Hi all. I am trying to export a PNG file that is only one line of text with an outer shadow effect. No other layers or elements. Just the text with an effect. When I first created the file I tried a drop shadow. But when I exported it, I realized it didn’t look good and I continued working on it. However now every export looks like the version with the drop shadow despite all the changes I’ve made in the software. This has never happened before.The design exports fine as any other file type (PDF looks fine). But it has to be PNG because I need a transparent background. When I add additional lines of text they show up in the PNG, but the drop shadow never goes away.I’ve restarted my computer (MAC), uninstalled InDesign, reset preferences, I’ve even recreated the entire design from scratch using a new file name and the same image shows up whenever I export a PNG. I am losing my mind, please help.  

Working in Indesign 2026 v 21.4. The drop shadow exported incorrectly from the settings for it. Onscreen it looked as it should, but once exported it shifted it dramatically. I tried adding in and changing the distance in the drop shadow settings but it always showed up the same, incorrectly. Anybody else experiencing something like that?This image is the onscreen, correct view, it is only supposed to add a slight shadow so it is set to 0 distance.This image is of the exported png file with the clearly incorrect rendering of the drop shadow where it is clearly offset and at a distance

I used to be able to use my purchased lightroom 6.  Havent used it in a while and now after asking to be logged in 20 times it does nothing. Now it locked me out as well.  I have my password, have my previous purchased serial number and entered that. It still wont work.  I dont want to update to the cloud and all of that.  Want to use the old version that I had access to and was fine with.  My mom passed away 2 days, ago. Wanted to update a few pics and add to her photo collage.  Login 20 times, put the serial number, it locks me out.  Try to contact customer support its a stupid AI bot that does nothing.  So much new technology and nothing works, cant even get an email from adobe as it says I dont have an active account, yet I am logged in and it shows my previous purchases.  Such crappy support I cant believe it.

Mac OSX Sequoia.Latest version of Adobe Acrobat Pro Classic 2017. Canon Pixma IP4950 PrinterI have tried clean install, print as image, changing security settings, calling adobe customer support, new Mac profile. My startup drive is not acse-sensitive nor is it encryted.     

I have multiple displays connected in laptop. Working with illustrator, it becomes a pain when I move and dock the illustrator to a second monitor and vice versa. The side panels closes (minimize) automatically and I have to re-expand them all the time. Yes there is a resolution different in both the monitors but still are above FHD resolution.Is there any way to fix, lock and have them be opened permanently?

I was charged on July 18 and canceled my subscription on July 19. I purchased through Google play store. Acrobat told me that they cannot see any subscription under my email. I only have 1 email. Now, I talked to one of the supervisor and he advised me that this case will be transferred to backend team. Is it possible that I will be refunded? Same case here?

I have just updated to the 2023 InDesign, and now suddently my documents are read-only and I cannot save the file, but have to make a save as version and give the document a new name everytime I have to save my work.Do you know why this is happening? And how to avoid this?

A coworker of mine is attempting to install Animate 2018 on Windows 11, but keeps getting the error message "Update required. Your browser or operating system is no longer supported."   Anyone here encountered this and managed to fix it?   And yes, it has to be Animate 2018. The version of CreateJS used by the current version of Animate is incompatible with our libraries.

No mesmo dia, mais tarde, após utilizar a ferramenta que queria, eu CANCELEI o plano que havia assinado. Uma semana depois, dia 17/07, recebi uma cobrança em meu cartão, referente ao plano da Adobe que eu havia CANCELADO. Preenchi o formulário de reembolso duas vezes, mas não recebi nenhum e-mail de confirmação ou um email dizendo algo sobre esse reembolso, enviei o formulário duas vezes pois imaginei que havia colocado o número do GPA errado, mas todas as informações estão corretas. Gostaria de uma resposta da empresa. Foi recebido meu email? Este reembolso será feito? E já conferi se meu plano foi mesmo cancelado, na Play Store, consta que sim, está cancelado.

I used the free trial for a document I needed to edit - I cancelled it on my laptop the same day. I get an email this morning that I have been charged and when I logged in on my phone it showed I had to press cancel again. Is this normal? I can’t seem to find a contact to email to address getting a refund. 

I had to use Adobe InDesign for a university assignment but didn’t have the funds, so I opted to try the 7 day free trial. Unfortunately, due to the last weeks of the semester being too hectic i completely forgot to cancel the trial within the week so that i didn’t get charged. Right now the plan section on my account doesn’t let me cancel the trial due to insufficient funds and I’ve already emailed adobe support but have had no response. I understand that there is a 14 day grace period to cancel without getting charged, my trial ended on the 9th of July so I do still have time to cancel before I’m charged, right? I would like to create highlights that looks like the ones in the sample image.I've tried creating this highlight using two paths that have been offset with then the top one subtracted from the bottom one. That produces a highlight that runs the entire height of the letter.I've also tried applying an art brush to a line segment, but getting the taper in the right place is challenging.

Looking for some help with a custom script, hopefully someone has some insight for me. My end goal is to have a single PSD file with a set of images, each placed on their own artboard, with all artboards being a consistent size (in pixels).   I can't use a batch process or anything traditional because I need the user to be able to adjust the placement of each photo within the artboard before exporting the resized images.   Breaking it down a bit, I'm looking for the script to do the following actions: Have the user input a desired width and height for the artboards to be set to. These values will be the same across all the artboards (only need to prompt once), but it's important that the user is prompted for the dimensions since they will change. Have the user select a set of images from their computer to import (these will be a mix of sizes and aspect ratios, but always flat images.) Hi All,Do not append “copy” … NOT working! - Do not add “copy” checked – still one copy added to file name every time.- Do not add “copy”  unchecked – copy copy (twice) added to file name. I tried it with "Legacy Save As" on and off – no difference. All that only when using an action I made: save as > PNG > save > closeWhen saving as manually / without action it works.I made sure the action reflects exactly the manual process Any ideas? (PS latest version / 24.1.1)Thanks

Well i have just gone from having 100% accepted to 100% rejected so far on my last submission, nothing different with way images were taken, also the images rejected  were accepted with three other micro stock agencies, just come to conclusion that someone just doesnt like your topic of image
