I am following the Learnit Training Photoshop Full Course Tutorial on YouTube. At about 1:43 in, the instructor deletes a smart object rectangle on the base layer, drawn with the Rectangle Tool (keyboard shortcut U), by appearing to do no more than selecting it with the Move Tool (keyboard shortcut V) and hitting Delete. After he does that, I can see his base layer returns to just being a transparent layer (the layer created when creating a new document). I am using Photoshop on Mac and cannot delete my rectangle. I ended up deleting the document and starting over. .That video is now about 3 years old. Has the app changed? What am I missing? In future, should I lock my base layer and keep it transparent and draw everything in new layers on top so I can just delete the layer to get rid of the object? Thank you.

Hi Adobe Community,I'm experiencing issues with integrating Google Analytics (GA4) with my Adobe Portfolio site. Here's a breakdown of the problem:I connected my Measurement ID in Settings > Analytics > Your Google Analytics Tracking Code and applied the changes by pressing Done. However, after more than 48 hours, I'm still seeing the following error in my Google Analytics account:"Data collection isn't active for your website. If you installed tags more than 48 hours ago, make sure that they are set up correctly."I attempted to install the Google tag manually by copying the code provided by Google (under Admin > Data Streams > Web > View Tag Instructions) and pasting it into Settings > Custom Meta Tags. Unfortunately, I received an error message:"There may be invalid meta tags. Please check and try again."I also tried pasting the code into the Footer Text section, but this did not resolve the issue.I attempted to edit the HTML source directly on the Adobe Portfolio p

I have three checkboxes - CB1, CB2 and CB3.  If both CB1 and CB2 are checked, I would like CB3 to be checked.  CB3 would remain unchecked if either CB1 or CB2 were unchecked, or if both CB1 and CB2 were unchecked.  Thanks.

Cannot Pan/Scroll with Wacom pen in Open/Save/Place type file dialogue windows in mmany if not all of Adobe apps (where every other non-Adobe app I know of does, Apple and other 3rd parties), obviously this pertains to when you've mapped a Wacom pen button to pan/scroll to use in that manner (Wacom settings screen attached). What should happen is being able to interact similar to touch omnidirectional swiping which includes vertical mouse-like scrolling when pressing the button and making contact with the pen, as would be expected and Wacom designed it to do.What instead happens: Adobe apps interpret this as a Quick Look request on click of whatever file is targeted by cursor at the time. This defers from every system norm elsewhere on macOS, 1st and 3rd party. Never witnessed this in a non-Adobe app. Adobe apps are essentially ignoring the pan/scroll input from Wacom pens, but strangely only in those types of windows, which are standard and common macOS type views otherwise and no

Hi - first time posting I have created a banner and incorporated a stock vector for our 50th year.  We are a small member association company with just 1 full time and a number of part time staff.  We'd like to get some pin badges to give away for our 50th year.  It would be no more than 1000 but most likely 500.  These would be to give away at an event. Will I need an extended license for this because I'd like to have our logo and the 50 (stock vector) underneath.

If someone has a link to a basic explanation of proper workflow for fonts in PS CC, can you please share? I never had issues with the standalone PS, but the CC version is mystifying to me. I'm on a mac, using the latest everything I think. The regular "Your Fonts" works fine as it always has, but the use of "More Fonts" baffles me. I create a PS doc, I choose a font from More Fonts, write something, it's great. I save it.I open PS again a day later, the doc looks great, all the fonts are the same. BUT if I try to edit those text layers, the fonts are "Missing" so I can't modify anything. Clearly, the fonts are there, because the text looks exactly correct and PS identifies them correctly. I don't want to replace them with Myriad Pro (the only option in the dialog box). I can create a new text layer, choose the More Fonts font again and write it again no problem. More Fonts seems to work fine so long as I dont quit PS, but if I do, those type layers become uneditable beca

Dear Adobe Support Team, I am reaching out to kindly request a refund for the recent automatic charge of $186,000 COP applied to my account. This payment was processed for a plan that I have not used for several months and had forgotten to cancel. What makes this situation even more concerning is that I did not have sufficient funds in my virtual card. Instead, the charge was taken directly from the available balance in my bank account. This was unexpected and has created a financial hardship for me. I fully understand that the service renews automatically; however, considering that: I have not used the product in recent months, meaning there was no real consumption of the service. The amount charged is significant for my current financial situation. This charge went beyond my intended payment method, as there were no funds on the card I had registered.  For these reasons, I respectfully ask that you review my case and issue a refund. I value Ado

Very certain it used to be clickable option specifically for guides and now it's gone. Why remove this useful feature when "snapping in monitor" won't do that natively? Not being able to fine tune that option is incredibly annoying.

I download my GoPro video to this software and the video plays but I have no sound. I do see audio bars in timeline and levels move in mixer. All volume is on. I just started using this software. Please guide me. Thank you!

I'm a photographer and longtime Adobe user, but I’ve become increasingly frustrated with the monthly limit of just 250 credits regardless of actual usage is far too restrictive for the price we pay. What’s more frustrating is that there’s no option to purchase additional credits; the only path is to upgrade to a higher-tier plan, which feels unnecessary and inflexible. I’d love to hear what alternatives others are exploring

Hi!  To anyone that sees this message, I have no idea how to "roll" my end credits in Premiere Pro 2025.I read from a different user that the 'Essential Graphics' tab now falls under 'Properties' but I don't see the "roll" button anywhere to tick off for my end credits... Does anyone have any clue where the "roll" button has gone? I also don't use a Mac (I use Windows), so I'm not sure if the layout of things on Premiere Pro 2025 is different. (Based on a number of short YouTube videos to do with finding the 'Essential Graphics' tab which would've supposedly have the "roll" button found instantly. I'm currently running on a tight deadline, so I really hope someone finds this post ASAP! Thanks in advance!

Merhaba. Eğer bu hatanın kaynağını ve nasıl çözülebileceğini bilen varsa lütfen bana yardımcı olsun.

I am getting an error which I haven't had before unless the frame rates are off and it isnt this. I an getting the dredded camera skip/bump and not sure why as my source is fine and filmed at 24 fps. You can see that the camera bumps and im not sure why  - i have deleted cache, updated version, using gpu, set mic to no input and other stuff but the camera is skipping for an unknown reason.  Even when i send to the media encoder it just exports and is a choppy mess! I just cannot find a solution unfortunately and no idea what to do. Any help please?

How to add a tittle of several lines with the effect Fade In by line  ?

Gracias anticipadas.  Datos de mi sistema en Windows 11:
