I would like to cancel my stock membership. Auto renewal is 26/02/2018 today is the 25/02/2018. I do not want this to rollover!!! When I tried to cancel a few days ago the option to cancel was simply not available as it was not visible. Today it became visible however want to charge me a $230 cancellation fee!!! This is not right. I was told about 9 months ago by a rep on the phone that I needed to wait until the annual renewal date to cancel without any fee. And now when I do that, it want to charge $230. This needs to be resolved. We want to cancel!!!!we have done everything right.

How can I create a action or a key which can zoom out the document to a specific percentage (say 20%) whenever I press them?

I have a server running 7 instances of CF (6 sites plus root instance).  If I run a NetStat, I generally see about 1800 ports as "ESTABLISHED"  (see below for a sample).  Why so many ports connected to itself? Ultimately what happens is the server just kind of dies because it can't establish any more sockets.  I don't think it's "port exhaustion" because I see the total number of connections staying around that 1800 mark, and there aren't piles of TIME_WAIT entries. What I THINK is happening, is, as this issue is cycling through ports, it gets to a 65535 ceiling and is not looping back to lower ports, thus killing connectivity. Any thoughts on what's going on here? TCP 127.0.0.1:49890 site01-wf:49891 ESTABLISHEDTCP 127.0.0.1:49891 site01-wf:49890 ESTABLISHEDTCP 127.0.0.1:49892 site01-wf:49893 ESTABLISHEDTCP 127.0.0.1:49893 site01-wf:49892 ESTABLISHEDTCP 127.0.0.1:49894 site01-wf:49895 ESTABLISHEDTCP 127.0.0.1:49895 site01-wf:49894 ESTABLISHEDTCP

Greetings! I have an old RH project in the form of a *.xpj file. I tried opening it in RH 2022.5.28, but RH keeps generating an error. I think there is a way to backward save my *.chm file. Is that correct? Thanks!Cindy

I am working on a piece where I  talk for 2.41 seconds. Every thing was fine when I worked on recording yesterday. Today I cannot get the program to record anything. I mean it just stopped. The little red record button doesn't work. It doesn't even 'act' like its being selected. The other buttons seem to work, play, stop rewind, etc. I am working on a multi-track format and have seven tracks to record.

My University is blocking access to the CC Libraries so they won't sync when I am on campus. Until they decide to resolve this I need my libraries. I exported them from my off campus PC(which has access to the files) Tried importing my content to my University PC and all of the content did not not transfer. Looks like there may be some Illustrator files which show up as missing . Any ideas? Any words of wisdom to our IT department about fixing the issue so they just sync as designed?

Title. Anytime I add footage from Iphone to Adobe Premiere it becomes overexposed, or just looks different. This was not an issue 3-5 years ago, what changed?Yes I tried Tone Mapping. Didn't work.Yeah I can work around it with color management, but this wasn't an issue a few years ago so this feels like a hug bug that I shouldn't have to constantly color manage to get around.This isn't an issue with After Effects but AE is MUCH slower to work with when it comes to just editing footage, so again my work flow is slowed down significantly, meaning a software package that I used to rely on is now slow and frustrating to use.Again, this is making the PR and AE softwares unusable. I want to work in PR but I'll have to lose time color managing footage for no reason. I want to work in AE to avoid the overexposure issue but then AE takes forever to preview videos and it's slow too. This was NOT an issue 3-5 years ago, is there any effort to fix this?Very frustrated. Been frustrated for years. B

Pls help

Simpler to implement this way?Multiple paragraph styles are created by passing a parameter that determines the style of the paragraph.//GetParStyle creatParStyle(paraStn, contiParaStn, bodyParaStn, headerParaStn, capLStn, capCStn, capCSDhtn); //creatParMode function creatParStyle(pn) { if (!app.documents[0].paragraphStyles.item(pn).isValid); app.documents[0].paragraphStyles.add({ name: pn });

