entry Point Not FoundThe procedure entry point WinHttpWebSocketCompleteUpgradecould not be located in the dynamic link library WINHTTP.dll."I can view PDF when ignore this error.Win32API WinHttpWebSocket* support : Win8/Server2012 or later.WinHttpWebSocketCompleteUpgrade 25.001 20744 is no issue.

Is anyone else having an issue where if you open a protected document on outlook, and click on cancel it locks up Adobe from opening any other attachments. I have tried to reinstall, uninstall with remover tool and reinstall, disable protected mode but no luck I have to end adobe in task manager to get it going again.
