Since cancelling LRc subscription I cannot open LR at all even though I'm still signed in. How do I gain access to my catalog/Library.

I'm creating a line animation using trim path feature. the image was created in illustrator. for example. in the animation the line is growing/extendiing from left to right. is it possible to reverse the direction to have the animation go from right to left?? w/o going into illustrator and redraw the line in different way?? no matter what i do with the starting/ending point setting it ALWAYS goes from left to right...any thoughts??my illustration is actually a lot more complicated than just one line. so to redraw the whole thing would not be efficient...

I cannot use nano banana or flux in the generative ai menu, they are both shown there as options but when I choose either of them the option to 'generate' button is greyed out, the only options I can use are for firefly.I have sufficient credits, in fact I paid for more credits using the Firefly Standard plan which gives you access to both of these additional generative ai options.  I suspect this problem occurred after I paid for the new credits as previously I was able to test both nano banana and flux and ran out of credits and then bought more but didn't test immediately to see if it worked or not. I have roughly 2250 credits available.I am on the Photography Plan as a standard home user. I am not a student account or any other kind of business account with another administrator. I have tried a chat with Adobe help but that was a waste of time. They had me switching off my firewall and then wanted me to roll back to v26 to see if that would h

I cancelled my plans last month. But they automatically deducted subscription fee just right now.

Trying to use generative ai and I keep getting ‘This feature is currently unavailable’. I have logged out and back in. Updated to the latest Photoshop beta. Checked the status and no issues. Not sure what to do next?

Since a week or two I often don’t see a document name when I try to save a document. So I open an older document and when I try to ‘Save as’ the document name spot is empty. See screenshot.  Behind ‘Bewaar als:’ there usually is the document name! There also is no document name when I try to save the document as a pdf. Not all documents have this problem: some do and some don’t.I wonder why there is no document name with some documents… and of course I also wonder how I can prevent this from happening. Is there a setting I accidentally enabled or disabled…?I am on macOS and use the latest version of everything.

Hey all. I booted up Illustrator this morning [a W10 PC] to suddenly find that none of the toolbars or workspaces show up, just the artboard.I can toggle each element separately [Layers etc] on from the menu above, but they do not remain with a fresh session, and trying to even switch to one of the default Workspaces [less my own] does nothing.I’ve tried resetting to the default Preferences, as well as making sure I’ve not selected the Tab key on my keyboard somehow by mistake - but to no avail [of course].Just wondered if there was anything else I could do before trying this Creative Cloud Cleaner tool for a clean installation? I’ve never had this particular problem in all my years with the program. And I’ve been on this latest public version since it went live, so weird how it just happened now.

An email dated August 20 informed me of a price increase for Creative Cloud Pro and the option to change to Creative Cloud Standard. I can not find any information on Creative Cloud Standard anywhere on the Adobe site. A comparison of plans does not show anything that says Creative Cloud Standard. Can someone point me to a chart that shows the difference between these two plans?  The only information given in the email is, " Standard will include the apps, services, and benefits you enjoy like Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro, without the premium features in web and mobile apps and with limited access to standard generative features." What exact features are not included?

I downloaded the new Photoshop 2026 (v27.0) and the Nano Banana & Flux image models aren't in there when I select a portion of any image, only the Firefly models are still available.  I thought with the new update of Photoshop 2026 (v27.0) that these were now in the regular non beta version now?  Am I wrong about this? Becasue according to this on your webiste (https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/desktop/whats-new/whats-new-in-adobe-photoshop-on-desktop.html) it should be.  I've looked in the settings to see if there is something I have to check in order to enable this feature but i can't find anything.  I'm looking for some advice for how to get this activated so it will appear in my Photoshop 2026 (v27.0).

This photo was rejected for “quality issues,” and I’d really appreciate honest feedback.I’m trying to understand what the main problem is: focus, lighting, exposure, print quality of the answer sheet, composition, or overall commercial value. The concept is an exam answer sheet with a pencil marking a multiple choice answer. I thought the idea was clear, but maybe the printed sheet looks too low quality or the image is not sharp enough. Is this something fixable in post, or not worth saving? This is a real photo, not AI-generated.Thanks in advance for any advice.

