Solved

I have a bit of a dilemma. My old Windows 10 PC got zapped by lightning a couple of months ago. LRC Version 13.4.  Everything was backed up. Now I have a new Windows 11 PC. Downloaded LRC 14-4. Opened my 13.4 catalog and my presets are gone. When I look for preferences on my new Windows 11 PC, I see the following:C:\Users\...\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\PreferencesLightroom Classic CC 7 Preferences.agprefsLightroom Classic CC 7 Startup Preferences.agprefs C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\Adobe\Lightroom\Preferencespreferences.wfprefs On my Windows 10 backup, I only see the following:C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\Adobe\Lightroom\Preferencespreferences.wfprefs I copied the "preferences.wfprefs" file from my Win 10 backup to the same location on Windows 11and restarted LRC. None of my preferences show up.Any suggestions? Thanks!RC

Hello everyone, I have a question about Adobe Fonts. How can I integrate Adobe Fonts into a website so that they are hosted locally? Usually, I upload the fonts (e.g., Google Fonts) to my server, and they are then loaded from there rather than via Google itself, due to GDPR.I can integrate Adobe fonts into my website via API, but they are only loaded if I give my consent in my cookie consent banner. This means that if I do not give my consent, the font is not loaded and a fallback font appears. Is there a solution to this problem? Or am I going about this the wrong way? Thanks in advance.

I updated photoshop and my actions just suddenly disappeared. They can't be found. Anyone had this happen? How did you fix it?

Hello,I'm writing because I updated Illustrator today, 8/4/25, and now Illustrator will not export my files as PNG's.  It was working just fine in that area before this update, and now it will not export any file as a PNG.  I've reset my laptop at least 3 times, and re-started the program multiple times, and the error still occurs. Attached is a screenshot of what I see when I try to export the files. Has anyone else run into this issue?

Hi everyone,I’m facing an issue in Adobe RoboHelp while working with the HTML5 output preset.I’ve added a logo to my output, and it appears fine on the home page, but when I open any topic page separately in browser, the logo looks different.  I imported that specific topic from the other project that has its own logo. Did any one face this same issue? Thoughts please

When typing in the searchbar Lightroom does not show images tagged with the word.  I can get the images using the filter function, but that shows all keyords in a dropdown - without a searchfield. So my suggestions are: add Keywords to the main search and b) add a searchfield to the dropdown. Thanks a lot!

I have no clue why my multiply layer on After Effects is not exporting. Its not a guide layer, it shows up in preview but not after export. I've tried exporting as RPG + Alpha/ Straight but with no luck. I've seen on another post that exporting with blend effects is simply not possible on After Effects. Is it true? Do i need to export to Premier Pro?ThanksHere is the project panel in question:

Regarding the size of the selection box in Neural filter.  With typical business headshots, the selection area ends just below their chin. Is it possible to enlarge this selection area.  Women with long hair get the results cut off.  Thanks so very much as always.

Recently Acrobat DC has started asking about saving changes before closing upon opening every single PDF document.  No changes have been made ever, yet it still asks and forces me to answer to get out of the document.I have read other articles that mentioned possibly corrupt PDF documents, but I don't think that is relevant as it happens on every document.  I have even created new PDFs from blank Word documents.  This also happens with others in my organization.Any ideas on how to get rid of this very annoying, unnecessary, and time-wasting prompt?

When I search in Adobe stock, when the country code after com changes, the search results change accordingly. For examplehttps://stock.adobe.com/tr/search?k=Yildiz+Palace When there is only one outcome, https://stock.adobe.com/uk/search?k=Yildiz+Palace and you get three pages of results.

In the screenshot image, you can confirm that blur and scale are being used.Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I Loved Premiere Pro CS6 but its time to go CC.  With LinkedIn Learning being the only tutorials available, what CC Version should I jump in at?  Talking Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Seems like there' any really well thought out training out there. Almost impossible to figure out which version instructors are using.  Learning  all this really does require following along = gotta use same APP version as instructor.  They talk about this issue -- so far what they say hasn't worked for me.   My screen should look like instructors when they do something important.  Effective Training is scarce.  Maybe somebody knows of some somewehere.  Thx Dave

I can't see photos anymore that i allready imported in Lightroom

I have been using the ('\') key to switch between "Original" image and Edited version. I have noticed that when making changes that involve "Cropping" that the "Original" image, being shown as the "before" also has the same cropping applied to it. This does not make it the "Original" image anymore, so I can't compare the full original against the edited image correctly. Is it supposed to work this way? I wouldn't have thought so, "Original" is original, not a cropped version of the original.I'm on the latest version of LrC (14.4) running on Windows 10
