Solved

I downloaded the Photoshop update this morning, and now I can’t access Photoshop. It says I need to buy it, but I’ve already paid for a full-year plan in March 2025. Also, when I sign in to my account, it keeps saying “Don’t know region.” Is anyone else having the same problem?

I was promised a call from the Adobe Help Center last night. Never happened. I have a license for Photoshop Elements 2023. Unfortunaly the computer with the software crashed and I therefore cannot deactivate the license. I need to install it on a replacement computer but cannot seem to get help from Help Center. Can anyone please help. I'm getting desperate. Platform Windows 11 home. Thx. John

I'm using the latest version of Illustrator (29.7.1 64 bit) with Windows 11 and the Text to Vector option is not appearing as an option under Window. I am based in Dublin, Ireland.

Previously, I could record music from the internet with Audition. After reinstalling Windows 11, it's no longer working. When I go to Audition Preferences > Audio Hardware, I only see either System Default - No Input or No Input. I think I used to have a choice of Stereo Mix, but I don't see that anymore. Is there a way to record audio again (sound card NVDIA IPS235)?

Hi, I've had my Adobe membership for nearly a year I'm just waiting for canceling my membership without paying the cancellation fee. So, my understanding is after one year of membership you can cancel for free ?

Good morning,I have upgraded my Adobe Photography plan from the old one (20 GB of cloud storage) to the new one (1 TB of cloud storage). Since upgrading, I can no longer download the images I have created with Adobe Express in JPG and PDF format. Can anyone tell me if I now have to subscribe to the Premium Plan in order to download them?Thank you.

My turn to ask for some help.   Regulars will know that I make a a fair few Frame Animations.  To night I am suddenly getting this error message. Google thought it might be a protection thing, so I completely uninstalled NordVPN. I tried the current release, beta and v22.2 I saved the PSD in different locations. I tried exporting other frame animations. I created a new frame animation. I reset Preferences. (not using the manual method)   The fact that it is the same with three versions of Photoshop suggests a possible OS issue.  This is Windows 11.  I can try it on a MacBook Pro which will probably work, but I'd like to get my desktop system working.   I can't think what else to try, so any ideas?

I have been a loyal Adobe supporter and have bought many editions of Lightroom before it morphed into the Photoshop Grouping. I never use the cloud storage, Camera Raw, rarely use Photoshop, but do use Lightroom Classic. I suffered through the move to a subscription model and then several price increases. But this final insult of raising the price by almost 70% is really beyond belief. I intend to spend the next few weeks checking out ON1 Raw, Darktable, Affinity Pro and any other free or cheaper software packages as it is very likely i will be leaving Adobe for hopefully greener pastures. It seems that they no longer want hobbyists, but just professionals, (who can claim a deduction for these price increases on their tax returns). My first foray into On1 Raw is extremely promising. I think Adobe will lose people to competitors, who, while not necessarily as good, do offer a lot of the same features for a much better price and some features are even better than Adobes. LeoneM

Hello, I am a real estate photo editor, and the software I use includes Adobe Bridge (12.0.4), Camera Raw v17.2, and Adobe Photoshop v26.4.1. Recently, I upgraded to a 4K monitor, the DELL U2723QE, which is known for its color accuracy. However, I am experiencing color inconsistency between Camera Raw and Photoshop. The color discrepancy is quite noticeable, with whites appearing warmer (more yellow) in Camera Raw and cooler (more blue) in Photoshop. Previously, I worked with the DELL U2419, which also had some color discrepancies but were not noticeable to the naked eye. However, with the U2723QE, the color difference is quite apparent. I have compared the colors between Adobe Bridge and Photoshop, and they are consistent, but only Camera Raw shows the color discrepancy. Could you please let me know the cause and how to fix this issue? I have also tested it on my MacBook, and fortunately, the colors are consistent, and there are no discrepancies. Windows 11 Pro is updat

The past month I've been working on an animation and it took a lot of effort and hard work, but suddenly today I tried to open the file and it says "An error occurred opening file "C:\Users\(my name)\Documents\The thing I'm wowking on.fla". When I click "OK", another error pops up "A JavaScript error occurred In file "Publish.jsfl": Error: File 'C:\Users\(my name)\Documents\The thing I'm wowking on.fla' could not be opened"After clicking OK again, Animate then shows me a black screen. The File, Edit, View, and everything else is still there. I tried finding how to fix this issue for the past hour but I eventually gave up.

I have a photo of a bracelet.  I'd like to make it into a perfect circle.  Is there a way to mask a circle and have it adjust to it?  I've tried warp but it's difficult.  Image is below... how do I make this braelet into a perfect circle?Thank you.

