Hi All,Something odd has happened to my properties panel that I've never seen before.  Yesterday when I was working in AI, it was working properly.  Today, when I click on an object, this is what it looks like:I've tried restarting AI and creative cloud, and I've tried checking to see if there are updates.  Nothing.Oddly though, when I switch modes from Essentials to say, Tracing, the Properties panel is back in action. I didn't fiddle with any settings from yesterday to today, and I always use essentials mode. Nothing has changed.  So, why is my properties panel blank and how do I get it to unblank?I need this fixed quickly as I'm on a deadline. Thanks!

Catalog file got currupted and now the program stalls.  How do I find & delete the old catalog file so that I can creat a new file and get the program to work?

I am a creative cloud subscriber and I'm wondering if adobe pdf converter should be included with acrobat DC.If so, how do I enable it?

MacBookPremiere Pro24.5

Hi Everyone,   I accidentally bought an adobe illustrator and photoshop license -($45.18) thinking it was the actual illustrator and photoshop, how do I refund it? I went to manage subscriptions and looked at videos and everything but it looks like a different process than the 'normal packages'.  I also cant find any helpline or any way to answer my question, so please let me know! I bought the package today and want to reach out ASAP so that they don't say I've had the subscription for a while.   Thank you, everyone, Mahmoud K

Hello, when i use pencil tool it automatically has no stroke. It's transparent.

hi, i am getting a crash when trying to duplicate a page via this method:i drag a page eg pg2 from the 'pages' box to the 'create new page' icon bottom right next to trash iconno problems doing this with 2024 version (or any previous version)using Indesign 2025 on Sonoma 14.4.1happens with old files and new files - not every time but pretty regularlyplease advise what to dogetting very frustrated

Could you please provide the reason for the quality-related rejection of these images?

Hello, I know this question has probably been asked many times, but I wanted to confirm my understanding of the "standard" license. So, if I purchase an image (without the "Editorial Use" label) from Adobe Stock under the "standard" license, can I use it on Facebook and LinkedIn for my profile cover and blog posts? A few considerations: 1. I'm not a celebrity/influencer, so I won't have millions of views (hardly couple thousands).2. I don't want to give explicit credit for every image.3. Is it ok that by uploading an image to one of these platforms, the image will also be downloadable by other users who in most cases won't have a license for the image. Please advise, thanks!

Hi guys, this is driving me crazy. I'm trying to enable the shortcut key within the timeline window. Lots of people have said to check that option in the pop out menu... but it's not there! This option is simply not there for me! Also... I want to assign the right arrow key to go to next frame, for example, but if I go to keyboard shortcuts and try to manually input them it says "these key cannot be used" when I try to assign "next frame" to the arrow right key.So, I'm stuck. Thanks for the help!

Everyday my customers and clients give me videos to edit an encode for them. A lot of the times their video quality isn’t exactly the greatest.I COMMONLY use the EFFECTS > VIDEO EFFECTS > NOISE & GRAIN > MEDIAN adjustment slider to correct and fix their clips before I encode their video. Its easy, quick and simple.  Anyone else notice that there is no more option to do that? It’s just Gone??! All we can do is “sharpen” now? That Freekin sux!! Thats probobly the #1 most common tool I use to edit my videos. 😞

Good afternoon everyone, I would like to present a situation:Has it not happened to you that when creating a PATTERN to use in a vectorized figure, you find out that the pattern needs to be able to rotate its appearance instead of just appearing 100% horizontally? And to adapt the pattern to a shape with a round appearance, the pattern needs to adopt a modification to “curve” it so that it can adapt better and have a more congruent aesthetic appearance? So the idea that I would propose for the Adobe community and hoping that it can be carried out for future features, is that these new functions can be integrated into the creation of patterns such as the “Create envelope / deformation options” and the “Transform panel” options so that they can be modified and better adapted to our creations.I appreciate your attention

I am trying to use the dodge tool, but it is stuck on the crosshairs mode and pressing or un-pressing the cap lock key doesn't fix it. I am trying to use the bracket keys to make the tool get into the circle mode and change the size, but nothing happens. It's still stuck in the crosshairs mode. How do I fix this?

As a painter I signed up for the CAI. I was dismayed to learn that it only works with JPEG files. Are their plans to include TIFF?

Hi all,   I am using LRC 14.2 - after opening it takes ~1-2 minutes until LrC crashs without any error message or Log to be send to adobe.   What I tried so far: Updates for NVIDIA, Windows, C++ Redistributable and Adobe all done to latest version Restore the LR preferences to the default settings (still crashs) Switch off the GPU support (still crashs) Checked for an errant lock file (still crashs) delete the preview cache => Here the crash also occured but the first time Adobe Creative Diagnostics popped up and has send a error report to Adobe. The Diagnostics tool did not find any error afterwards though   The Log report should be send to Adobe. I will attach the Version info below and also the lrc_console.log and Windows Event Log for Lightroom ------------ 1) lrc_console.log   Lightroom Console Thu Feb 20 22:42:09 2025 L: Abnormal shutdown of previous session: acbbed36-9484-4aa9-9f5c-008cc3c5f725L: Last known memory usage from previous session: 14120.3 MB

After converting word files to PDF using right click, I don't want my PDF files to open. I didn't see any post about that. Does anyone know how to do that? Thank you

After updating (-> removing the previous version) Substance and updating Maya 2022 to the newest version (which is a full install) the Substance plug-in and menu item is nowhere to be found, the Substance shelf is empty. Forums only say that it should be installed with Maya 2022. I have manually removed and reinstalled Maya 2022.1 and the Substance plugin is not installed, not can I find it in the Maya install folders. Apparently, there is no separate install for 2022 on the website (only for 2020 and previous versions). Is there a solution for this out there?

I have an Excel file with over 2,000 entries going over 13 columns, the 13th column is a description which needs to run underneath the other 12 columns. I can do that in Excel fine BUT when I copy and paste the text or import it from Excel to Indesign to be able to turn it into a table that description ends up in column 1 rather than running across all the columns. So I then have to merge that row for it to get the result I want. I have over 1,000 rows to merge and cannot select more than one alternate row at a time. This doesn’t take hours it takes days. Has anyone come across anything like this before or anyone got any solutions. Note to Adobe: Please fix this next time, either an option to select more than one alternate row at a time or something in the setting up of a table. Thanks

I have Adobe Premiere Elements 2024........When I edit some media in a time line I always save as I go along. This  creates a PRE edit file. When I log back on and click on this it then opens up Adobe Premiere Elements 2024 and places the relevant clips to continue editing......BUT my question is can I load into the same time  line another PRE edit file with other details of clips? If so how?
