I have a bunch of fossils I am editing and would like to remove the background from them as easy and as painless as I can. I have over 140 of them that are going in a book

Hi, I'm using InDesign (Beta) via the AI Assistant panel, and every time I submit a prompt, I get this message:"This version of InDesign (Beta) is out of date. Update to 21.6.0.58 or later to keep working. Get it from Creative Cloud > Apps > Beta > InDesign (Beta)."The problem is, when I go to Creative Cloud Desktop > Apps > InDesign (Beta), it shows Version 21.6 as the currently installed version, and under "Other versions" it lists 21.6 as the latest version available (with only older builds — 21.5, 21.4, 21.3, 21.2 — listed below it). There's no option to update to anything newer than 21.6.I've already tried:Fully quitting and relaunching the app Uninstalling and reinstalling InDesign (Beta) completelyThe warning persists every time. Is 21.6.0.58 not yet rolled out to all accounts/regions? Is there a way to manually check for or force this specific sub-version? Any help would be appreciated — I'm trying to use the AI Assistant to set up a new document and can't get pa

This is happening to several people in our org intermittently but enough to where they are reporting about it.Say there is a PDF, (A).When we go to the top bar and press view, then new window, it opens another PDF (A) that we will call (A2).So now, we have open PDFs (A) and (A2).The issue is that whenever we navigate through the bookmark selection on (A), the pages on (A2) change instead of (A). Our Acrobat is completely up to date, all Windows Updates installed, and we’ve reinstalled the program only for the user to tell us that it’s happening again a few days later.Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I want to install Encore on my new Windows 11 Pro computer.  I have a CS6 S/N.  I went to the Adobe web site and downloaded the CS6 installer.  I ran it and only picked Encore to install (it installed OK, I used my CS6 S/N).  But, when I start Encore, it wants an S/N (I give it my CS6 S/N and seems OK).  But it wants a second S/N and gives me about eight options of software that have NOTHING to do with Encore.  Please explain.

Hi Adobe Community & Moderators,I am reaching out here in absolute frustration as a last resort, hoping a moderator or community manager can escalate this case. My Adobe account has been falsely flagged and blocked for "fraud," despite being a legitimate paying customer. Here is what happened: The Billing: On September 2, 2026, I was billed normally for my monthly Premiere Pro subscription (€15.99, Invoice No: IEE2026016419410). The Sudden Ban: Shortly after this successful payment, I received an automated email from noreply@adobe.com stating that "fraudulent behavior" was detected on my Premiere plan and that my subscription had been cancelled and blocked. The Costly Support Loop: I tried resolving this through support. First, I got no proper help. Then, I had to make an expensive international phone call from the Netherlands to the US, which cost me €60 in phone bills. The agent promised to call me back on Monday, but completely ghosted me. Conflicting Chat Support: Today, I

Hi, I know that this has been discussed in other posts, but there doesn't seem to be a definitive answer for this. In the attached I'd like to align the white stroke to the inside, but as you can see in the appearance panel that option is not available. How can this be remedied? Thanks!

Greetings, I have pro plan for Adobe Acrobat Pro on my company account (this profile). Yesterday I have switched computers and now I have to install my Adobe apps on my new company computer.I am trying to download the Pro version for editing, however, all the link are directing me to Adobe Creative Cloud and it does not have Acrobat Pro. It only has the Reader version. I have checked my plan several times even though I am pretty sure my plan is not expired - and there is no problem with it. Attaching 3 screenshots below:1- Account details and apps which are included in my program. (see Acrobat Pro is listed.)   2 - Download screen on the web, all links direct me to use Creative Cloud App. 3- Creative Cloud App. The Acrobat Pro is not showing up. The only app is the Reader version. I believe I have been specific enough with my issue, however, if requested more information can be provided. I am expecting your help since our IT department could not develop an

Premiere pro shows log footage with a REC709 conversion, and clips I have already graded on DV appear darker than what they really are. This didn’t happen with previous versions of the program. How can I revert this? I have searched before for answers on the internet, but it didn’t solve the issue.

