I was putting together a small clip the other day to post on our social platforms and couldn't add any music from our personal library. Attached is a image showing what use to be in the menu bar for adding your music and it’s no longer there. This is what the updated version looks like without “Your music” option. Any help is much appreciated.  I feel like I’m just overlooking something.

How can I make this option work all the time so I don't have to restart the program for every file? The settings have already been reset.

Hi! I have a small printing business and I’m interested in trying Adobe’s 14-day free trial for Teams/Business before deciding whether to subscribe. However, I couldn’t select the 14-day business trial option on Adobe’s official website. It says you offer 14 days trial in your official website, but whenever I click it, only Individual and Student plan appears, not business one.Seems like this is a website or technical glitch on your end, specifically related to website interface issue that handles by your IT department. May I ask if the Adobe Teams 14-day trial has been discontinued?I would appreciate any information or guidance you can provide. Thank you!

I want to forward an email from a scammer that someone is pretending to be from adobe support

when I am adding social icons, there is one app I would like to be represented as well, it is the “foto” app, which is more essential to me than instagram. Could you please include this in your choices, or better yet, allow users to add icons of their own with appropriate links

For whatever reason, whenever I launch After Effects now, the app freezes when scanning folders and immediately crashes. No error message shows up.I tried basically everything.Starting in safe mode, disabling third party plug-ins (didn't have any to begin with), resetting preferences.Uninstalling, re-installing, manually deleting all files relating to After Effects and then installing it again. It always crashes at the splash screen when it's scanning folders. The folder it crashes at changed every time.I went into Windows settings and gave high-performance to After Effects but that didn't work either. It was literally working fine less than 4 days ago and I finished a project on it. Now it does this and I'm truly stumped on how to fix it.

I am getting charged by Adobe $43.29 every month when my adobe account does not have any active plans. I need these payments to stop as they are not for my account.

In right top corner of thumbnail their is a symbol of a music note. If you click on it the dialogue box title is RelatedSound. I want to get rid of it. There is no sould associated with these photos. I cannot figure out how to delete it. Any ideas?

I have to build a lot of bar charts (vertical bars). Sometimes the identifying text that goes over each bar is too long, so I have to rotate the text 90 degrees to fit in the bar. I then have to do this for ALL the bars, so that the text is all facing the same way. I would like to figure out a way to rotate all the text at once. When I try to do it, it stacks the text… which I don’t want it to do. This probably doesn’t make sense, so I’m attaching a screenshot. You can see the two red numbers on the left have been rotated manually (I do have a keyboard shortcut to do this, but I still have to do it to EACH number separately). The red numbers on the right haven’t been rotated yet. And of course I haven’t aligned them over the bars. That’s the next step. Anyway, if you have any ideas, please let me know. Thanks!

ProblemSolution is change this file name from “microsoft.ai.machinelearning.dll” to “microsoft.ai.machinelearning.dll.bak” path is “C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Plug-Ins\CC\File Formats”

I have two text layers, these were made in different comps. Both have the exact same properties and font, yet one has a thicker weight compared to the other. I’ve copied one text layer over into another comp to compare the two. There are no effects, strokes, or text animators applied to the text layers.

How do i download a file from Adobe Express to edit on my PC with Adobe Illustrator?

When I export a selection on illustrator as a png with a transparent background and paste it into a word document to save as a PDF, opening the pdf document on Adobe Acrobat shows a faint outline around the image. Below, on the left is how the image looks when I paste it into a Word Document and on the right you’ll see what happens when I save that document as a PDF and view it on Adobe Acrobat. Is there any way to get rid of this border so it does not show up in PDFs? How can I add shadows, glows, outlines, or other visual effects to an element (such as an icon, shape, or image) in Adobe Express?I can find effects for text, but I don't see similar options for other elements. Is there a way to apply these effects directly, or is there a workaround to achieve the same result?

