Solved

Hi, We have received an undeliverable notification via email to an email address that has been sent to in the past.  The email address exists and is correct.  What do you suggest?

I'm looking for a way to remove a single change bar from the document using a script. I can do this manually, using Esc c h - Format>Style>Change Bar. Usually, I have to do this twice - partly b/c I'm not sure what text set the change bar initially, so I select beyond the text with the change bar, run the command (which sets the text as change bar text), and then run the command again (which removes the new and the original change bars.) Per the documentation:Fcodes ([FCodes.TXT_CHANGEBAR]);should work, but it doesn't seem to. I thought I would have to run it twice, but it doesn't even create the change bar if I run it once.Fcodes ([FCodes.TXT_BOLD]); does work so the syntax is correct. Am I doing something wrong, or is there a better way to do this? I haven't tried yet, but I might be able to ADD a change bar via script by turning on automatic change bars, adding a space, removing the added space, and turning automatic change bars back off. The bigg

I’m looking for a way, if there is one, to set inch-fraction dimensions to display a hyphen between the inches and fraction in the Dimension Tool. The default is a space, which is less legible than a hyphen.Ex: 1-3/8 in vs. 1 3/8 in

I use Photoshop Elements 13 as my primary photo editing software for personal use.  I purchased a hard copy several years ago, and have been using it successfully as it is capable of all I need.  An "upgrade" to a newer version is not an option at this time.  I have had Elements 13 installed on two computers, and I need it functioning on both.Unfortunately, one of  these computers had a hardware failure.  After replacing the damaged hardware, the computer is now recognized as a new machine by Adobe, and Adobe is blocking me from using Elements 13 on that computer, indicating that "The serial number is already in use by the maximum allowed computers. You must deactivate another computer or provide another valid serial number to use this product again on this computer."As I cannot get past this popup and start the program, I cannot deactivate from within the program on this computer.  When I attempt to deactivate from my Adobe account online, it shows "You h

Hey! So I'm experiencing the same issue as several others have been reporting, and from my viewpoint there seems to have been no real fix to this.  When exporting my project crashes, doesn't help to use media encoder, nor clearing cash or any of the suggested solutions. This has now affected all my projects and I'm unable to export anything.  I've tried different projects that previously worked, re-importing, re-installing, etc.. This does seem to be a problem tied to the H.264 codec. I'm using a M1 Macbook Pro (12 gb ram)Somona 14.7.4

The link to MS Paint is no longer working. When I try to re-add it, I get the following error. I cannot find a way to edit objects in Adobe using MS Paint. Help.

Hello,I'm fairly new to InDesign and would appreciate some assistance. I've been attempting to write a script for the past few days.Let's say I have 5 unsaved documents open. What I'd like to achieve is to select a certain number of documents (for example, 2 documents, which may have varying numbers of pages but are of the same size), and merge them into one document. This merged document can either replace one of the original two or be created as a new document. (Additional information: the document size is landscape 297 x 210 mm with 5 mm margins and no facing pages). However, the documents that were merged would need to be closed without being saved. If my expectations are too high, I apologize.Thank you for your assistance!

Default Premiere Motion Graphic Templates with a "." at the end of the name (e.g. in the German Version "Web-Beschriftung, einf.") create a folder within in the project's "Motion Graphics Template Media"-folder, that can't be deleted or even opened by Windows. (error: can't delete, file not found)Renaming the template within premiere (deleting the "." at the end) fixes that insofar, as those "illegal" folders are not created anymore. But the previously created folders will probably remain on your harddrive until you re-format it. If I had to guess, I'd say that the "." at the end suggests to windows that it's a file with an extension - which it isn't, so windows can't handle it. Renaming the folder in windows is also not possible.(Version 25.2.3 (Build 4), Windows 10