Hi, this is my first time posting here and overall I have been very happy with Lightroom. I use the Classic version (standalone) on my Mac Studio. For several years and generations of various Mac HW, this has worked very very well. Today, it seems like I am unable to "import" as the import never finishes. I updated the App to 14.4 today (latest) and still have this issue:    HW and SW configuration:  Mac Studio M1 Ultra with 64GB DDR OS: Sonoma 14.6.1 Location of Catalog: on Macintosh HD - local SSD for Mac Location of Photos: External SSD connected using TB4 XML file for metadata: enabled at import   Problem The photos cannot be imported "in location" on the external SSD. This is working fine for tens of thousands of photos already in the catalog (they're all on the external SSD). The import process starts but never finishes. The folder has ~700 photos, but none are imported into the catalog.  Changing the option to write the XML files at import has no effect

I was originally involved in a discussion about a poster with ID 2025 being too slow, and now it pops up every day.I seem to have clicked on Unfolow, but it doesn't seem to work.

My PC crashed so I could not deactivate CS5.5 Master Collection. Adobe software is requesting that I deactivate the other activated copy. I am having trouble contacting Adobe. Adobe Virtual Assistant isn't helpful. Can someone help me? Thank you,Tulane91

I'm using a template file provided by my manufacturer for a card game box. To build out the artwork, I copied and pasted a large number of graphics from another Illustrator file (these were pre-designed assets from a different box that I’m repurposing).Initially, everything worked as expected—I could open the file and see all the layers. But now, when I open the document, many of the layers just show <image> instead of the actual artwork.When I open the file, I receive this warning:"Illustrator now honors 9-slice scaling of symbols. Any scaling done on symbol instances with 9-slice scaling option in legacy version will look different now. Do you want to retain the 9-slice scaling option for symbols?"And when I exit/save, I get:"Saving to legacy format may cause some changes to your text layout and disable some editing features when the document is read back in. Do you want to continue?"I've seen these warnings many times before (probably over 1000 times) while working with the sa

I am trying to build an elipse to be precise to given location in my object. Being Very old school, I could do it witha compass, triangles, and a T-square. Is it possible to create an arc where the center of the arc is on one point (intersection) and draw the arc between to other points? I don't see a compass tool or I would use it. Thanks.

Dear Adobe Team,I’d like to report an issue with the Dynamic Link functionality between Premiere Pro and After Effects.When I attempt to use the "Replace with After Effects Composition" feature on a clip that has a built-in Premiere Pro effect applied — specifically the Crop effect — the import fails and I receive the following error message:“Importer reported a generic error.”This is quite frustrating, especially considering that both Premiere Pro and After Effects are Adobe products and are expected to work seamlessly together. A built-in effect like Crop should not break the Dynamic Link functionality.Ideally, if an effect is not fully supported in the Dynamic Link process, the system should still allow the clip to be transferred to After Effects — even if the effect is temporarily ignored — rather than causing a complete failure.I hope this issue can be addressed in a future update. Thank you for your attention and continued development of these powerful tools.

Hey, I contacted Adobe via chat support regarding the double charges in one month. They told me that they will reach me in 2-3 business days. Today i received an email from "customercare-chatsupport@adobe.com" I just wanted to confirm whether this is the actual email address of Adobe customer support or not.

Never had any problems with my photoshop application, however, recently I haven't even been able to open the programme. It comes up with an error box saying "could not initialize photoshop because an unexpected end-of-file error was encountered". After looking on the forums and online for a solution, I am stumped. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the programme but it still won't open. How do I fix this   Thanks

So yeah i dont know how to even type this in a coherent manner,   I bought a year adobe membership from this third party website, all of a sudden all these profiles started popping up, with only one having the actual license on the profile, the others just exist for some reason. I dont know how to delete them, and on some actually have portfolio work.    I want to consolidate all profiles into my main original one ( that didnt even get the license on it btw, another profile had it activated) so all my work is again in one singular profile. And i want to take these admin / org rights away from them or whatever and give all power back to myself because this is becoming extremely annoying. When selecting different profiles, the organization also changes to that org, I have no idea  going on and it pisses me off.
