Solved

Hello,I am planning to purchase an Adobe Lightroom 1 TB subscription for my company in Slovakia. My company is VAT-registered and has a valid Slovak VAT ID (IČ DPH). I need a proper invoice issued to my company, including the following details: Company's registered legal name Company's registered address Slovak VAT ID (IČ DPH) However, when I try to purchase the subscription on Adobe's Slovak website, the checkout form only asks for my first name and last name. I cannot find a field to enter my company name or registered business address.I have not completed the purchase yet because I need to make sure the invoice will contain the correct company details. My questions are: Can I purchase the Lightroom 1 TB plan through the individual subscription section and still receive an invoice issued to my company? Where can I enter my company's legal name and registered address? If this is not possible with an individual plan, which Adobe subscription or purchasing option should I use? I w

I can open Premiere Pro Project and begin editing but eventually playback stops and i can no longer edit. I have tried to go to older version of premiere Pro. I have tried upgrading Mac oS to 27.01. I have tried deleting cache. I have lowered all the playback resolutions down to ¼. I have allocated more memory to application. I have tried opening a brand new project and copy pasting assets into that. I have tried both checked and unchecked “Enable Mercury Transmit” I have set Audio Input to “No Input”  The only trigger I can think of was a Microsoft Auto update happened this morning. Yesterday everything was working fine. Have lost an entire day of production and don’t know what else to try.

As of this afternoon I’m no longer able to use the Arial font in Acrobat. If I type into a new textbox with this “tmp” font, I get unreadable symbol gibberish. Using Arial is important for the project I’m working on.

Jeg kan ikke få adgang til Adobe firefly selvom jeg har betalt for adobe pakken. Hvad kan jeg gøre herfra?

Hi everyone,I've been wondering how other people organize their Illustrator files, especially when a design has lots of layers, shapes, and different elements. As a project gets more detailed, it can become harder to find specific objects and make changes without affecting something else. I know layers and groups help, but I'm curious about how experienced users keep everything manageable.Do you organize your layers by object type, design section, or something else? Are there any simple habits that make editing large Illustrator projects easier?I'd appreciate any tips or suggestions. Thanks!

Dear Adobe, my Stock account (rehan ali, z8646552@gmail.com) was blocked for a terms violation. Please review my account, restore it, and release my pending payment of $41.58. Thank you.

Why, when I create a mask using the Mask tool in Premiere Pro 26, does the mask path not appear on the image? I can create the mask, but the outline/path is invisible, so I can't properly draw or adjust it.Has anyone experienced this issue or knows how to fix it?thks

I just wanted to point out that Bookmarks and Tools keep popping up every time I open a PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader. There seems to be no way to disable them, which is beyond annoying.Whoever decided that users should have these panels forced on them every time they open a document made a terrible UX decision.I’ve switched to PDF24 Reader instead. It simply opens PDF files without shoving unnecessary menus in my face.Goodbye, Acrobat.

Every so often, since working on my current iMac (2017), my Application Frame in InDesign gets stuck on my second 32" Benq monitor. The top bar area sits just behind the menu bar. Once it's there, it's there. The accessibility to reposition the frame is now not possible. Even switching the Application Bar, the background frame is still stuck and cannot be moved.Surely, there must be a limit from stopping the Application Frame from running off behind the menu and off the top of the screen, or at least allow an interactive method in a dropdown menu to reset the Application Frame back within the frame of the monitor. For the moment, the only way I have found to resolve this would be to 'Delete InDesign Preference file' (Shift+Control+Option+Command) on start-up and reapply my personal settings and workspaces. After resetting, this crucial part of the frame is now visible.I'm running MacOS Mojave Version 10.14.3, on an iMac 27-inch 4.2Ghz Intel Core i7 running a second 32" Benq screen. AI models for image generation are not working. I keep getting the error message, “Something went wrong. Try again later.” I’ve been trying since yesterday, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved. The only model that seems to be working is the Firefly model. This is my 7 days trial, and so far I've not enjoy the experience.

For some reason, the Project panel for one of my Premiere projects has completely vanished and I can’t find it anywhere. The Project panel tabs for other projects open and display as usual, but not the panel for this particular project. So, now I can’t access the bins, clips, compositions and other elements that are contained in this project. What happened and how should I restore this project’s panel?

I have been receiving the pop‑up message 'Whoa there, speed racer! We can't wait to generate more content for you. Please try again later.' always when trying to generate videos or images.

So easy to do in PS AE etc, but a real mystery in PP...And is it possible to insert a track?Cheers!

Title pretty much explains it. I have tried created several videos from a firefly generated image of a woman in a meditation pose and the video is simply to have her breathe in and bring her arms up over her head, palms together, and then exhale and bring her arms down to her chest. Keep getting this error for months but dont have enough time to keep messing with it. Ive tried other simple videos of other things and get this message or the message that the firefly image does not meet community standards.

I have a 11 year old Apple iMac running macOS Monterey 12.7.6 and because of this I have not had any Photoshop 2025 or Lightroom Classic (LrC) updates for the last few years because of this.  My plan renews in one months time (just had the reminder email), so my question is, if I cancel the renewal, will I still be able to use Ps 2025 and LrC as it currently stands and still be able to upload to my linked Flickr account? Darren

I already have a premium subscription but the acrobat app doesn’t recognise it and it says free user. I’ve reinstalled the app twice and logged in but the issue still persists.

El día 11/09/26 se me descontó de mi cuenta el monto de $59.785,26 por el pago anual de la app y al día de hoy 19/10/26 me figura como una cuenta gratuita

I currently have a personal account through my nonprofit email address. I was recently approved for a non profit account and I was wondeting if anyone knew if there was a way to convert the rest of my personal account into the nonprofit account? Thank you!

I am experiencing a persistent issue with Adobe Acrobat Pro on macOS Sequoia 15.8.1.Acrobat version: Continuous Release, Version 2026.002.22031 (Unified App)License: Acrobat ProAfter opening the first document, Acrobat fails to open any additional documents. Whenever I try to open another file, the following error message appears:“Unable to complete the operation because Adobe Acrobat does not have the necessary permissions to access [folder path]. Would you like to launch Privacy Settings to allow access?”The issue occurs even when the first document has been closed. I have to quit and restart Acrobat in order to open another document.I have checked System Settings → Privacy & Security → Files and Folders and confirmed that the relevant permissions for Adobe Acrobat are enabled, including access to Desktop, Downloads and Dropbox. However, the error persists. There is also a problem with the Help link in the error dialog. Clicking “Help” opens the following URL, which returns a 404
