Solved

When I click on an open InDesign window, it disappears behind other program windows. I need to either reset my workspace or switch the Application Frame on or off. I’m now having to do this every 5-10 minutes, which is utterly ridiculous. I’ve been plagued with issues for a number of years now, and it’s an absolute hindrance which really affects my workflow. I’ve also tried binning the pref file on multiple occasions, which makes no difference whatsoever. Does anyone have a ‘permanent’ solution for this? You have no idea how appreciated it would be if you did. Thanks.

so my Lightroom Classic 20gb is FULL. Im not sure I really need those images, do I?  when editing I use an ssd so raws and edited are all available to me.  the kind support at adobe, instead of explaining stuff just attempted to sell me firefly.  Im really trying to reduce my reliance on clouds as it simply costs   so the images I see on my cloud, I have all on a SSD? can they simply be deleted?

I have a bunch of Illustrator files saved without PDF compatibility turned on. Does anyone know of a script that will do a Save As with PDF compatibility checked on and overwrite the existing file?I looked through previous posts like this, but find only broken links. Cheers 🌴

When launching the Adobe application, nothing happens. If we open Task Manager, we can see several Adobe processes running in the background. We have to end all of these processes manually before the application can be launched successfully. The issue occurs randomly and can happen several times throughout the day. At the moment, three users are affected. We have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:Repaired the installation. Uninstalled and reinstalled the application. Performed a complete uninstall using the Adobe Cleaner Tool to remove all Adobe components before reinstalling.Despite these steps, the issue persists.

how do I get rid of photoshop 2026 home screen?

Have been trying to upgrade my cloud storage from 1TB to perhaps 4-5 TB.  I’m not finding a way to do this from either the web or the creative cloud app.  The online docs tell me to ‘manage plan’ or ‘upgrade’, but these options show me how I can change my available apps (don’t need that).Searching the community (questions) - I’m not seeing anything newer than several years ago, and all of the answers steer me to ‘manage plan’, which doesn’t do it.Y’all are making it difficult to upgrade.  Is there a way to do this?

Hello, I have a perpetual license of Acrobat Pro (Version 12) registered to my Adobe ID account.I recently lost my previous computer and couldn't deactivate the software. Now, installing it on my new laptop gives me the "Activation limit reached" error.I already tried deleting the SLStore/SLCache folders and rebooting, but the same error occurs right after entering the serial number. Since this is an older version, the "Activated devices" section on my Adobe Account page is empty, so I cannot manage it myself.Could an Adobe staff member please help me reset the activation count for my registered serial number? Thank you.

I'm srilanaka citizen with srilankan bank acocunt..I'm trying to buy a new creative Cloud subscription from Sri Lanka, but I've tried repeatedly and still can't complete the payment. It just keeps showing the error: "We couldn't process your payment. Please check your payment details. If the issue persists, try another payment method or contact your bank."I made sure my Adobe region is correctly set to Sri Lanka and tried both my Visa and Mastercard. The weird part is, I called my bank and they confirmed that they haven't even received any payment or verification attempts from Adobe! There are zero failed transactions showing on their side, so Adobe's system is blocking it before it even hits the bank? Can someone please help me out? I really need this subscription and I'm honestly so desperate right now

Since the InDesign update to 21.0, exporting to interactive PDF (for a fillable form) has dramatically increased the height of checkboxes in the resulting PDF. This results in them overlapping each other (see image) and other odd behavior (for example: clicking the checkbox places the checkmark at the bottom of the box, which was its original location, but then after clicking out of the box, the checkmark moves up to be vertically centered within the now taller bounding box). Radio buttons are also affected in the same way, but not normal input fields. I've reverted InDesign to version 20.5, which fixed the issue for me.

When I export a batch of photos, each and every one has an “Exported <date>” entry added to its history. This adds nothing to the image. Is there a way I can suppress this auto-entry of non-”history”?

Undo steps disappear automatically while working.Undo history resets to ~3 entries without any undo action being triggered. This happens reproducibly every ~10 seconds.Preflight is disabled.Reproducible in:- new documents- local files (no cloud documents)- fresh installs- multiple machinesWindows 11.Photoshop is not affected.  please help : (

It did not work for me. It's still asking me to save when all I do is open the document.

I'd like to know if there's a way to disable the popup that says "Do you want to save changes before closing?"?For example, I open a multi-page pdf. I extract one page. Click the "Save" icon. "Save as PDF" window opens. Type new file name. Click "Save." Click the "x" to close the newly saved file. Then the prompt for "Do you want to save changes before closing?" pops up....WHY!?It's the same for just simply opening and closing a file. Open file. Click the "X" to close. BOOM. stupid "save" prompt comes up. I don't have any changes to save. This is a HUGE time-suck considering how frequently I use these functions. The previous version of the program that I had did not give me this issue. I only got the prompt to save when I'd actually make changes to the document. This is for Adobe Acrobat Standard 2017. This is on my office computer as well, so I likely won't be able to run scripts or whatever other fancy fixes are suggested. I'll likely be limited to options already preset within the pro

Hello - I just used the new Duplicates finder tool.  And accidentally hid several files versus deleting the duplicate.  The interface shows the number of files hidden, but I’ve not found a way to “unhide” those files. Is there a way to “unhide” or view the hidden files in Duplicates tool? Thank you

I have access to my company’s admin management portal. There’s a user who is licensed with Adobe Acrobat Pro. I downloaded/installed Creative Cloud and then went to install Acrobat Pro from there. However, Reader was installed. Whether in the Reader app or in CC, I don’t see an option to upgrade to Pro. The user is able to edit in the web interface as a temporary workaround, but would like to be able to use the Pro app. Is there a separate macOS installer anyone has for Pro that I can try, rather than what’s on CC or Adobe’s website? Or know where else I can go to get an installer?

I just updated from Illustrator 2018 to 2019. Everything is working fine... except I want to change "General" units from points to inches. It does not remain in inches. The next time I open a file, it's back to points. Any ideas? I'm on a Mac, by the way. Thanks so much!julie

I cant even out in the problem...Plese return my credits,  if this is not resolved, I will have to cancel my subscription.  Have a person contact me!
