Hello,On 12 August 2026 I was charged an early termination fee of THB 6,291.07, on top of my regular monthly charge of THB 1,677.23. My account has two subscriptions: Creative Cloud Pro and Adobe Stock – 10 assets a month, both annual plans paid monthly.I did not realise that cancelling would trigger a fee of this size, and I did not intend to leave Adobe entirely — I was only trying to reduce my monthly cost. A fee of nearly THB 6,300 is a serious amount for me.What I would like instead:1. A refund of the early termination fee.2. To switch to the Creative Cloud Photography plan rather than cancel outright.3. I am truly flummoxed! I’m having major issues printing from Lightroom Classic and I’m wondering if it is due to the update to v15.5. It takes about 5 minutes to print one image. In addition, color is completely off now, and it was fine just a few weeks ago. I’m using a Mac, OS Tahoe version 26.6.1 … and that is a recent update as well (so is is double trouble?). I am printing using my Canon Pro-1100. I print on a variety of Red River papers, and use color profiles provided by Red River. Prior to the update things worked quite well. When I print from the Mac Preview app rather than Lightroom the colors are correct and it prints at a normal speed, which is why I’m thinking it might be a Lightroom issue. 

LrC 15.4.1. MacOS 15.6.2  When LrC is opened for a longer period of time the upper tool bar locks up. I can't hide LrC or access any other tools. I've had to force quit LrC a few times.

I want to consolidate my individual Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat annual plans into a single Creative Cloud Pro subscription. Is that possible to do? if so, could you explain how?

I had a video in one of the pages of my portoflio that wasn’t functioning, I compressed the video’s size and now the video works, but when I hit “Update live site” and checked it everything on the main page is gone. There’s no thumbnails or clickable pages at all even though in the editor they’re all still there. I have no idea what caused this or how it’s possible for the editor and the live site to be completely different but that’s where I find myself

I am having a big problem with my website. The covers of my projects (Page Covers) are completely broken, overlapping, and stacked on top of each other when i post the site online.I have already tried everything to fix it: I changed the Theme (I am using Mercedes, but the bug happens on all themes). I created a completely new Collection page. I removed the page cover titles. I tried different browsers and incognito mode. Nothing works. The grid is still broken. It looks like a bug in a system error.Could someone help me fix this?

전에 이 문제로 질문을 남겼었고, 알려준 해결책들 전부 해봤지만 다 안됐고,결국 근본적인 해결책은 없고, 다운그레이드가 차선책이었습니다.(지우고갈고, 초기화, 심지어 그래픽드라이버까지 다 리셋했는데도 27.3.1v 위의 최신버전들은 오류가뜹니다.) 27.3.1v 까지만 제대로 작동하고, 그 윗버전들 다 써봤는데 똑같은 오류가 떠서,결국 지금도 27.3.1v 쓰고있습니다.  오늘이 포토샵 결제날이었는데 더 짜증나네요^^ 포토샵 설정초기화, 포토샵 지우고 깔기, 윈도우 로컬 계정등록 등등 다 해봤으니, 이런 답도 안되는 해결책은 안써주셔도 되고, 문제와 해결책을 제발 찾아주세요.   구글에 검색해본 결과, 저와 같은 사람이 몇몇있었습니다.27.3.1v까지만 제대로 작동하고 그 위 최신버전들은 다 안된다고 하더라고요.(그 사람들의 글의 댓글에도 해결책은 없었습니다.) 아래 이미지는 구글에서 캡쳐해온 이미지입니다.  저와 똑같은 증상의 글입니다

Under Plans & Payment there are no activated devices, I guess because it’s not a Creative Cloud license.  Support chat is no help and there doesn’t seem to be anywhere to email.  

We identified what appears to be a bug introduced in a recent Adobe Acrobat update.After updating Acrobat, PDFs fail to print correctly when "Choose Paper Source by PDF Page Size" is enabled.We were able to reproduce the issue on multiple machines and confirmed it was introduced by a recent update. During my free trial period i had a document that i've amended and saved several times.  the free period has ceased and i tried to open the document and an window appears stating the file is damaged (error code 4).  this happens with every document that i open.  i've paid today to have indesign for the year and the documents still will not open and still gives the error code 4 window.   Help.

ssue summary:Photoshop 27.9.0 appears to automatically enable Proof Colors every time I open a new image. This causes the image on the main canvas to look significantly brighter, desaturated, and washed out.Steps to reproduce:Open Photoshop 27.9.0. Open any image file. The image opens looking washed out on the main canvas. The same image looks correct in macOS Preview and also looks correct in the Layers panel thumbnail. Go to View → Proof Colors and turn it off. The image immediately returns to the correct color and contrast. Open another image. Proof Colors appears to be enabled again automatically, and the new image is washed out until I turn Proof Colors off again.Expected result:Proof Colors should remain off unless I manually enable it, and newly opened images should display with their normal color and contrast.Actual result:Every newly opened image appears washed out because Proof Colors seems to be enabled automatically. Hi!Working in a big organisation would it be possible/realistic to smoothly work with both Adobe Premiere Pro and Davinci Resolve and  side by side. This meaning sharing projects, templates and graphics between the two. For example using the same graphic templates for lower thirds, credits etc without having to maintain two different setups?Thanks in advance for all input on this matter!

Hi! not sure how to use Communities, but Portfolio REALLY needs to let us choose the thumbnail in our videos! A default frame is NOT acceptable! Any info on how to get this to the right person is appreciated. Please help! Thanks! 🙂
