They took 66 photos from my portfolio and added them to a free collection. But I only got $32.40. And I don't know if this collection is for a year or forever. Am I missing something?

HelloI am looking to automate the addition of BITC on an adjustment reading the timecode that is in a nested sequence.drag and drop a selection of sequences in a new sequence. The selected sequences become nested sequences in the new timeline. Add adjustment layer above the video track. Add the Metadata FX to the adjustment layer. Due to the limitation of the Metadata FX, it cannot read the timecode of the nested source video, therefore, I need to copy the timecode start number from the nested source to the offset in the Metadata FX window. Each nested sequence will have a unique adjustment layer Metadata FX.Is this possible with automation Blocks ?Thank you

Hi Everyone, when opening a cloud document in the desktop app to edit the document, shared comments won't load. I've attached a screenshot. We've already tried:Upgrades from Windows 10 > Windows 11, driver updates, and the following suggestion found on the forum:In Acrobat, Click Edit > Preferences > General > Uncheck 'Show online storage when opening the file' > click OKClose and reopen AcrobatAcrobat has been reinstalled multiple times and is currently on the version 25.001.20577 but there have been updates since the issue began that have not fixed the issue.'Uninstalling using Revo Uninstaller to remove remaining files and reg keys and reinstalling. Windows is running version 24H2 Build 26100 Any other suggestions? We have this happening to 2 users. One it is a new issue within the last day, and the other has had the issue going on 3 months.

The waveforms don’t show up.  I’ve reimported, deleted the previous peak files from the day I imported.  I clicked and generated the peak files, restarted Premiere, restarted my computer.  What is going on?  It’s crazy.  ½ the clips from the day drew the waveforms, but not the other half.  I can hear the audio but can’t see any waveforms.

Hi everyone, I recently completed the Customer Journey Analytics: Product Exam for Sales Accreditation and passed it twice, both times with a score above 80%. However, I don’t see any badge or certificate available to download or display for this accreditation.I’ve completed other sales accreditations recently and received their badges/certificates without any issue, so this seems specific to the CJA accreditation.Could someone please confirm if the CJA Sales Accreditation currently provides a certificate or badge, and if so, how to access it? Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello everyone,I recently submitted 9 different photos to Adobe Stock, and all of them were rejected for “quality issues.” The images are not from the same subject or the same scene, so I suspect there may be a common technical problem in my workflow or editing.I would really appreciate constructive feedback on this photo and on what specific issues you notice: focus, sharpness, noise, exposure, artifacts, composition, or anything else that may make it unsuitable for Adobe Stock.Thank you very much for your time and help.

With Microsoft's recent announcement in ending it's support on Windows 10 by October 14, 2025. Does this mean that Adobe Creative Cloud suite will also recommend users to upgrade to Windows 11? Can someone provide an estimated timeline on it. Thanks

Hi folks, If I open an After Effects project produced elsewhere and there are missing fonts, how can I select a font to use instead of the missing one? Particularly in the the situation where I have the font used but perhaps mine has a slightly different name so I'd like to just say 'use this instead please' Thanks

With AS3, I need to pause the playback for about 2 seconds, then have it automatically resume. For Canvas the code would be stop();var stoVariable:uint = setTimeout(Variable, 2000);function Variable() { play(); } How would I modify this for AS3?

Hello,When I'm drawing lines in Illustrator, I can normally click on the end point of a path to continue drawing in a different direction. However, in this new file, it doesn't work at all.I've attached a video that clearly shows the issue (  )Does anyone know which setting could be causing this? Thanks in advance!

After Effects has used all of its memory doing nothing. This happens regardless of computer. Over 45GB ram used without a project file open.

I’m using Adobe Acrobat Pro Continuous Release Version 2026.001.21691 (Enterprise) on Windows 11, and I’m running into an issue when trying to edit text.I select text on the page, then choose Edit Text from the popup menu. This opens the Edit Tools pane, but the pane only shows Modify Page, Add Content, and More. When I click Text under Add Content to display the Format Text options, the text I originally selected becomes deselected. The highlight disappears, and Acrobat no longer shows that the text is highlighted or ready for editing.I also tried holding Ctrl to select the entire page and then clicking Edit Text, but the text still becomes deselected as soon as the Format Text category opens.I tested this on multiple PDF files (including files I created myself), and the exact same behavior occurs, so it doesn’t appear to be file‑specific. Is this normal behavior? Previously I had issues where the Tools pane wasn’t displaying correctly, so I’m trying to determine whether this is a softw

Dear Support Team,I recently used the free trial of your application and canceled it on its expiration date. I would like to request that I am not charged for the annual subscription, as I will not be using the service. Is it possible to waive this charge or issue a refund?Thank you for your time and assistance.Best regards,ANASTASIOS MOUZIKAS

I have a template on adobe.acrobat.com that uses the Full Name field. It was working fine but recently, when I send it to new recipients to sign, whatever email address I use the Full Name field is automatically filled in with the same wrong name. So I’m sending it to multiple people, i.e Joanne Smith, Alice Weedle & Laura Flemming - all with different email addresses - and the Full Name field is saying Leanne Leigh for every one.

Hi, my entire team is unable to request signatures using Adobe. We get the message “E-signing services are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.” on browser, and the message “authentication failed” on the application. Our IT team has tried to clear old Adobe profiles, reinstall Adobe, restart our computers, basically try everything they can think of (including everything in this old post: E-signing services are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. | Community) It is happening on both the desktop application and in browser. Our org recently switched to Adobe nonprofit licenses. At first when I tried to request an e-signature, I would get an error message saying I didn’t have e-sign capabilities. After IT did everything above, I can now click to request an e-signature on a document and actually put in an email address. At that point, I get the error message “Authentication failed.”Are there any other steps we can try? Any other suggestions?

Hi Team,We are using Windows 11 24H2 and 25H2 across our environment and are experiencing an issue with PDF file previews in File Explorer.Error Message:"The file you are attempting to preview could harm your computer. If you trust the file and the source you received it from, open it to view its contents."We have already performed the following troubleshooting steps:Installed all the latest Windows security updates and patches.Manually unblocked the PDF files via:Right-click file → Properties → General tab → Unblock After unblocking, the PDF preview works correctly. However, this is not a feasible solution as we have a large number of files stored locally and on network shares. Used the following PowerShell command to unblock all files in a folder: PowerShell Get-ChildItem "C:\Folder" -Recurse | Unblock-File Show more lines This works temporarily, but whenever a file is replaced or a new file is added to the same location, the issue reoccurs and the command must be run again.
