This icon keeps glowing even when I hide the whole bar, I keep looking for options to disable it but haven’t been lucky

After purchasing the annual plan from Amazon, they send you an email with an activation link. The link takes you to a page where you either link your existing adobe id OR can click a link to create a new adobe account. when i enter my adobe id, the link button on Amazon remains gray/ unclickable. when I click on create new account the redemption URL is unreachable on Adobes side. The url is http://redeem.licenses.adobe.com/ddd/?redirectUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.amazon.com%2Fdsv%2Factivation%2FcreateNewAccountCallback%3FrequestId%Xxxxxxxxxxxx%26licenseId%3Dyyyyyyy I have replaced identifable information about me here with xxxx and yyyy  I think the activation flow for adobe on Amazon is severely broken. How do I reach support? There's no chat or email option except for posting to this forum.

We’re excited to announce that new contextual task bars are now available in Photoshop Public Beta. We know that finding the right tool, at the right time, can sometimes slow down a great workflow. Our new contextually aware task bars aim to help by providing common tools, actions and next steps right on the canvas where you’re working. We are currently launching five bars for importing new documents, making selections and using the Type Tool. Learn more below:    Open Image or File This bar will appear when you open an image or file in Photoshop (i.e. not a new, empty document)   New Document Workflow This bar will appear if you open a new, blank document from the Photoshop home screen If you choose to select “import image”, your image will be placed in the document as a Smart Object and the Free Transform bar will appear to help finalize placement   Type Tool Workflow This bar will appear when you select the Type tool from the tool bar and draw a text bo

Did the Adobe Express download to pdf getting stuck at 90% get resolved from a week ago? I'm trying to download to pdf just now and after five or six failed attempts (inc with a blank doc with just the word test in) I'm now running the HAR report. The HAR report is never ending - it's been going for over 15 mins. I don't understand what I'm looking at but it appears to be trying to do the same thing over and over. Just wondering what the status is with this please?

Guys, the new Premiere 26.5 update isn’t showing up in my Creative Cloud. Could someone send me the direct download link?

I have a Word document containing a table, which I converted to PDF. In Adobe Acrobat, I want to remove some of the table lines so that, for example, only 2 rows remain instead of 5.I can select the table lines. I can also move them up and down using the arrow keys, and I can even reduce their height until they are only about a pixel high. However, I cannot actually delete them.Pressing the Delete key on my keyboard does nothing, and choosing Delete from the right-click menu also has no effect. The line remains in the document. Is this expected behavior for tables that originated in Word?

I am using the Firefly model and have purchased a subscription. The credits will reset on 9/22; however, I was using the app earlier, I believe around 9/4 or so, and it said the credits would reset in less than an hour, but they never did.

My latest subscription payment should have covered me until 16-SEP-2026, but I've been locked out of the apps and I'm being asked to "Buy now" or “Start free trial”. My account should still be active - why can’t I use it?

Hi! How can I join the Lightroom beta program? I work at a company that assists photographers with post-production. Lightroom is foundational to our work, so I’m looking for a way to stay on top of upcoming releases. Thank you!

The Fast Blur effect crops the image, and it sticks to the edge. The Scale mode behaves very strangely in this case; it moves the frame all over the place, left and right.

Due to a workflow in place, my motion team and I create MOGRT's and provide them to our editing team for subbing. It’s usually a simple glow on text etc. This is good for temporary approval, but afterwards my motion team need to recreate these subs in AE for collect purposes. This is quite a time consuming process of scrubbing through the subtitles made on the edits, and recreating the style as words animate on for example, on our end. Is there any workaround anyone might know, to perhaps bring in MOGRT's from a premiere sequence, after they've been used in an edit as subs, back into After Effects. Equally a potential way to improve the situation would be to at least see some sort of marker or keyframe when importing back into After Effects, after the MOGRT’s been used by our edit team - So my Motion team can hop directly to each keyframe/marker, instead of scrubbing through. It’s a tricky topic as research on my end seems to not be very specific about bringing MOGRT’s that have been su

Hello, I have a question and I hope somebody can help. I'm trying to open an After Effects file of an animation I've made in 2023. When I open it, the loading bar gets stuck at 97% and also the program doesn't respond so I have to force quit it.I already tried to empty the cache, download an older version and open the file in it, restarted my macbook, but nothing seems to work.Is there anything else I can try? Hope there is a solution for it.

Hi, for some time now, after performing a few actions or working for a few minutes in InDesign, I’m no longer able to undo an action or go back—everything is greyed out. It’s really frustrating. Are you having the same issue? Thanks a lot for your replies!

Title: Lightroom Classic 15.5.1 causes complete system shutdown/restart when selecting another photo during AI DenoiseDescription of IssueLightroom Classic 15.5.1 causes my Windows PC to suddenly shut down/restart when I select another photograph while AI Denoise is processing an image. The problem is highly reproducible.AI Denoise itself works correctly. I can process several RAW files consecutively and I have successfully completed a batch of four photographs. However, while Denoise is still processing, if I click another photograph in the filmstrip to select it, the computer suddenly shuts down/restarts.Simply hovering the mouse pointer over other photographs, which displays their preview in the Navigator, does NOT cause the problem. The shutdown occurs when another photograph is actually selected during Denoise processing.System Lightroom Classic: 15.5.1 Operating system: Windows 10 64-bit CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT 6 GB AMD Software: Adrenalin Editio

Using LR Classic on a Mac.  I copied my 4 TB (original RAW files) ext HD to an 8 TB SSEHD.  How do I get the LR catalog to find the images on the new disc?  I can move some folders individually.  But others don’t seem to be successful.  There must be an easier way to connect the new disc to the LR catalog.

I just updated my Adobe Photoshop to Adobe Photoshop 2026 on my HP Envy x360 2 in 1 labtop 14. I realized quickly I can't remove backgrounds or select a subject. For when I select subject the text comes up saying: " Couldn't find a a subject to select, there might not be prominent objects in the image", even though clearly there is a subject. For the when I want to use remove background it says: "Couldn't find background when there is clearly a background.

Has anybody experienced this very bizarre problem with Premiere Pro CC 2015.0.2? (I'm using Mac OS X 10.10.5.)Several times per day while working with Premiere Pro, the "linked selection" option randomly stops working. The only solution that I have found for this is to completely quit & relaunch Premiere Pro... but then the problem comes back a little while later. The problem is this: Even though the "Linked Selection" option is selected for my timeline, if I click on a video clip, the linked audio clip DOES NOT automatically select with it! If I click on an audio clip, the linked video clip DOES NOT automatically select with it! Even if I hold down the option key, the video & audio clips will not select together. This happens for ALL THE CLIPS IN THE ENTIRE SEQUENCE! I am forced to quit & relaunch Premiere Pro, and then the problem is fixed... for a little while. Please see the 2 screenshots below. The 1st screenshot shows WHAT SHOULD HAPPEN when I select either a linked vide
