Solved

Hi, I just downloaded the latest version (25.4) and it won't open! It opens a warning window telling me it's damaged and can't be opened and that I should move it to the Trash. It shows an additional text saying that the file was downloaded in an unknown date. Anyone else got the same problem with this version? Thanks Specs.: Mac Studio (Apple M1 Max - 64 MB - macOS Sequioa 15.5)

When I right click on the clip, Edit clip in Adobe Audition is in gray (it works for photoshop). I've searched  for this problem but no suggestion works for me. Even using unistall both-->reboot--> reinstall Audition then Premiere Pro then reboot again. Both are 2020 version. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hi all, I'm having some odd behaviour in Illustrator: typing new text into an existing (formatted) text box ignores the existing formatting. In the screencap above the text box was formatted to Museo Sans 500. Typing the word "Route" and the letter "P" changed the formatting to Museo Sans 100 for those characters. This has happened over multiple machines (a work Mac, and my personal Windows 11 laptop). It has also happened that the font itself has been changed when typing new characters, i.e. it wouldn't just be a different weight of the existing font but an entirely different font (one used elsewhere in the document) when typing new text into an existing text box. The default font for the above screencap was Myriad Pro Regular, so it's not just that it's using the default font for new text. There are no Paragraph or Character Styles present or active when this happens. Does anyone know why this might be happening? Thanks in advance,Jo

Hi I cannot add any titles to the video I am editing on my phone in Rush. When I click to add the title it spins like it will add but doesnt actually show up. I've tried signing out and back in and also deleted the app and redownloaded. How can I fix this I need to edit this video for work. I also am connected to the internet.

This flashing thing happens occasionally (video attached). I can quit and restart and it usually fixes the problem, but it keeps coming back... Using up to date Mac OS system software with the most up to date version of Illustrator. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I am writing to report an issue with activating my license for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 (PC) – 2 Devices – Adobe Key – GLOBAL. I’ve followed all standard procedures, but the software fails to recognize or validate the key.Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I would appreciate any guidance or troubleshooting steps you can provide.Thank you in advance for your support.Best regards, Mihai

Need help removing these lines around the text.  I paid a resume writer a few years ago and now I want add some content, but these lines showed up and I can't figure out how to remove them.

I only get garbage graphics and videos with firefly. I can't believe we are paying for this when other AI projects are much better and powerful.

My annual plan with monthly renewal started on August 16, 2024 and ends on August 16, 2025.I know the promotional price would end and that's why I went to cancel my Adobe plan on August 12, 2025. By cancelling the plan, the site made the offer to renew for €38.89. I accepted but the site gave an error. The message "the operation could not be performed. Try again." I kept trying and advanced until I activated the mbway app to authorise the payment of €38.89. Then an error message appeared and nothing changed in my Adobe account information. No money was charged on my bank account. On August 13th I went to try again but the information that appears in my Adobe account is wrong. It appears as renewed until August 16, 2026 for €80.61 and no longer let me cancel free of charge. This is an error from the Adobe website, I didn't renew it. If I had renewed the new payment date of my account, it would be August 12. I'm still within the deadline to be able to cancel at no cos

I'm an active creative cloud subscriber. I used Acrobat on iOS and PC. My doc is in Adobe Cloud. How can I sync the last read page between them? Thank you.

I'd like to know if its possible to achieve the line on the right hand side without expanding the path or masking like shown. So i'd like to keep the line a live path, but keep the top and bottom flat like shown.

I changed the credit card, but the account is locked.

Need your help.  How can I stitch more than 2 photos to create a video,  thanks for the help

I'm not making this a bug . . .  yet. Is this how PS always worked? I have not used Photoshop (now at 26.8.1) in a long time, so maybe my memory is simply flawed. On any file, select Image > Canvas Size. It starts with values in the width and height fields. The "Relative" option should be off (at least, it is on my Mac). Finally, enable "Relative".PROBLEM: The Width and Height fields change to zero.At least I THINK that is a problem. What I mean by that is I could swear by my left lung that the numbers did not become zero. All that option would do is keep the size ratio the same by making the adjustment of one field automatically adjust the other field.

Hello everyone, I'm an Adobe employee and had two accounts suspended in July 2025, both created in 2023, likely due to similar uploads, as Adobe doesn't provide the exact reason. That day, I opened a ticket explaining the situation. In 2023, I received an email from support confirming a concern that it was possible to have more than one account (this was before the current multiple-account policy). I've seen on forums and other websites that the Adobe Stock team's response time can be quite long, sometimes months, or no response at all. I noticed that, for an old account I deleted, the entire process took between 20 and 27 days to delete, with no option to restore it. After that, it would even be possible to use the same email address to create a new account—although I didn't do that. So, my question:If I delete these suspended accounts and re-upload all my assets to a single master account, would there be any risk of problems, considering I'll be centralizing files that

Is there any different meaning to Raster & Pixel word? in my view both has same meaning. But Pixel is a technical name & Raste is a general name.

Is there any way to make an existing image look like pewter? I've seen AI generated images with a beautiful, bas-relief pewter look, but I need a way to make an existing drawing or photo look like a pewter medallion. Is the any filter or effect that can do that?

Is there a maximum file, not document, size for an InDesign file?

So I ran out of disk space while exporting a puppet and it caused Character animator to crash. Now it geve this error and won't reopen. I spent three days on it. Is there anyway to recover it? Are there any previous versions that I can recover?

How do I remove this message that appears all the time?

I created a PSD for real estate photos & marketing that I reuse over and over again. Just recently started having an issue upon opening. The 'Adjustment' panel at the top right does not populate, then after a few seconds the PSD shuts down & crashes. It keeps doing this over & over when trying to open. However, when I open again, same response, the 'Adjustment' panel is not populating, but if I put my mouse pointer over 'Adjustment' & click once it will populate after a few seconds & I'm able to use the PSD. I do real estate photography & built my photo editing pc. Everything is up to date, Windows 11, Lr & Ps, etc...The pc operates great no other issues just with Ps. I've created a PSD for real estate that happens to be a bit large, 775MB's. The PSD has many grouped items that overlay on top of other layers for advertising's, banners, headers, post cards, mailings, RE symbols, informational windows, etc... The bottom group is labeled 'Im

I captured some dialogue audio for a voice-over on a product video, and after editing out the white noise and background sounds in Audition, my audio clips sound pretty good. No buzz, no echo, no static. Just good clean and clear audio of the lady reading the script. However, when putting it into the video in Premiere Pro CC 2017, I realized that she was speaking much too slow to fit the time requirements for the video, so I needed to increase the audio file speed by almost 10% to get it all to fit inside the time constraints and match the visuals. Under Speed/Duration for each audio clip, I selected "Maintain Audio Pitch" so I don't get the "chipmunk" sounding voice, but I noticed that there is now a serious "tunnel effect" to the audio. I tried to clean it up using the Essential Sound panel in Premiere, and after testing different options, chose the Dialogue option with Background Voice equalizer settings, the Background Walla Walla preset, Enhanced Speech Male and a Warm Voice reverb
