Solved

I was tasked with creating a QR Code that would open a new email addressed to multiple recipients. I initially tried InDesign but it did not like the multiple addresses. I tried Adobe Express and discovered there are two different Generate QR Code windows. I copied the same mailto link into both and one worked and the other did not.  First Window - QR Code did not work:Click on "Generage QR Code" from Home Second Window - QR Code Worked!Open or create a document. In the search field, type in "code" and click on "Generate QR Code" Example mailto code: Replace email address and test for yourself.mailto:Email1@address.com,Email2@address.com,Email3@address.com,Email4@address.com?subject=Add Subject Line&body= Please fix so that either method work.

I’m using the Firefly workspace in Photoshop 27.6 for generating since there is the possibility to generate 4k images. This works most of the time. Now I have the problem that the generating takes forever and nothing happens. But the credits are gone of course… This should never ever happen. Credits shouldn’t be charged at the beginning of generating but when generating is finished. Just because of problems like this or you want to abort because of fixing the prompt. It is really annoying getting credits charged for nothing.

Hi there,I have a vertical textbox, and I need to use a specific font to type text. As you can see below, this particular font creates extra padding on certain characters, which makes the text looks uneven.I was playing around with different options to see if I can make this gap smaller like so:After some digging online, I saw suggestions about tweaking kerning or tracking, so I tried both but none of them is doing what I want it to do.Changing tracking value simply changed padding under the text:Yes, it looks symmetric now, but the spacing between the numbers and number to + sign is still quite different. Then I tried to use baseline shifting, but that moved the text horizontally.. After playing around for a little bit, I found that you can use Touch Type tool to modify the position of individual characters like so:This achieves what I want to do, so that’s great. The next thing is that I need to be able to replicate this using JavaScript (I have to run this on many instances, so I do

I am new here and even my best pictures are being rejected while mediocre ones were accepted.

Hello, I am writing this here because Adobe Contributor Support has completely ignored my emails for the past 10 days. My contributor account was automatically blocked because the system accused me of creating multiple IDs. However, this was entirely caused by a critical bug on Adobe's own platform. As you can see in my attached screenshots:1. First Bug: During mobile verification, the country dropdown was completely broken. It stuck on "+1", loaded random countries like Barbados, but totally omitted Bangladesh.2. Second Bug: Even when the system later loaded Bangladesh (+880), entering my valid phone number in both local and international formats kept giving a red server error: "An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later."Because of Adobe's broken SMS gateway and verification server, I was trapped in a registration loop, which your automated security system wrongly flagged as a violation. I have already deleted any redundant profiles to show good faith. Adob

Everytime I quit LrC the catalog corrupts even if I do a backup. I have to go back to a previous backup from before the 15.3 upgrade to get it working again, but I loose work when this happens.Just to be clear LrC was working fine until the last update 15.3, now it corrupts the catalog every single time the progam exits, and I do a backup every single time. Once again, it was working fine before. The catlog hasn’t been moved at all. Its on the local drive. I backup everytime I exit because of the immensely fragile nature of the catalog and it seeming to corrupt if the wind changes direction.Anyone else see this? Is there a fix for this?

Havent used after effects for awhile, when I doubled clicked before it use to fill the window with anything else going to a tab. Now it opens a new window beside the composition window which makes it small I dont need to see the composition window just what I am working on.

It seems that something called stock was bundled into our premier subscription. We love premier but do not use stock. We canceled our subscription to stock after we realized what was happening. Is it possible to get a refund? We are a small nonprofit so any amount we are able to get back helps us to continue to serve our youth! Thank you!

Hi, I’ve been charged with an unsual money (around 22.99$) on my visa card. The thing is, my plan has been cancelled for many months (on Dec 13th 2025) and I’m still getting charged today. I didn’t even find any bills or subscriptions in my plans. I’d like to demand a refund, the money is very important to me at this moment. My bank usually doesn’t have enough 30$, but when I received 50$ today, I was charged so I was freaked out. Sorry for my poor English, I hope the words are understandable enough.