I am trying to get a shape layer to orient along the path but i need to use expressions (i need it for a setting in stardust) .I can get it working if the path rotates in only 1 direction using these expressions on either the x, y or z rotation)delayT = framesToTime(effect("Orientation Delay")("Slider")); // seconds // Pilfered from dan Ebberts - https://www.motionscript.com/design-guide/auto-orient-y-only.html p1 = thisComp.layer("Spin Controls") .toWorld(thisComp.layer("Emitter Light").transform.position, time); p2 = thisComp.layer("Spin Controls") .toWorld(thisComp.layer("Emitter Light").transform.position, time + delayT); delta = p2 - p1; // comment out the orientation required xOrient = radiansToDegrees(Math.atan2(delta[2],delta[1])) + value; // yOrient = radiansToDegrees(Math.atan2(delta[0],delta[2])) + value; // zOrient = radiansToDegrees(Math.atan2(delta[1],delta[0])) + value;  However once i want to add say rotations i

Hi, All the Adobe Stock free templates do not allow media replacement on my system.Replace from explorer,  Reveal in Project and Open in timeline are all greyed out. Im running latest versions of PP and AE. Any ideas what Im doing wrong? Thanks.

I have a CC subscription, today I wanted some new brushes, clicked on the "get more brushes" link in Photoshop, that landed me to a page where I was required to sign in. I signed in, but then the page kept refreshing asking me to sign in even though I'm already signed in and my payments are on time. Can't seem to get past this page. How do I get to the brushes?

I ask for a refund for the subscription because the program does not work.

Hi, I'm trying to find a way of searching through multiple transcripts in different sequences at the same time? Ive got around 80 hours of interviews in 40 different sequences, and pulling my hair out trying to figure a way of searching through all transcripts at once, rather than one at a time - which I'm currently doing. Any thoughts greatly appreciated. 🙂

Hey everyone. This seems to be a monumentally PIA that has been asked a bunch over the years, but I can't seem to get a straight answer. How do I add a clickTag to a single button in Adobe Animate? This button/layer is a graphic from an imported Adobe Illustrator stage.I've seen the option to go in and edit the HTML manually after the fact but that seems to wrap the entire creative in a clickTag. I just want the button to accurately have a clickTag on it.

Why am i still being charged?

I have an iPad Air running iOS 18 that I use as my primary computer and I have enrolled for a 1 year subscription to Acrobat Pro.  However, now that I am using the program, I realize that the functionality of Adobe for iPad is not at all the same as for the computer.  Primarily, I constantly get the message "This file is requires Acrobat DC for Mac or Windows" when I try to open files for editing.  Also, frequently when I do open a file in Adobe on my iPad, the file is locked, even though I can edit it when I open on a different device.  Is there a work around so that I can still accomplish what I need to on my device?  If not, can I get a refund for the rest of my subscription since the program I purchased isn't functioning fully on my device?  Thanks for your help.

I'm trying to open a PSD and get this message in Photoshop: Could not complete your request because the file was not found. The person who is sending it to me is using mac and latest version of PS, same as me. He have sent it to others and it works. Any idea?

I got one exact similar image (a violet headphone with pink background) accept while the remaining ,attached blow, are rejected based on quality issues, Need experts opinion on what is the main issue and what things should i keep in mind before submitting Ai generated images?

Hello everyone, I’d like to ask if anyone knows whether Photoshop has a feature similar to Azimuth in Procreate. I create brushes that simulate calligraphy pens, and pen rotation is a very important factor — both the rotation of the stylus and of the brush — to achieve the most natural result possible. As far as I’ve researched, brush rotation in Photoshop seems only possible if you’re using a Wacom tablet that’s compatible with the Wacom Art Pen. I had to buy both a Wacom Intuos and then the separate Art Pen for it to work properly. That solution, however, is not very accessible — since it requires very specific hardware, and the Art Pen alone costs over $100 and is often out of stock on Wacom’s website. On the other hand, Procreate users on iPad already benefit from stylus rotation: Apple recently introduced the Apple Pencil Pro, which includes a rotation sensor, but even before that, since around 2018 with the first-generation Apple Pencil, Procreate already offe
