Hello @Mathias Moehl  The below script takes a selected sequence and moves it to a second project within the same Production.Works fine, but when I save the second project and re-open it, all the assets in the timeline of the moved sequence have been copied over to the 2nd project in a new bin called 'Recovered Clips'I'm trying to avoid redundant copies of my graphics/video files, etc. Is there any way to do this and still leverage the capacity of Productions to keep the assets in the original project, and just have the sequence in the second project?

I'm having an issue with Adobe Audition/Focusrite solo, that I'm hoping someone might a have solution for. I have a VO setup where I'm using a Focusrite solo interface, Audition as my DAW, and a Roswell K87 condenser mic. When I monitor or record to Audition, the input signal is automatically being clipped/limited at -3db regardless of how high I run the gain up on the solo. 0db +1db, etc. This happens with any mic I use. I also notice If I disconnect the solo, and the computer’s internal mic is on, the signal can run higher than 0db without being clipped, so I'm thinking it may be a setting/issue in Audition, but I can't figure it out. Has anyone else ever encountered this?

Hi there, I'm kinda new to premiere pro, but while I was editing, I noticed that motion/transform resolution is 1352x760, while the video file and sequence is 2704x1520. What is happening, and how to fix this? Thanks for any help 🙂

Hi, I have a problem with the PS startup screen. I don't see thumbnails of recently edited files. I reseted PS settings, reinstalled PS and unfortunately can't turn on preview.Anyone have any idea?

Hello All, i have the newest update to Illustrator and have been a designer for almost 30 years. This is a new one for me. I am working on some artwork. I click on another file and go bnack to this file and all of a sudden I can't move any of the points with my mouse. If I use arrows it works, I can aslo Use Isolated Select Path to adjust. But I have lost the ability to select points and move them freely on the regular. Now its doing it with ALL of my files. I have shutdown and restarted, I have restarted the app multiple. This is slowing my workflow down immensely. This just started happening about two weeks ago. When I retart the machine in the mornings, the app works fine. Then after a while, it starts doing this again. No workaround has helped. This is getting old. I shouldn't have these issues with how much I spend on this software!

Hello everyone, appoligies as I've asked a similer question before but had no correct solutions....   Firstly I specifically bought a new computer to use for just Photoshop/Lightroom as I am currently putting together a photo book of an early 1980s UK 'Droog-Punk' band called the Violators. This has required lots of editing of high rez scans of old black and white 35mm negatives. They havnt been well cared for in the 43 years since they were taken so the scans have needed a lot of work. I Have also taken lots of 'photos' of 'old photographs' with a Nikon Z8 in RAW and again edited them in Lightroom. I Started to do this late last year but after a week or so I started to get lots of slowdown problems with Lightroom.   So I'm editing some High Rez scans in Lightroom. As soon as I've done probably 10 edits to a scan my Lightroom goes so slow and by slow I mean if I try to use the spot removal I'm getting the dreaded Apple spinning beachball for a minimum of  7 or 8 seconds

Hello in the AI version, I am not able to move selected objects via my cursor and touch pad. Its quite irritating and a company like Adobe should fix such bugs.

Hi fellow Premiere Video Editors! I’m facing a dilemma with my video editing setup. I have both a desktop PC and a laptop, and recently, I've been receiving footage in 4K HEVC 10-bit 4:2:0. My usual workflow has been to convert the footage to ProRes proxies for better playback in Premiere, even though it takes time and space. However, today I received a lot of video files, and I decided to switch to my laptop (the one I typically use for work while traveling). I noticed that with the laptop, I don’t need to create proxies. I can edit directly from the HEVC files without any playback issues, even when applying effects and filters. My question is: Based on my setup, is the improved performance on my laptop due to the GPU, or does the processor also play a role? Ideally, I’d like to only upgrade the GPU on my desktop PC (where I’m more comfortable working), since upgrading the processor would mean replacing most if not all of the computer. Here are the specs of each machine:(Home

Hi, I have use elements for many years. I frequently add notes to photo's. (see attachment 1) Then I use F11, full screen mode to present the photo's to others. Then I saw a black title bar with white text. Then I buy an update and it does not work anymore, because the titlebar is grey/transparant. So the text not good readable. (see attachment 2)Now I am on holiday and I look in all settings but I cant find this. For me this is terrible I have 65000 photo's, many with notes to tell stories. Why did Adobe change it?But my question is: how to fix this. And if not possible, is it fixed in version 2025. Because if not I dont want to buy new versions anymoreHelp would be very welcome

SG*V*PDF-PRO what is this it's charging me £39.90 per month

I made a 1:30 second video in After Effects, it has some photos and text over the top, the only effects I used were gaussian blur and lumetri color.  Very simple small keyframes here and there to have the photos zoom in and fade out.  I am using the newest version of After Effects and I have tried on the brand new Media Encoder and have even reverted to Media Encoder 14.03 (per several suggestions online).  When I send to Media Encoder and click play (render) it renders about halfway through the clip and then it stops and says "failed." When I export from render queue in After Effects it works just fine, the problem is I want to export an .mp4 file not .avi or quicktime, hence the reason for wanting to use Media Encoder. I am using Windows 10 Enterprise (this is a work computer), with 16gb ram, i7-6820HQ CPU 2.70GHz.

Hi all, I am having a very frustrating time trying to get my paragraph rules to edit or save in my paragraph styles setting. I am able to initially create paragraph rules and edit using all the typical functions. When I save the document and open it up later, or create a copy and try to edit the paragraph styles --> paragraph rules on the new document, none of the currently displayed paragraph rules settings are saved. THUS, the original paragraph rules are stuck on the page!! I cannot delete them or adjust them or do anything at all with them. Please help!!!

Hi! I'm trying to export various properties to a file for each frame of an animation, and I'm a bit stumped. I've been able to pick up frame data for other Effects, such as hue and saturation within Color Balance (HLS) effect. like so:layer.property("Effects").property("Color Balance (HLS)").property("Hue").valueAtTime(time, false) However, when I go to do so for various Levels properties (Input Black, Input White, Gamma), it only gives me the data for the frame I currently have selected in the timeline. The only thing I can guess is that TECHNICALLY the stopwatch icon is on the Histogram property, and those are some sort of sub-property that only show up in the effect controls. But not sure if there's a way to get these numbers from the histogram itself in a script? I've tried doing e.g. property("Histogram").property(1) but not having any luck there. Using Property("Histogram") at all seems to just make the script not run at all. Any help would be appreciated! Thank yo

Hello dear authors, please advise me how to deal with this situation. Sometimes my illustrations are rejected because they are mistakenly believed to be AI-generated, but I have never used AI, I draw everything by hand. How can I prove that it's my hand drawing, or is it better to attach a note to such illustrations that it's a generated illustration so that I don't waste my time proving it?