When I import a .psd image in greyscale plus spot colours, only the black appears. The Pantone colours don’t even show up in the list. Is this happening to you too?  This isn’t the case for- CMYK+Spot- Greyscale with a layer- Greyscale with an alpha channel- .TIF Thanks in advance !

in captivate itself it shows a scroll barIn preview and review links the scrollbar disappears and you cannot view all textAfter updating to the latest Captivate 13.1.1.200, our click to reveal activities appear to be broken… we can no longer scroll text that was previously scrollable, leaving us with cut off text. ----update------while this technically remains broken for body text on the click to reveal cards, moving the text to sub heading seems to be the only work around.

How can i request a refund? I only wanted the trial version and wasn’t notified that it will expire and charge me soon, despite being told i would

Hi there,If I use Super Resolution on a .NEF file in Lightroom, and then go Photo > Edit In > Edit in Adobe Photoshop 2026 I get the error message “Could not open ‘XXXXXXXX.NEF’ because the file-format cannot parse the file.”  This is a recent problem, and I am 80% sure it started after I updated to the most recent versions of LR and PS. Are there any known fixes for this, or is it time to roll back to previous versions of the software? I am currently getting around the problem by Super Resolutioning, and then exporting a PSD, but this is a rather clumsy fix, it would be great if the old functionality could be restored. I’m on:M2 Max Studio, Sequoia 15.6.1LR Classic 15.3PS 27.6 Thanks and fingers crossed, Jamie

I was looking for a good alternative to Canva. But I need to be able to change the color of design assets or icons. For instance a black arrow to orange. Is that possible in Adobe Express? I do not appear to have any tool bar like I’ve seen in video tutorials. Thanks for any assistance!

Hello I have multiple Credit cards in my payment options and there one I want to remove, I tried support chat but the bot does not understand or give instructions on how to delete card. Is there a way I can talk to an actual rep or employee to help me with this problem. best regards Rita

** I DON'T WANT ANY FORUM LINKS **I want to remove my credit card. I have checked every single forum and howto page and nothing works. I cannot call as I can't call during their hours. I am sick and tired of this damn site taking the crap. The only thing I found is the 'Go to your My Information' and I have no idea where it is. Just tell me if you know. Show me pictures, because it is not anywhere in my Account page. I have contacted the customer support chat almost 11 times now and absolutely no help at all, not even speaking to me. It's disgusting. And I'll repeat this; DO NOT SEND ME ANY FORUM LINKS. THEY ARE USELESS.

Computer didn't crash I just closed an illustrator file without saving it*. Autosave is set up for every 2 minutes and I can see the autosaved version .aid but can't figure how to open it. Thanks for any help on this. (*I accidentally closed it because there is some key combination which I inadvertently do which changes my keyboard from English to French and then  the Z becomes X - so when I do control Z I've actually done control X - wish I knew how I did that).

Hi All,My boss and I both work in Adobe Creative cloud and are constantly sharing, opening and closing the same InDesign files back and forth. We both have the same font book, google fonts, and adobe fonts activated. With that said, we have the same Poppins font. For some reason, if I create an InDesign file with Poppins, whenever he opens it a dialogue box shows up for missing font. And the mission font says its Poppins OTF, and so he changes the font back to 'his' Poppins and saves and closes. And if I open it again I get the same dialogue box, with the missing Poppins OTF. Its really frustrating having to change the fonts back every time so there are no errors showing.Does this happen to anyone else? Is there a fix?

hi bug downaloding

I was looking for a way to request a refund and I didn’t see how, but I saw others come here so I figured I'd try as well. I had purchased the adobe free trial with the intention of using it until it ended then likely keeping it , however it was not what I needed. I cancelled today and it renewed today.

This continues to happen randomly since upgrading to os Sequioa and it requires a full hard restart.  Wasting hours on restarts and losing work. Illustrator 29.2.1 Macos Sequioa 15.2Mac StudioM2 MAx64GB
