Solved

Hi. Does anyone out there know why a subscription shown "Paid" in Windows' Playstore for Adobe products cannot work after successful installation?

AI object removal tool fails to select whole object when it touches the edge of the picture. Even when paint brushing selection, tool removes near-edge area from selection.   Galaxy Flip3, Android 14, LR v 10.0.1   [Moved from ‘Bugs’ to ‘Discussions’ by moderator, according to forum rules.]

I am working with the Book module on Lighroom Classic. In the Lightroom preview, the text "KYOTO" is alligned with the apex of the pole. But when I export the book either to PDF or JPEG, the text is cleared not at the same position relative to the image. In the following screenshots, I adjusted the width of the text to align with the roof width of the building. But when I export the Book again, we can see that in addition of the text being shifted relative to the picture, the width of the text is now smaller that the roof width. So it seems that either the picture is zoomed in during the export or the text is zoomed out.In the layout option, I tried both "Fill" and "Fit" for the option "Zoom Photo to:", but nothing changed. Thank you for your time.

Subject says it all. Looking for a way to simply reset dimensions of a linked or embedded file in Illustrator. Prefebly using an action or script so it can be "one-touch".

After a recent update, Illustrator is missing all tools/toolbars/panels except the main menu toolbar (file, edit, etc.), doesn't save my workspaces (it sees that I have saved past ones), lost my previous workspaces and won't activate any of the built in workspaces. Since this update, I have had to manually turn on the toolbars, windows and tools I want to access every time I open Illustrator. This is super frustrating and a gigantic waste of my time. I haven't been able to find any exact questions that have the same issue as me but I have seen other issues with workspaces. I am using Illustrator CC, version 23.01 on Windows 10. I believe that this started after the v23 update. So far I've uninstalled and reinstalled with no help. Anyone else with this issue able to resolve it?

Please forgive me if I'm not using the right terminology, I'm a complete beginner to photoshop or any photo-editing tools. I'm trying to create a bunch of printed color swatches for exact colorimetric visual determination of colored liquids, in CIE Lab color space. My idea is to create a bunch of 6 x 6" cards filled with a matrix of colored squares with the reference color starting in the center square, e.g. L a b = 70, 70, 0.  Each square to the right of it increments the a value by +2, and -2 for each square to the left. Each square to the top of it increments the b value by +2, and -2 for each square to the bottom. Each card will represent increments in the L value. Please advise me on the best approach to do this efficiently. I painstakingly entered the Lab values to each square, but I wish there is a way to automate this process. See attached.Thank you so much!

Hi there,Until the last update (Photoshop to 26.5) I could have multiple layers within a smart object. Now when I do that, and then click save .. I get an error message, telling me I need to flatten the images inorder to save and update smart object.I usually need multiple layers WITHIN a smart object when creating my mockups. To flatten the layers is a destructive way of working. Does any one know how to work around this?  Is there a setting I need to select/unselect?

Hi there,   is visible masking with the brush and red tone possible?   I couldn´t find anything in the documentation and in the program it seems that it you can´t check the masking area.   Thanks for help.

I want to create a pop-up panel that appears when a button is clicked. This panel is different from regular panels — it has no tabs, cannot be docked, and it automatically closes when clicking outside of it (i.e., when clicking elsewhere in the application window).Currently, I'm facing the following issues:What type of panel is this? What panel type should I use to dynamically create such a panel? How do I position the panel on the screen after creation? For example, I want it to appear next to the button that triggered it.How can I make the panel automatically close when clicking outside of it?What mechanism is used to detect this and close the panel? If anyone has experience with this, please kindly share your insights. Thank you very much!

Apple user here trying to learn this anti-intuitive program, I'm used to double-clicking a shape and all of its vertices appear for me to edit or add new ones.I have attempted everything on this program to do this, but I'm left having to completely remake the shape.F F S Adobe. Also any help is appreciated, it's not your fault that too many things are harder than they should be.

I have to use the word 'project' multiple times on my dashboard screen and the 'j' looks bolder than the rest and looks quite off. I was using Assistant font which looked quite professional. Any alternate font that I can use?

I'm quite used to use cmd+ and cmd- to zoom in and out. Recently, Photoshop doesn't let me zoom more than 100% using this shortcut. I can zoom in more as usual with wheel, pen or trackpad, but cmd+ stops at 100. I looked for solution to no avail. Please help. Legit Photoshop 24 on MacOS Sonoma. TWO different Macs, same issue. Resetting prefs didn't help.

Every time I print multiple pages with HP M402n the pages (every other) are printed with garbled text and images. Almost like its printing backwards.

There is a button called "Sign document by typing or drawing a signature" on Adobe Acrobat Pro.  Clicking on this usually lets you add your signature and your initials.  This was working fine for me until I changed my laptop and moved to Windows 11.  Clicking on this button now does absolutely nothing.  I have tried a number of things already:  - Signing in and Signing out on Adobe Acrobat Pro- Uninstalling and reinstalling (including running the cleaner) Adobe Acrobat Pro- Adding my details in Edit - Preferences - Identity- Trying the signature with Using Modern Interface checked and un-checked- Creating an identity within Digital ID & Trusted Certificates- Deleting the three "Acrobat" folders in the Windows user's appdata folder (C:\users\<username>\appdata) and then starting Adobe Acrobat Pro again- Restarting the laptop I am unsure what's gone wrong so suddenly, and what to do to fix this problem.  Any help would be appreciated

Videos taken on an iPhone were imported into Premiere Rush on iOS. The audio is not in sync with the video. It seems odd that this does not work properly as most people using this are likley pulling video from their phone. I've seen posts about this suggesting the video be modified by a third party app. This seems like a silly thing to do, so I am guessing there is a simpler fix to this? Please advise!

Hi,I'm the admin for our team organization, and one of our users is having trouble downloading the Adobe Creative Cloud app—or even a single program. The installation seems to freeze and won’t complete.I also noticed that her account is listed as a Federated ID, while the rest of the team is using Adobe IDs.Not sure if that could be part of the issue.

Hello everyone, I have this script to convert multiple layers to multiple artboards, and also copy each layer name to artboards. The problem is how to reserve the this script process? I mean to converts artboards to layer and copy artboards name to layer. Thanks   #target illustrator    main();    function main() {                if ( app.documents.length == 0 ) { return; }              var doc = app.activeDocument;                doc.layers[0].hasSelectedArtwork = true;                doc.fitArtboardToSelectedArt( 0 );                doc.selection = null;              for ( var  i = 1; i <

When I send contracts for signature, I create fields for e-signature, name, title (text field), and date. One of my signatories has had an issue with two contracts now where after she signs, the document doesn't allow her to add information to any other fields -- it closes out and acts like she's done. It's happened on contracts I sent out Friday and today. Does anyone know what might be causing that?