I created a form using Excel and Adobe Acrobat Pro. There are two form fields that, when the form is saved (whether it is signed or not), clear of any data. I am attaching the form. The fields that won’t keep responses in them are BIA Region and State. I have looked through the other fields and can’t find a difference between these two fields and other dropdown fields. The only difference I am wondering about is that these two fields have a lot of options in the dropdown, but it doesn’t seem like that should make them not work. This was flagged by a user, and I’m not sure what program they use to complete the form, but I had the same issue in my own Adobe Acrobat Pro, which is the program I created the form in.Based on other comments I’ve seen online, I looked at the Page Properties for any actions that might be causing this, but don’t see any. I’ve also seen some comments saying there may still be data in the fields even if they look blank, but I exported the data from multiple test v

The darker areas are usually the areas that need denoising the most.  It would be helpful to provide a slider for selecting and identifying this areas and be able to deniise just those areas.  Suggestions for improvement if this is possible.

After editing a 16 minute sequence on the timeline, I saved and closed the project. All source material is saved to an external hard drive. When I opened the project the next morning to begin narrating, the project bin showed all my source materials - clips and stills - but no sequence on the timeline. I've looked through all recently used bins and sub-folders, and every folder on the external hard drive for the sequence, as well as an autosave, to no avail. I loaded all previous sequences for this project, in case it was somehow linked to them, but no luck there either.  I reset the panels to default, and reset the software preferences, per other suggestions for this issue from previous posts. I've done a text search for the title, and it brings up the project (projectname.prproj) as I sacved it on my external HD, but clicking on that file brings up the 26 items in the project bin with no sequences.  Is there anything else I can try to locate that sequence?

These are different from the LUTs you see in the dropdown list in Lumetri color. I know where to find these. (C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\LUTs\Technical) The LUTs I add to the Modify/Color panel do not appear in this folder, nor do I see them in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro 2024\Lumetri I tried searching the  C:\Program Files\Adobe folder for *.cube files, and don't find my Input LUTs in there either. These persist from project to project, version to version, and there are old LUTs I don't need anymore on this list. Over time this list is getting bulkier, full of unnecessary LUTs, harder to work with.  The reason I don't just use Lumetri is that the Input LUTs panel seems to be more accurate when working with HDR footage. I've had some weird color issues in highlights when I apply them in Lumetri. Depends on the LUT though.

I have a script to analyze hundreds of documents to validate their layer names and then log the results to a .csv file. I had code to suppress alerts (especially missing font alerts), and that worked, except it also unexpectedly suppressed updates to the progress bar, which adds frustration and uncertainty to the UX.Is there any way to both suppress the alerts and get progress bar updates? Here is the code to suppress the alerts:var oldInteraction = app.userInteractionLevel;if (suppressIllustratorAlerts){ app.userInteractionLevel = UserInteractionLevel.DONTDISPLAYALERTS;}Here is the code the displays the progress bar:function updateProgress(win, statusText, countText, progressBar, fileName, current, total){ statusText.text = "Processing: " + fileName; countText.text = current + " of " + total; progressBar.value = current; win.layout.layout(true); win.update(); // Small pause gives Illustrator a chance to repaint the palette.

My documentary film takes over 2 HOURS to load. It’s a RELINKING problem. I contacted adobe engineers last year in the summer. Even got on a video call with them to show the issue. Spent literally hours on this. They acknowledged the bug and said they are working on it.I finished that project months ago and gave up on this situation and transitioned to Davinci Resolve for my new projects due to my extreme frustration with Adobe. But now the client has come back and I need to make a lot of changes, and it’s just unbelievable that everytime I open the project, I have to wait 2 hours before I can do anything.Rach McIntire was my main point of contact and she no longer is at Adobe! The Adobe phone support is so horrible that I want to blew my own brains out. It’s like they deliberately want to annoy you on the phone. How can I get in touch with someone at Rach’s level or her replacement at Adobe?

The image on the left has 2 panels of gradient with a multiply effect in InDesign the image on the right is how it exports to PDF.I’ve had this issue constantly for weeks, along with other issues that Adobe just won’t fix it’s getting to be a nightmare to use this crappy software.I’ve tried every different PDF export option and compatibility setting there is it doesn’t help. With the exception that sometimes but not always, interactive PDF rarely fixes the issue.I’ve changed the colour profiles too but doesn’t help. It’s to the point where I can’t work using CC so will need to change my whole company over to Affinity if they don’t start fixing some of these bugs.I’m still having this issue here that Adobe can’t fix, not sure it they are related.