I've been paying for the adobe student account for months. I was using the programs last night with no problems and now it wont even let me use the programs without paying again. Need help because i have homework due in a couple days.

Develop Loupe View is slow to load one image to the next, particularly when try to flash back and forth between a group of sync’d images. Advancing through the sync’d images gets bogged down and won’t load images properly. This happens even after 1:1 previews have been created. Hi there,I'm working in InDesign CC 13.1 and all of a sudden I'm unable to move my objects around my page. I can select them with the Selection Tool, can copy and paste, and can select and move object anchor points however I can't drag and move the objects/text frames. Is this a glitch and do I need to reinstall or have I accidentally pressed a keyboard shortcut that locks things from moving? I've closed down the application and tried other files too but it's the same across the board. Illustrator and Photoshop are fine...Any urgent help would be greatly appreciated! TIA.

Adobe Acrobat没有安装路径选择？比如C、D、E盘。安装直接默认C盘。在新版本里加入C、D、E盘安装路径选择。谢谢

Bonjour !

After opening, processing and closing a few raw files from Lightroom Classic (15.1.1) in Photoshop (27.3.1), opening another raw file results in error message "there isn't enough room to display this document". My Win11 PC has 100's of GB free on C: (SSD) and D: (HDD) and 64 GB of RAM of which Photoshop is set to use 85%. My graphics card is an RTX 4060 Ti, with 16GB GDDR6.What does ‘not enough ROOM’ really mean? It cannot be disk space or RAM…The only solution is to close and restart Photoshop, which is rather annoying to do every few files.

Creative_Cloud_Set-Up_7474.exe file does not open, I tried with Premiere_Set-Up_7075.exe too, also doesnt work. It briefly shows up for 1-2 seconds on task manager before it is shutdown, I tried restarting, using safe mode, making a new user on windows, renaming, using cmds, updating drivers, reinstalling, usng adove cleaner and none have worked. I use a windows 10 PC.

Hi!I'm trying to work out how to replace Adobe Reader Classic Track 2020 with a similar reader-only experience via Adobe Classic 2024 on Windows 11.  I need a silent installer.Downloaded Acrobat 2024 Classic MUI Base exe and extracted it to a folder. Testing the MSI, it will install successfully only with default settings. If I do a Custom install and de-select "Create Adobe PDF" and "Acrobat Distiller" to try and Readerify it, it almost finishes the install and then fails with "Error 2753. The File 'acroservicesupdater.exe' is not marked for installation." before rolling back the installation.I can do a full install and then modify that install and remove those components with no error but that seems ... less than ideal!!Any ideas? I've already tried using AdobeAcroCleaner_DC2021.exe with no improvement. Here's the relevant bit of the MSI log. Thanks!Action ended 15:38:52: InstallExecute. Ever since I updated to Tahoe, Illustrator hasn’t been working on my Mac Studio M2 Max (32 GB of RAM). It freezes on the start-up screen, stops responding, the spinning wheel appears, and I’m forced to force quit.Adobe support asked me for remote access this morning, but all they did was uninstall the latest version (30.4) and install 30.0. It worked for a while, then back to square one. I’ve tried disabling the GPU, I’ve tried installing version 29; it works for a few launches and then nothing, it just freezes again. I don’t know what else to try.

Hi, I recently canceled my monthly subscription within the 14-day refund window. I encountered a billing issue that prevented me from canceling initially, so I added a bank account as a secondary payment method to complete the cancellation. Since the original charge was taken from my e-Money account, could you please clarify if the refund will be sent there or to the newly added bank account? Thanks!

I deleted the assets folder on the author/contents page. All my pictures were removed that I added to the project. Is there a way to bring the folder back and add all my pictures back to where they should be? Restore the folder?

Signed up for a free trail, but now wish to cancel it - due to expire in 3 days. When I click on "Cancel plan" button in my account settings the next screen just hangs on the loading screen and wont load. Ive tried this for 2 days now and do not want to incur the monthly subscription fee for something I dont want and have tried to cancel well before the trial ends.