Hello,After updating my MacBook Pro to macOS Tahoe (26), I’ve frequently noticed that files saved from Photoshop take a long time to appear on the desktop — often more than 10 seconds. I can only see them immediately if I manually relaunch Finder.Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a possible solution? Thanks!

Latest premiere (25.3). Struggeling very hard with avchd files (*.MTS) . Can barely scrubb threw them. Previous premiere version (25.2) Works with them just fine. Tried to convert them to mp4 files, and still nothing. Tried clearing The cache. Thanks

Hi guys i wanna know how to make this effect it's subtle and simple, the colorful background start from the center until fully revealed, you can see from the sample, it goes with some flash lights with some sort of randomness i think, could someone explain me how to achieve a similar result?  Sample here.

Dear Adobe Stock Contributor Relations Team, I am writing to express my profound shock, disappointment, and indignation regarding the sudden and, I believe, entirely unjustified suspension of my contributor account, 211011551. I have been a dedicated and compliant contributor to the Adobe Stock community, consistently adhering to all submission guidelines and Terms of Service. The reason for the deactivation that you have provided to me simply does not align with my conduct or the content in my portfolio. I have reviewed your stated reasons, and I assert unequivocally that I have not violated them. The timing and nature of this suspension force me to consider a deeply troubling possibility: that this decision is rooted in a political bias rather than a genuine breach of contract. I am a citizen of Russia, but for the past four years, I have been a legal and permanent resident of Montenegro. My work, my life, and my economic activity are entirely separate from any geopolitical considera

When I opened Premiere Pro for the very first time, a tutorial started, created a project, put footage in the timeline and gave instructions that were either incorrect or confusing. I didn't know what to do with any of it. I was totally overwhelmed. Not a good beginning in my journey to learn Premiere Pro. I came to the Adobe site wanting some written instructions or video on how to use the tutorial. I'm aware of the irony.  Sigh...

I have 500+ files with the same swatches and I need to edit the values of one specific swatch across all of them. The swatch is saved as the values (C=40 M=65 Y=70 K=0), no name. These are basically all Save As, so settings and such across files are pretty much the same, FWIW.I'm looking for a way to record an automation for this that I can then batch action across the whole folder.I've tried a few variations of creating a new swatch an then alt+dragging but the automation doesn't overwrite the values on the old swatch, so maybe I end up with two swatches, but the image doesn't change.Help!Gearing up to change these files manually but yikes.

How do I type vertically in Adobe Express?

I've been having issues opening files since version 26.10; the same problem persists in 26.11 (Windows 11).At first, I thought I couldn’t open PSDs by double-clicking them. After opening the file manually, making changes, and saving a new version elsewhere, the original file I’d tried to open suddenly appeared—over 10 minutes later. Very odd behavior, and just a little annoying. Next, I tried right-click > Open with > Adobe Photoshop 2025 from Widnows Explorer. It hemmed and hawed for nearly 4 minutes before finally opening. I guess that’s an improvement over 10 minutes, but still not acceptable. Drag-and-drop and opening files from within Photoshop both work fine for all file types I use, so it seems Photoshop might be struggling to communicate with Windows Explorer. I’ve recorded time-compressed screen captures (attached for your entertainment) showing the same methods repeated. The delay times were quite different this round: a whopping 15:57 for double-cli

Hello,A bug was found: When inserting Forced Line Break inside a Right to Left paragraph direction, although the text direction is defined as "Default", it becomes a "Left to Right" and change the paragraph direction to Left to Right without showing it. When selecting it, it still shows that the mark is in default direction and that the paragraph direction is Right to left although it is not. 1. In Indesign 2024, Middle Eastern Version with Hebrew definitions (Right to Left paragraph direction, Language), open a new document, draw a right to left text box and fill it with place holder text. 2. Place text curser in the middle of a paragraph the has punctuation mark at the end of it for better seeing the problem. Insert a Forced Line Break (Type>Insert Break Character>Forced Line Break. 3. Result: Paragraph becomes a Left-To-Right direction (Punctuation mark appears to left of the paragraph) but it will not show on paragraph panel. 4. Override: Select the "

Got hit with another “intellectual property issue” rejection. Apparently, my photo contains something so top secret that even I can’t identify it. If there’s a hidden logo or trademark in there, it’s doing a better job of hiding than most fugitives. And while we’re on the topic, I’ve been getting way too many “similar content” rejections lately. So I ran a little experiment — I resubmitted a photo they’d already accepted before. Guess what? Accepted again. I deleted it afterward, but now I’m starting to think the moderation system might be using a dartboard.
