Solved

Hello, i had a billing issue due to my previous credit card. Then i changed my credit card and even though the payment was successful i still get the 'billing issue' problem and i cannot look at anything else in plans page without solving this problem.

Every time I pressed return, it charged me credits. And it hardly did what I asked to create.

Subject: Lightroom Classic creates duplicate NEF files (-2) when importing from Nikon Z8 via USB with dual-card backupProduct: Adobe Lightroom Classic 15.4.1Operating system: macOSCamera: Nikon Z8Issue:When importing photos directly from a Nikon Z8 connected via USB-C, Lightroom Classic creates duplicate NEF files during import. The camera is configured to record identical NEF files simultaneously to both the CFexpress Type B card and the SD card (backup mode).Although Lightroom displays only one import source (the camera), each imported image is copied twice into the destination folder:DSC_1234.NEF DSC_1234-2.NEFThe two files are bit-for-bit identical (same file size in bytes).Important observations:The duplicate files do not exist on either memory card. The camera itself shows only one copy on each card. The “-2” filename appears only after Lightroom imports the files. “Make a Second Copy To” is disabled. No cloud synchronization or third-party sync software is running. Import method

When inserting a high resolution image into another one and scaling the former down to a required size, it loses all sharpness and becomes super blurry, why? Also when trying to seize it back up to its original size it remains blurry .

Hi,I’ve noticed a number of changes from the latest Acrobat update, including the disappearing scroll bar when viewing a pdf on my monitor, rather than my laptop. When I view a pdf on my laptop, my scroll bar will always appear. When I shift my file over to view on my monitor, the scroll bar disappears and only appears if I hover over it intentionally. Below is a screenshot of my file displayed on my monitor with no scroll bar appearing. This is incredibly inconvenient as I merge files all the time and rely on the scroll bar to know approximately where I am in any given document. For troubleshooting, I updated display and view settings, continuous, single-page, the whole sha-bang, and nothing worked that would make the scroll bar appear at all times when viewing on my monitor.Help!

Lightroom Classic Version: 15.4.1OS: macOS 26.4.1 (25E253) Description of Issue: Lightroom Classic sync gets stuck on a single photo. The app does not hang or show an error - it continues running at 180%+ CPU indefinitely, draining laptop battery, until force-quit. Step-by-step Reproduction Instructions:1. Have a photo in the sync queue that triggers a malformed internal lookup (exact trigger unconfirmed - possibly a corrupted preview or malformed XMP metadata)2. Sync begins processing uploads/downloads3. Console log shows: Exception Caught. Name: NSRangeException, Reason: *** -[__NSArrayM objectAtIndex:]: index 18446744073709551615 beyond bounds [0 .. 2]4. That index is NSNotFound (-1) cast to an unsigned 64-bit int, being passed into objectAtIndex: on a 3-element array5. App does not crash or recover - it loops on the same faulty state, spinning CPU Expected Result: Sync should fail gracefully with an identifiable error naming the problem file, or skip the file and continue. Actual R

Sorry, I can’t think of a simple way to word this question. Basically, you know how with Lightroom classic you can edit a photo in Photoshop, ctrl/cmd save, and then it will update the changes you made in Lightroom? How do I do that with Lightroom and Photoshop for iPad?

I can't share my file music with Pr, since yesterday, the photos and videos yes but the music no, it tells me that the file is empty and it's not true, the file is loaded with all the music.

I currently have an AMD desktop with AMD Ryzen 5 5600X processor, 64GB memory and NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1060 6gb graphics card.   What do I need to add to use the AI Sharpen tool?

Can not get photoshop to open or download from my plan.

How do I make it so that the connecting parts are erased? I want it like the image I attached. I'm coming over from Procreate so I lowkey have no idea what I'm doing. I tried the Pathfinder but it either screws everything up, or tells me that they need to be filled. I also have tried making selection masks and erasing in those but it doesn't work. A lot of the things I tried also screw up the arrow paths.

Title basically explains what happened. I think Acrobat and Cloud updated but I’m not sure if there’s just an outage or if somehow my account reset with an update or what happened. I’m on Mac if that’s helpful to know and on the desktop app for both. Any way to recover the files would be greatly appreciated

I checked the user guide I’m working on against one that is 100% good; the values for the Searchbar are the same; however, I’m getting this:...but when I click the Magnifying Glass, I get this:...which is what I coded for in the first place, and works just fine, until I click outside of it, whereupon it goes back to image #1. Any ideas?Thank you,Lon

What is the best way to resize an image in photoshop

Hi everyone,I'm hoping someone here can point me in the right direction. Back in 2018, I purchased several image licenses through Fotolia. At the time, I never migrated my Fotolia account to Adobe Stock, and I no longer have access to the original Fotolia login.I now need to provide proof of license for one of those images (an image rights agency has contacted me and requested a dated license record, e.g. invoice or download history). Unfortunately, I have no way of accessing my old purchase history at the moment. My questions:Is there still a way to recover or access an old Fotolia account and its purchase/download history today? Can historical Fotolia licenses be transferred or linked to an existing Adobe Stock / Adobe ID account after all this time? If self-service is no longer possible, which Adobe support channel is the right one for this kind of historical license retrieval? Is there a dedicated contact for former Fotolia customers? What information should I have ready when contac

I upgraded my Mac, I have a perpetual adobe acrobat 2020 license. I am getting a message that my serial number is already in use on another computer and I have reached the maximum allowed. I must deactivate another computer in x amount of days. This is the only computer that I have the software on.

HelloI'm having issues with fonts in Adobe Illustrator. I'm creating files that contain various types of text formatted consistently, but the problem is that all of that text changes in terms of font and becomes distorted when I share the files on Adobe Stock.I’d like your guidance on the cause and possible step-by-step solutions, since I’m a beginner.I appreciate your support,Thank you
