why is it that Adobe have completely isolated themselfs from their customers, there is no email support only a ussles chat bot. i just want help from a real person, who knew how hard that would be in this modern day and age.

This only started happening I think with the previous (25.4?) update, or at least a couple months ago. Basically the Layers panel always starts collapsed after opening a new blank document. See screenshot below. I have to double click it to expand it. At first I thought it was an issue with my custom workspace, but then I tried enabling Essentials (Default) and resetting it, and it still does it! Things I've Tried:Switching to Essentials (Default) and then selecting "Reset Essentials" to be sureEnsuring the preference for "Auto-Collapse Iconic Panels" is uncheckedEnsuring "Auto Show Hidden Panels" is checkedEnabling / Disabling "Lock workspace" Things I've Noticed:For both the Essentials workspace (and even my custom workspace), if I hit Reset workspace, the Layers panel DOES expand how it should. My Photoshop subscription payment failed because my TrueMoney Wallet didn't have enough balance. I have already added enough money. I tried to update the payment method with the same TrueMoney Wallet, but Adobe still shows a payment failure. I need help retrying the outstanding payment of THB 350.96. How can I fix it?

I don't actually know for sure if these are smart guides or some other type of guide, but after the most recent update, this cross-hair started showing up over my cursor when the rectangle tool is selected:I always use only grid for snapping and have toggled Smart Guides on/off, restarted the program, looking around in preferences, etc. But I can't figure out what setting this cross-hair actually is, if it isn't a Smart Guide. I've never seen it before and it's extremely distracting. It shows up in every workspace and every document now.

Since updating to the latest Photoshop 2026 (27.x), the keyboard shortcuts (Mac) no longer work. However, they still work properly in Photoshop 2025 (26.2).How do I fix this?

Using Photoshop 27.4.0, Mac Tahoe 26.4, using my computer when working in Photoshop.  I used to be able to use Command H to hide the application as I worked between LR and Ps.  That shortcut continues to work on my older computer, on my new laptop, but for some reason no longer works on my Mac Mini.  The only way I can minimize it is to click on the yellow circle in top left corner.  I’ve gone into Keyboard Shortcuts, to View > Extras which shows the Command symbol+H.  How do I get the shortcut back the way I want it to work? I want to raise a complaint about a forced/continued subscription charge, but this "great" company gives no real way to reach anyone, just article after article after article.Even the "Contact Us" section is broken: there's a "Support" option with a "Start Now" button, but clicking it just takes you back to the same help-articles homepage, in a loop. Hello Team, I have tried on several attempts to connect my Facebook and Instagram account in Adobe Express and I keep receiving the message "Connection Failed"

I understand that Adobe is not in favor of working on file servers, but not everyone is working in a cloud-based workflow. We are running Acrobat Pro 2026 and macOS Tahoe. Since upgrading we can no longer save Acrobat files to our server and extract pages won’t work either. We have one computer running the same versions of Acrobat and the OS where protected mode is turned off and it works fine. Our other computers have protected mode on and we are unable to turn it off. We can select to turn it off and quit Acrobat, but when we restart Acrobat it comes up with a message that Acrobat quit unexpectedly  and protected mode is turned back on. While we can save the files to the desktop and copy them to the server, this is an inefficient way for our team to work. Any thoughts on how to get Acrobat out of protected mode? Thanks!

When attempting to use the “Rotate Object” tool, it starts the process and right when I’d expect it to allow me to rotate the object it puts me back to before I’d hit transform with a pop up that fails to load. I initially thought it could be a credits issue however I have ample credits and have used the tool before. If I’m missing something I’d appriciate some help. There should also be a video attached to this. Thanks.

HI:I’m working on a facial rig. All the elements are shape layers. I want to drive the eyebrows with Nulls that control the path. I made the face shapes a few days ago. Today I went in selected the layer. Opened its contents and selected path. Then I went to Windows>Create Nulls From Paths and selected Points Follow Nulls. I got an error message stating, “Error: No paths selected.” Huh? There is a path selected. I went and created a new shape layer, set down a new path and tried to run the script again and it worked. Why is the older layer not functioning as expected?   

I’m troubleshooting a PDF created from an HTML page using Print --> Save as PDF.Acrobat reports Tables > Headers – Failed even though the <TH> cells are correctly configured. I found a decorative vector Path associated with the <Table> tag, and artifacting that Path makes the Headers check pass.Is there a way to fix this at the PDF-generation or source level so the Headers check passes without manually artifacting the Path or deleting the tag in Acrobat?  

Hello, My organization has a use case where we need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe Acrobat Standard installed simultaneously for certain users. It looks like as of Reader/Acrobat 26.001.21651, the Print dialog in Reader does not display the list of software printers correctly. For example, the Microsoft Print to PDF option prints to a different printer when selected, and shows that other printer’s properties when Properties is clicked. This is the case for all software printers in the list. Physical printers on our print server appear to be unaffected. I did a capture with ProcMon, and it looks like what is happening is Reader is enumerating all of the printers the user has available, but does not list the Adobe PDF Converter that is installed along with Acrobat (it shows up as “Adobe PDF” in the Windows registry and the Procmon log). However, I think although when it filters the name of this printer, it isn’t removing its properties, so those properties ‘roll over’ to the next

I was on a monthly Plan & wanted to switch to Yearly Prepaid, I tried through my main account to change but didn't work, so I cancelled the subscription, tried to renew, purchase new one, & tried even different methods of payment monthly, annual monthly paid, Annual prepaid, from different bank accounts, UPI from different mobiles, PC & even Created a New Adobe account & tried to purchase from there also but the same response was there!  "We couldn't process your payment. Please check your payment details. If the issue persists, try another payment method or contact your bank.". My work has stuck because of it.

Hi, I remember cancelling my subscription after the free trial period for an adobe acrobat pro account, but as it stands, it seems like my subscription wasn’t cancelled and now I got charged for the subscription price. The problem is, I can’t cancel my subscription through the admin console as my account is flagged for a billing issue despite the charge being recognized by the system. I really need this refund, please answer as soon as possible
