Solved

I have a 33 page pdf which has ~2500 instances of the word "XYZ". I want to replace all XYZ with ABC. How can I do that? I am using Acrobat 11 pro.

The new comment features are horrendous to use. Does anyone at Adobe test the usability of these features? The speed of using Acrobat is horrendously slow. How is it that the company that invented PDF format appears to be the worst at handling them? Do better. I don't care about AI features, focus on getting the core features right first.

Hi everyone,I'm a bit confused about content rejections and would appreciate some help.I'm mainly facing two issues:Quality Issues – Some images are rejected for quality, but I'm not sure what exactly is wrong. I'm checking them at 100% before uploading, so I'm wondering what I might be missing.  Intellectual Property (IP) – My AI-generated human images are sometimes rejected for IP reasons. They don't contain logos, brands, or recognizable people, so I'm confused about why this happens. Am I doing something wrong when creating AI-generated human images? If anyone has experienced this or has any advice, I'd really appreciate your help. Thanks!

I have a large, nested, hierarchical keyword structure in Bridge that I have built over the last few decades and find very beneficial and don’t want to flatten it, which I read somewhere might solve my problem. I have “Write hierarchical keywords” turned off in preferences, but Bridge still writes the whole path into keywords nonetheless, using a vertical bar separating the levels of the path. One of my stock agencies will not accept images with these vertical bars and the many duplicate keywords thus in the keyword list. As a workaround in the past I have imported the images into Lightroom Classic and then exported them and it has remove all of the path level extra keywords and the vertical bars. But yesterday with I was doing this with a batch of 500 images, it started did this, but also erased all of the metadata, including keywords, in half the images. Does anyone have a suggestions how to fix this problem? I am running Windows 11 Pro on high end custom built desktop. Thanks!

Why? Why do you "creators" feel a need to completely change the layout of toolbars, etc. in a program?! Do you have nothing to do so you just search out what you can do to aggravate us? Adobe Acrobat DC is now TOTALLY different in the toolbar layouts! WHY???

We are a state agency in charge of animal health. When cattle, for example, move from our state to another, it requires a certificate of veterinarian inspection (has info about the animals, where they are moving, and their health). Years ago an electronic health certificate was created by a sort of collaboration between states using LiveCycle. We use LiveCycle to customize a few things for each state and we enable usage rights in Acrobat Pro so veterinarians and their clinic's that fill out user agreement forms (not to distribute form, etc) can use Reader for free to fill out, sign, and email us these electronic certificates. Right now less than half the states use this form (most state agencies still push paper). I am trying to get more states to use this electronic certificate of veterinarian inspection. However, several states are afraid to use this electronic form because they are worried it may somehow present legal problems (supposedly, a state was sued by Adobe in the past for m

Hi, I have two fields in my script. The source field is EVPI which is a user input with auto formatting applied and the resulting event field where this custom script is entered. All of the basic conditional arithmetic is working. When the source field is empty, the result field is supposed to be empty as well and allow for user input. However, the result field is always filled with the minimum value called in the script despite other conditionals trying to create the event value as empty. I’m not sure how the event.value is stuck at the minimum value of 100 even though it updates higher for the conditional math. var EVPI = this.getField("ESTIMATED VALUE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS").value; if (EVPI <= 5000) {var Fee = 0.05*EVPI;var FM = 100;    if (Fee <= FM) {    event.value = FM;    } else if (Fee > FM) {    event.value = Fee;    } else {    event.value = "";    }} else if (EVPI > 5000 && EVPI <= 25000) {event.value = 250+0.04*(EVPI-5000);} else if (EVPI > 25000

On updating AE to 26.3 and launching I got a system compatibility warning saying “This version of windows is no longer supported, future versions of this app cannot be installed on this OS.” When I click for more info it takes me to the Premiere system requirements page. From the generated system compatibility report, my versions of Windows is being reported as 10.0.22631.1 which I believe is fully up to date.