Hi, im trying to duplicate a composition in after effects and make it independent from the original but it seems to be imposible.. im working on CS5. Can somebody help me PLEASE??Thanks

Hello,I need to purchase an emergency editing PC for Premiere Pro and am trying to find the best pre-built system in my budget (in Canada)I use a lot of mogrts and will be shooting on a variety of devices.  Gopro, phones, osmo etc... budget is about $2500 to $3000 - can add my own extra RAM if that is an option. Many thanks!!! It's an EMERGENCY!

As of today, I am unable to delete some editable text and/or images in familiar pdf files. I can put a bounding box around the item that want to delete and I can resize it, copy it, paste it and I can even move it off the page, but the delete button has no effect. This seems to only affect some of the editable items or images on the page and not others. I have been following through on some suggested fixes on Copilot but nothing has resolved it so far. I am guessing an update has caused some issues as this is not the only thing that I have encountered with Pro today. Other settings have changed, which I have had to reset. Would be good to get some prompt attention from Adobe on this. Using V.2026.001.21789

what computers have adobe acrobat pro installed onHow do I find out what computers have adobe acrobat pro installed on [Title edited by Adobe moderator]

Hello,I'm encountering a problem it seems several others have faced, but the solutions that were recommended don't seem to help me. I had imported a wav file into Audition to edit. Once my edits were complete, I exported the mix down file and then imported it into my Premiere video project. The audio sounds very "tinny" and there's a high-pitched ringing. Figured it was my export settings. Tried again, same result. After several failed attempts, I tried opening the file in After Effects, the audio sounds as it did in Audition with my edits. Same thing when I play the audio using iTunes. So then I tried clicking on the audio file in Premiere and selected "Replace with Audition Comp" and low and behold the ringing and tinniness are gone. But as soon as I go back to Premiere, it sounds like garbage again. My co-worker tried importing the same audio file into their Premiere project, no issue, it sounds as it should. I've been looking through the forums and found that the issue most people

im getting a bit desperate, i dont know what to do..Since this morning, any version of Photoshop i try keeps getting laggier and laggier. It started with the scrubby zoom, then the brush, the ruler etc.Despite that, my pc is running well ( 32Go RAM, 8Go VRAM ). I tried to follow many guides and tried this so far: resetting the preferences; changing the options in the performance tab (including enabling and disabling gpu mode); closing other apps; cleaning my pc from eventual craps ( there’s 150Go of free data on my driver right now); reinstalling the Photoshop; using other Photoshop versions; reinstalling my gpu drivers; The lags keep getting worse and worse (linked a video to show the lag) . I have no ideas what to do to fix this problems, it’s especially problematic since i use Photoshop daily.  Thank you in advance :)

I am wondering does ADOBE place the Transaction ID on the Documents being signed and if so HOW?? As I see the Transaction Log, but the physical documents DO NOT?

Hello,In this example I would like to delete all the blank lines between the lines of text, or after the last line of text. How to do it ?

Hi, So I already saw someone else ask a similar question however the Adobe people who replied were not at all helpful on that post so I am going to ask myself and make it super clear so that there is no confusion. So here is my problem: I've never had this issue before. I am using the most updated version of Photoshop. I am trying to create a singular line using the line tool. Whenever I use the line tool, it turns it into a very thin rectangle. It is deceiving at first because it looks like one line, however, it provides 6 points overlapping each other, which indicates that it is a rectangle (cause it is) I reset the tool already but it still does this.  I want to specifically use a dashed line, however because the line tool creates a rectangle, the dashed line looks funny because it is essentially two lines overlapping each other.  I have seen moderators say that the tool has always been like this, which I absolutely beg to differ and I am sure other art

After purchasing the annual plan from Amazon, they send you an email with an activation link. The link takes you to a page where you either link your existing adobe id OR can click a link to create a new adobe account. when i enter my adobe id, the link button on Amazon remains gray/ unclickable. when I click on create new account the redemption URL is unreachable on Adobes side. The url is http://redeem.licenses.adobe.com/ddd/?redirectUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.amazon.com%2Fdsv%2Factivation%2FcreateNewAccountCallback%3FrequestId%Xxxxxxxxxxxx%26licenseId%3Dyyyyyyy I have replaced identifable information about me here with xxxx and yyyy  I think the activation flow for adobe on Amazon is severely broken. How do I reach support? There's no chat or email option except for posting to this forum.
