Hi Adobe Community,I’ve been experiencing several issues with Adobe Acrobat, and unfortunately, none of the solutions I’ve tried so far have worked. Here are the issues I’m currently facing: The Edit panel does not appear. It is completely blank. I have already installed the latest version of Acrobat, but the issue remains. When I select Save As, nothing appears either. The panel is completely blank. I have tried several solutions suggested in the community, including installing the patch and using Registry Editor, but none of them worked. I also tried selecting “Disable New Acrobat.” In the old interface, I can edit files, but I still cannot use Save As because the panel remains blank, just like in the new version. Now there is an additional issue: whenever I try to print a file and select Properties, Acrobat suddenly crashes and force closes. This issue has been ongoing for almost two months, and I still haven’t found a working solution. I have also tried uninstalling and

Comparisons between Original, Illustrator and the weird InDesign Bengali typesettingAm trying to typeset a document in Bengali. This is using a Bangla font from Adobe Fonts. I could get it to match the correct wordings using Illustrator (with “Show Indic Options” selected under Preferences, but I cannot get it to work in InDesign even with the Language set to “Bengali (India)”. I tried selecting “World-Ready Paragraph Composer” but it looks even more “off/wrong”.What am I doing wrong? I tried installing the middle east InDesign but it’s still the same.I have tried troubleshooting with the Adobe live support and had a 40 min call / remote desktop sessions with them but they don’t understand what’s the problem either. Please help as I don’t want to rely on Illustrator for this book I am working on!

Almost everyday, I have an issue where the top of the InDesign window is off the screen, which means I can't move the window around to position it properly on my monitor. The solution I've found is to use Mission Control to shift the InDesign window on to another monitor, which typically shifts it down just enough to be able to click the top of the window and drag it down more. Sometimes resizing the window will cause it to pop back on to the screen properly, but that doesn't always work. I'm flagging this because it doesn't happen with any other Adobe programs, and it's consistent enough to be really disruptive to my workflow. As an aside, multiple-monitor performance across Adobe programs is quite poor in general; pop-up windows for things like exporting, effects, etc. often appear on different screens at random, and still do so even after being repositioned in a prior use. I really wish Adobe could fix this. I use a Macbook Pro (16-inch, 2021, M1 Max, 64 GB RAM) for work. I

I need a refound of the anual payment to the app I suscribe to the premium service by mistake

My Indesign hangs and then I have to restart it whenever I use links or update links. I've tested with all documents on the hard drive and a portable drive - same thing. It is driving me mad. This is on all documents, not just one. Any ideas?

There are no late payments on my account and InDesign (Beta) is still functioning normally. Does anyone know how to fix this? My computer is running on ARM. I'm stressing, I have an assessment due tomorrow!!!

It truly drives me nuts that often when I click on a layer (in the layers panel) to then do something directly to that layer on the canvas, it many times will start working on / activate a different overlapping or adjacent layer, most times an adjustment layer. But of course it could be any layer that happens to be in the same vicinity. Is there any way to deactivate this? Photoshop didn't used to do this. You had to click on a layer (in the panel) to change it or work on it. My workaround is to temporarily lock or hide the layer I don't want to accidentally select, but it is silly that I have to do that. Whoever thought that clicking on a layer (to change to another layer) directly on the canvas was a good idea, probably doesn't actually USE photoshop on a regular basis. I cannot be the only person who hates this (?) Help!

Hello Team, Watermark on premium images – Even though it shows “You have full permission”, every premium image I use for social media creatives still carries a watermark. AI credits not reflecting correctly – My account shows 0/250 left even though I haven’t used AI features much. Whenever I try AI tools (image generation, insert, etc.), it says I have no credits remaining. I’ve already checked my subscription and account login, but the problem persists. Could you please help resolve this and re-sync my subscription/credit balance?Thank you, Sarbjeet

When opening most subfolders the browser locks up with IPhone, IPad and windows. I’ve tried Edge, Safari and Chrome browsers. I’ve cleared the cash, logged in, in Incognito mode with Chrome on IPhone. Last attempted to login with a never used Chrome browser on IPad.   personal info removed by mod-  KR

This is happening with the History, Clone and Eraser tools…

Whenever I open an existing pdf document, by default Acrobat always includes the right-hand side "tools pane", which takes up about 1/3rd of the window pane.  To minimise it, I have to always go to >>View,>>Show/Hide,>>Tools Pane>> then toggle/click.  Or on my laptop shift+Fn Key+F4.How can I change this to not include the Tools Pane in full and just have it in its minimised form, like icons on the right-hand side, which is how it shows when I manually hide it.

Just like the title says. My workflow used to be create art in Fresco, then go to Publish and Export, then to Capture Pattern, and when I opened Capture I could use the art to make patterns. All of a sudden after the most recent update, both of those links are gone, there’s an Export to Illustrator and Behance, but no way to “capture pattern” anymore.Did it move or get renamed?  This is the one thing I really need to make my workflow operate.iPad Pro 12.9 up to date.help!

Good morning,I received your notification stating “Account blocked: Suspicious activity.” I immediately submitted a review request (ADB-46933681-W2C7), but received no response. I sent an email, but received no reply. The day before the suspension, I noticed some purchases of my videos, so I thought it might be related to those purchases. Perhaps someone bought those videos with a stolen credit card or something similar. But I’m wondering why my account was suspended? I didn’t do anything wrong. And this is causing me serious financial damage.I was also waiting for a payment I requested two weeks ago that still hasn’t arrived.I’ve read that in cases like this, it can take months before the account is reactivated.I’m frustrated that no one is responding, and the mere thought of having to wait months is devastating. It’s not even possible to call someone or chat directly with the Contributors team. It makes no sense.I didn’t renew a subscription plan for an Adobe product, and two payments w

I am trying to delete pages in Acrobat Pro. Everything looks normal, I can go to "Organize Pages" and select the thumbnail of the page I want to delete. Pop-up says "Are you sure you want to delete the page from the document?" Click ok and nothing happens. There are no error messages, it just doesn't delete the page. I have also tried the trash icon at the top of the page and right clicking on the page to select "Delete Page" and get the same result. I have tried multiple different documents. I have also tried saving a copy to my desktop instead of opening from the server. There are no security issues, all "Document Restrictions Summary" items are set to "Allowed". Also, I am able to insert pages and edit the document, just won't delete pages.

My workplace heavily relies on a plug-in that only works with a 32-bit installation of Acrobat DC.   We have a new workstation that runs 64-bit, and the installation is defaulting to the 64-bit version instead of giving an option on whether to install 32-bit or 64-bit. I can't find any options for this, or any information on this elsewhere.   How can I choose 32-bit when installing Acrobat DC in 2022?