Today i faced a problem on my contributor page. A note in red box on the top: "There was an issue loading the page. Please reload the page." And now my portfolio in the contributor section looks like it is empty, and the contribution history is also epmty. I tried to reload the page multiple times but nothing happend. UPD: Problem solved after doing logout - login.

I have not been able to save to creative cloud or open a creative cloud file from the illustrator app for a couple weeks now. Anytime i try it just goes to this page and never finishes loading. I can open my files from the cloud app but that doesnt help me with saving my files. I’ve just been saving to my desktop for now but would love if this worked. Yes i’ve restarted the app and tried again as well as restarted my computer.

Hi,I'm working in AE 2026.3.0 and the convert vertex shortcut from the selection tool (cmd+option) is now invoking the camera gizmo. This was an issue many versions ago and it looks like the bug is back if there are any 3d layers in the scene. Anyone have a workaround? I’m on a MacBook Pro with an M3 running Sequoia 15.7.5.Thanks!

Hi, since the last update of LRC it changes the “date created” and the date “last modified” to the time of ‘now’ when I export my RAW’s to JPG’s. Before the update I had no problems, I have searched through a lot of settings and preferences, but I can not figure out what has changed. I’ve read some old posts regarding this topic, but I still don’t know what to do. Can someone please help?

At my job, I'm moving from an old Adobe Creative Cloud Teams account to a new Adobe Enterprise account. If my old Creative Cloud Teams account is deleted, can I migrate my Adobe Express content to the new Enterprise account beforehand? Also, I have a shared Projects folder in Adobe Express that my team uses for social media posts and projects. Will that shared Projects folder, along with its files, social media calendar, collaborators, and sharing permissions, transfer to the new Enterprise account as part of the migration, or will I need to recreate and re-share it? Please help.

Hi everyone, I’m using Adobe Acrobat Pro (2026) on Windows 11, and I’m seeing inconsistent spelling‑check behavior in the new Acrobat interface. While in Edit PDF mode, inside an active text box, Acrobat did underline a misspelled word in red the other day, and it even did so earlier today. However, after closing and reopening the same file, the misspelled word is no longer underlined. If I type inside the text box, the misspelled word does get a red underline, but only while I’m actively typing. Once I click out of the text box or reopen the file, the underline disappears. Previously, Acrobat showed the red underline without requiring me to type a word in the text box.I understand that Acrobat’s spell check is primarily intended for Comments, but I believed that while editing text in Edit PDF, Acrobat would still flag misspellings with a red underline. Since I’ve seen this behavior before, I’m trying to understand why it’s no longer consistent. Is this expected behavior in the new Acroba

I just bought a Creative Cloud plan for $35. I am trying to download Premiere Pro, but when I try to run the setup, it takes me to the Premiere plan to try a 7 day trial, or buy the plan for $23. It won't start the download for me.

When I nest sequences in Premiere Pro, the video nests correctly, but the audio remains as individual clips. How can I ensure that both audio and video are fully nested as a single clip?   This has worked before on the project. I go and nest a new section of the chapters I make and it doesn't follow like the correct nests I have previously done, so it works but then doesn't?   Also, when I try and drag nested sequences onto the timeline, it doesn't copy the project over and only one cut had been copied despite creating in and out markers.

Images are opened for editing directly from bridge. then editied in Photoshop. Once a an image is open in Photoshop, the application freezes . There is no notice that it is not responding.

Hello all,I am not new to InDesign but new to the latest version. I haven’t used the software for several years. This is my most strange problem:I create a new multi-page document, give it its basic specs in the Document Setup window. I go to the first page, draw a text frame. The default font is Minion Pro, 12 point, left-aligned. All seems fine. I have not yet created any character or paragraph style.I type my very first word… and it has a drop cap!The only Paragraph Style is [Basic Paragraph], the only Character Style is [None]. In [Basic Paragraph], under Drop Caps and Nested Styles, all parameters are at zero and the Properties panel confirms that the current character style is [Basic Paragraph], which has no drop cap… except that it does in my text frame!I would love to hear your suggestions as to what might be causing this. I am stumped.Attached is my screen capture. Many thanks in advance.Dominique
