Hello,I am writing here as a last resort because Adobe Tech Support (Case ADB-45766930-K7T0) has officially closed my case, stating they cannot help me.I am a legitimate owner of a perpetual Adobe Photoshop CS5 license purchased back in 2010. Recently, I needed to re-install it on my computer (Windows 11 Pro). When I try to activate it using my official serial number, the installer throws an error: "Osiągniętu limit aktywacji" (Activation limit reached). However, when I log into my official Adobe Account panel, under "Activated Devices" it clearly states "Brak aktywowanych urządzeń" (0 activated devices). The old machine is long gone, so manual deactivation is impossible. The Support Manager officially informed me via email that because the CS5 activation servers are retired, Adobe will not restore functionality or provide a workaround, and instead suggested I buy a Creative Cloud subscription. I bought a perpetual license for a reason. I only use basic, simple tools for my business and

why do we get email asking us to consolidate individual accounts into a team account?

My Adobe CC App has always been displayed in my taskbar (where File, Edit, View, etc are) on my Mac.  Although I am signed in to my Account, and my account is up to date, it no longer displays.  I have no idea how to get it back up on my taskbar.  Any ideas please.

HI, only in the last few days I find I am unable to open files from Lightroom in photoshop. I just keep getting the error message as seen in attached image. I’ve never has a problem before over many years use. I’ve tried everything I found suggested with an internet search and I can’t find mention of any known issues with this. LR and PS are completely up to date, 15.4.1 & 27.8 respectively and my Mac OS is up to date with Tahoe 26.5.2 I have the catalog on my Mac mini M4 and images on two external hard drives, neither are overly full. I am at a loss how to proceed other than trying an uninstall and reinstall with PS…..

After importing three large files of raw images, I noticed that the files were not visible in the Folders section. This was a considerable surprise ,as I've been using Lr for 15 years plus and never experienced this before.I thought that I had done something wrong and tried to import the files again. This was not possible as the Lr import window showed the file images (stored on my Mac) , but these swiftly greyed out prior to hitting the import tab.Under normal circumstances, this would suggest to me that the files have already been imported and in the catalogue. There is however a folder called Volumes at the bottom of the folder window (see screenshot) with an exclamation mark in it, which holds 30,237 images .Could this possibly be the three large files I am looking for?As you can see, the right facing triangle is greyed out , hence making it impossible to open to see the subfolders .Does anyone know how to open this file please or is there another cause of this issue ?If so, any guid

I use Acrobat to read lots of different screenplays distributed in PDF file format. The screenplay format is a very deliberate document format. I NEVER, EVER want to use Liquid Mode. I disabled the automatic conversion, but Acrobat keeps prompting me trying to pressure me into using the feature on every document. Why? Why would I ever want a program to mutilate the original format and intent of an author? Especially in a way we do not understand!Yes, I saw the thread that says I can open and save the default view for a document, but I never reopen these documents after I read them. Adobe collects a lot of usage metrics for their applications. I am sure they realize I never ever click on this thing other than to dismiss it. Why is Adobe trying so hard to force a bad/useless feature upon its users? I just want to open a document and read and highlight. I am annoyed with Adobe every time I see that prompt.I have shifted away to other readers like the one built into OneDrive which is

These are the images that got rejected and flaged as “quality issues”.

I have a form I need employees to be able to submit via cell phone (IOS). The submit button will not work. I have tried multiple things to fix it but when I open it on a cell phone the submit button will not let you select it. It does work on a PC. Can someone please help me?

As I recall, when recording a photoshop action, there is a capability of stopping the action, allowing a pause to peform a manual adjustment and then resuming the action. I can find no tutorial on how to do this -- can someone send me in the right direction please? Thanks to those who know more than me,Joe

iMac Pro (2017) Sequoia 15.7.7, SSD 2 TB with 778 GB available.  Catalog on SSD.  Upgrade from LR 13.3.  Images on external drives.

I scanned a stuffed animal from my childhood. It has this early 1970s pattern on a velvet-type fabric. Can anyone come up with a technique in Photoshop that will make it look like a clean cartoon without the velvet-like texture? I’ve tried blurring it but I can’t figure out how to get then crips black outlines over it. I appreciate your help.

Resolved my issue and premium benefits are not showing in Adobe express premium

i will send email, but respons.

Can anyone help me understand why this image was rejected for "Quality Issues" on Adobe Stock? I'd appreciate feedback on what needs improvement (sharpness, noise, artifacts, resolution, composition, etc.). Thank you!

Hi, All,I have Adobe Acrobat installed on my desktop PC and when opening I get the message ‘Unable to display Recent files. Please check later’ and nothing works. I cannot combine, split, create or do anything with a file. This stopped recently and I got around it by opening an Incognito Window in Google but that has now given up on me as well. Tried all the usual ‘Help’ files and spoken to various AI bots so a real human with a real human answer would be nice. If I get no joy, I will be shutting my account and asking for a refund of my £100+ paid for this non event!

We have a team account using the Adobe Business ID as the directory.  A user had a personal adobe account in addition to her team account, and she was having issues, so I asked her to delete her personal account, and I deleted her team account.  Now, I can’t add her back to the team.  When I try to add the email address to the team, I get the error “Something went wrong while saving. Error ID:” (the error ID is gibberish that changes each time I try).Using a different browser as well as a private/incognito window gives the same error.  I checked that the user is not shown in the Business ID directory. What do I do to add this email address again?

Hello, I have a multi-page AI file placed in my InDesign document. After making changes to the AI file, I save it. When I check the Links panel in InDesign, the yellow triangle alert appears. I ALT-click the update button, and InDesign updates all the links, but the changes I made in the AI file are not reflected in InDesign. This is a process I've done many times before without any issues. The same problem occurred with a different file yesterday. I've tried restarting my PC in case it was a glitch, but that didn't help. Do you have any idea why the link update function isn't working as it should?   <Title renamed by MOD>
